@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your response, also @virginmedia response was that it was down to your broadcast. I guess nobody will take responsibility. The red button picture quality was poor. I don’t expect UHD only a clear picture. Irrespective of who’s fault as a customer this isn’t acceptable

@SkyHelpTeam had my SkyQ and Mini box delivered today and I can now no longer access SkyGo. It says that I require a subscription service to view channels (which I have). Had no problem before this. Also the Sky Mini box keeps disconnecting.

@SkyUK ive been a customer of your service for nearly 10 months but this last 6 weeks, your broadband has been shocking. I can be sat next to the router and im being told there is non located or its just not working and its getting worse by the day!!!
