Absolutely fuming with @SkyUK broadband. Broadband speeds fine, but spontaneous and complete dropouts of WiFi KEEP happening, after several phone calls and 3 engineer visits. Engineer number 4 coming this week. Won't change the fact they aren't providing a service I pay for 😡

@SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

@SkyHelpTeam what time does the insurance department open please? Spoke to an agent who didn’t really help. Was told I’d be transferred to insurance to arrange an engineer to come with a new box but I was cut off as the insurance team finished for the day.

@skyuk how long is it going to sort our broardband. So far, through January we have had practically no broard band due to slow slow speeds.... You said it was fixed... For the last 3 weeks we have had NO broardband connection at all... And no help from your customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam my grandmother is very unhappy £72 a month and has no extras no new equip for 13years! She has been unable to get a response and has waited for over an hour on occasions for the phone not to be answered. You need to contact her to cancel or negotiate.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, was meant to have an openreach engineer come out this morning (was booked through a Sky engineer) but they haven’t arrived in the time slot - is there a way to check for updates? As unable to get through on the phone due to the contact centre being down.
