@SkyHelpTeam I’m struggling to connect to my home wifi. When it does connect its okay for a while then it drops off. This is happening numerous times a day. When I run tests it says everything’s okay. I’m paying a lot and not getting the service I signed up for - please help!

@SkyHelpTeam No, there's no point. You will just tell me, again, that it isn't broken. When it clearly is. Sky advertised 'cloud recording' for playlisted programmes which is simply untrue. That Sky allowed the remote to be released like they are shows how little testing was conducted.

@SkyHelpTeam my sky internet keeps going off for 5 or ten minutes every hour and i work from home and its causing me a lot of issues. Please can this be looked into as urgent as i have lost work when the internet keeps going off.
