    @SkyHelpTeam I am utterly disgusted i cant get through to a real live person at sky. My mobile is not working tried everything online it told me to. It is showing network not registered and it did this straight after a software update. If I don't here feom anyone I will cancel my

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Hope you can help. We’ve just upgraded to Sky Q and noticed that BT Sports which we have with them, not you is not available on the Mini Boxes.Calling BT they said it would cost £5 on 1 box. Is there a deal on at Sky where we can get it direct and on all 3 minis

    Absolutely fuming with @SkyUK broadband. Broadband speeds fine, but spontaneous and complete dropouts of WiFi KEEP happening, after several phone calls and 3 engineer visits. Engineer number 4 coming this week. Won't change the fact they aren't providing a service I pay for 😡

    @skyuk how long is it going to sort our broardband. So far, through January we have had practically no broard band due to slow slow speeds.... You said it was fixed... For the last 3 weeks we have had NO broardband connection at all... And no help from your customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hj, hope you can help. I already have Disney+ through Disney but although I can get it on my new Sky Q box it tells me I have to subscribe. As I pay for the Disney+ and not Sky I don’t want to add it to the bill. But there seems no way around it, or is there?

    @SkySportsF1 @skysports up since 8.30am. Killed 1hr waiting for F1 Replay at 9.30. Switched it on got the race results completely spoilt, 3 hrs down the tub now. I should have given my time to @Channel4 who have the replay spoiler free and for FREE at 12.30. #skysportsf1

    @SkyHelpTeam @me_not_animal If the customer reaches out? Wow. Isn't it for you as the broadcaster to liaise with your content creators and figure out the reason for the problem, rather than making the customer run around for an answer?

    @jameswharton @SkyHelpTeam Mine is fine, apart from F1 annoyingly which is the main thing I watch. The whole playlist thing is absolutely all over the place. It records a time slot, not a program. So you miss the end the second there’s a SC. And it takes hours, sometimes days for it to be available! Awful
