Absolutely fuming with @SkyUK broadband. Broadband speeds fine, but spontaneous and complete dropouts of WiFi KEEP happening, after several phone calls and 3 engineer visits. Engineer number 4 coming this week. Won't change the fact they aren't providing a service I pay for 😡

@SkyHelpTeam Hj, hope you can help. I already have Disney+ through Disney but although I can get it on my new Sky Q box it tells me I have to subscribe. As I pay for the Disney+ and not Sky I don’t want to add it to the bill. But there seems no way around it, or is there?

@SkyHelpTeam @SmurfStilts This idea is a massive own goal as it is a backward step. The only people this suits are those that can't have a dish. Already bad enough having to pay to have repairs for equipment Sky own when it breaks down without adding a TV barely out of beta testing to the list!

@SkyHelpTeam Without wishing to be patronising... I've had this handset for 3 months, not changed anything and password is remembered for auto reconnect. Samsung are also looking in to this but believe its a issue with your service as the handset works OK off your connection
