    @SkyHelpTeam @D1n0nlyT8 Yes my new iPhone 12 keeps going silent for seconds at a time on a call and my husbands keeps going muffled. Also, with the billions in profit Sky make surely there’s a better way to get hold of customer service if you have a problem.

    Can’t wait to move over to @SkyUK in a couple of weeks, @virginmedia is the absolute worse now, internet used to be brilliant but know goes off and can’t pick up in some rooms anymore, had about 3 new hubs too, it’s just terrible! Don’t let me down Sky.

    @skyuk how long is it going to sort our broardband. So far, through January we have had practically no broard band due to slow slow speeds.... You said it was fixed... For the last 3 weeks we have had NO broardband connection at all... And no help from your customer service.

    @SkyNews @SkyUK My auntie has an assisted breathing machine & you’ve knocked off her broadband in error because their neighbour requested to cancel. This is life dependant. They’ve called numerous times and it’s still not sorted- if no contact is made ASAP- her life is at risk.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve sent over all the information about it and her phone number. It’s useless me explaining it you may aswell call her number as she is your customer and my uncle is there to assist if needed. He tried to call on her behalf today and was getting told he’s not the account holder.
