    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried these fixes several times and none of them work! I am not paying for an engineer to visit and I’m not signing up for another 12 months for terrible service. Which is what is suggested when I speak to customer services. I am fuming that it’s down again!!

    @CraigDons32 @SkySports Same. In fact, I punted it completely yesterday having gone down to one channel. I've some now tv vouchers if I really want to watch something. But most of the sports we watch are no longer on Sky and their spfl coverage is a joke.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your response, also @virginmedia response was that it was down to your broadcast. I guess nobody will take responsibility. The red button picture quality was poor. I don’t expect UHD only a clear picture. Irrespective of who’s fault as a customer this isn’t acceptable

    @SkyHelpTeam no TV signal and the earliest an engineer can come to fix it is 25th January 2020, that’s 40 (FORTY) days away. I spend £140 per month and expect better service than this. This is NOT good enough.

    Such confusion. @SkyUK supposed to fit SkyQ last Saturday 7th and didn’t turn up. I called and they arranged for this Saturday 14th coming, so this morning got email and text saying it’s getting installed Tuesday 10th and order status says Saturday 14th WTF! #fail

    @SkyHelpTeam We do not know if the fault is external or not as diagnosed on the telephone. I am expected to continue paying for a service that I can not use. I would highly recommend your customer service representatives are placed back through training of how to treat customers properly!

    @SkyHelpTeam You guys will just tell me that with the tests you’ve run they can’t do anything.I was encouraged to buy a 50m Ethernet cable to run from my room, down the stairs, through the hallway into the living room where the router is located which defeats the point of wifi 😔

    @jonnyhusband1 @SkySports Well atm financial fair play makes it more difficult for clubs trying to break into the top four so it would help competition but would also see other clubs go bankrupt. So, it’s not an easy set of problems to resolve but pretending they are not there is not on.
