    @SkyHelpTeam no TV signal and the earliest an engineer can come to fix it is 25th January 2020, that’s 40 (FORTY) days away. I spend £140 per month and expect better service than this. This is NOT good enough.

    @SkyUK ive been a customer of your service for nearly 10 months but this last 6 weeks, your broadband has been shocking. I can be sat next to the router and im being told there is non located or its just not working and its getting worse by the day!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried these fixes several times and none of them work! I am not paying for an engineer to visit and I’m not signing up for another 12 months for terrible service. Which is what is suggested when I speak to customer services. I am fuming that it’s down again!!

    @SkyHelpTeam 🙄 defeats the object but hey....got to sit in waiting for an engineer to fix my broadband....oh can’t even watch my on demand so I’ll spend 20 mins on a phone waiting to speak to someone....clever way of stopping people downgrading

    Such confusion. @SkyUK supposed to fit SkyQ last Saturday 7th and didn’t turn up. I called and they arranged for this Saturday 14th coming, so this morning got email and text saying it’s getting installed Tuesday 10th and order status says Saturday 14th WTF! #fail

    @SkyHelpTeam had my SkyQ and Mini box delivered today and I can now no longer access SkyGo. It says that I require a subscription service to view channels (which I have). Had no problem before this. Also the Sky Mini box keeps disconnecting.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your response, also @virginmedia response was that it was down to your broadcast. I guess nobody will take responsibility. The red button picture quality was poor. I don’t expect UHD only a clear picture. Irrespective of who’s fault as a customer this isn’t acceptable

    @SkyHelpTeam I have raised a complaint and all I received was an email saying you’d tried to call but missed me! Turns out you tried to call the landline which is the issue and isn’t working - I have pointed this out via email and guess what, no response!!! Not good enough sky, appalling.

    @SkyHelpTeam My internet is down for 6th day in a row. Called customer care but engineer is available to visit only after 7 days!!! Given that we all are working from home, internet is no longer a want but a need for all. Very disappointed with service from UK’s largest player

    @lastimadeit @MichaelBensonn @SkySports Wilder turned down more money to fight AJ and fought Fury for less. Fury's team did nothing to make the AJ fight happen, could've voided the Wilder contract in December and lied to all the fans about it. If you don't like AJ that's fine, but don't be an idiot about it
