I am not paying for an engineer to visit and I’m not signing up for another 12 months for terrible service. Which is what is suggested when I speak to customer services. I am fuming that it’s down again!!

I already have Disney+ through Disney but although I can get it on my new Sky Q box it tells me I have to subscribe. As I pay for the Disney+ and not Sky I don’t want to add it to the bill. But there seems no way around it, or is there?

The red button picture quality was poor. I don’t expect UHD only a clear picture. Irrespective of who’s fault as a customer this isn’t acceptable

You don’t get the Liverpool United rivalry shoved down your throat every minute. Redknapp, Souness, Neville and Carragher etc. Much prefer the likes of Julien Laurens, Raphael Honigstein and James Horncastle.

I called and they arranged for this Saturday 14th coming, so this morning got email and text saying it’s getting installed Tuesday 10th and order status says Saturday 14th WTF! #fail

After 45 mins to an Indian call centre, lots of that on hold, they say £10 discount , but I have to pay £30 admin fee! bye bye 👋
