    @SkyHelpTeam issues with sky Q boxes.. jumping.. proximity issues.. poor network messages. Frustrating waste of money. BT have fixed our internet new router still Sky is poor. Over to you... 🤷

    @SkyHelpTeam Followed all this and all troubleshooting and still got issues. It's a lot of money to pay multiroom for a box that has to be reset every night

    @SkyHelpTeam Just that 2 engineers cant fix a problem, both of which said there was a known problem between Sky Q and BT! The tech support also said the same just can find anywhere Sky acknowledging in writing!

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband is down. I’ve gone thought all the troubleshooting and it definitely isn’t my home setup. Is there an expected time to resolution? I’m not the only person reporting this.

    @SkyUK broadband been down since 10/07. Openreach investigates 11/07 and need to do underground work but we are paying for services including #skybroadband that we cannot access without internet!

    @SkyUK was sold Netflix, by your operative. I was already a customer of Netflix and was sold the premium with claims that would save £2, on receiving the email, I am informed that Sky only offers a standard package, and to cancel the package that I was mis-sold would take 31 day.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for this but it doesn’t answer my question about where to send scam texts. My old service provider used to let me send texts to 7726 but you don’t. What do I do? By the way this is not a sky scam but a scam pretending to be another business

    @SkySports Exactly. The issue isn’t that he disallowed the goal it’s the fact he blew the whistle for a 2nd time for no reason. Presumably he just lost it for a split second and panicked. That’s what needs explaining, but I suspect it was just a mistake.
