    @SkyUK hi I am unable to get through to speak to someone from your customer service team. Today I have had my sky dish fitted and we are extraamly unhappy with the way the wires have been positioned down the front of my house. Please can you contact me ASAP as we need to engineer

    @SkyHelpTeam Just that 2 engineers cant fix a problem, both of which said there was a known problem between Sky Q and BT! The tech support also said the same just can find anywhere Sky acknowledging in writing!

    @SkyHelpTeam have the worst customer service I have ever spoken to, the staff is so rude and talk to you like your dirt on the bottom of your shoe, wouldn’t recommend anyone to sign up and be a sky customer, horrible attitude, wouldn’t even recommend joe fritzel to them 👌💦

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Laura. I was able to speak to someone but it wasn't any help. I'm waiting for an engineer visit that was due between 8-1. It's now 20 past 1 so not impressed. Wasted morning & still have to wait just in case they are running late.

    Absolutely sick to the back teeth with @SkyHelpTeam nearly three weeks now of Broadband issues, nobody keeping in touch like they say they will. Waiting in for engineers that don’t turn up. I think at this rate I will have to contact @Ofcom and see what my options are

    @SkyHelpTeam You you think that is acceptable?, I dont want SKY Q, I cancel rather than have SKY Q, you trying to force HD customers on to other platforms, that have perfectly good equipment, its not very green or customer focused

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband down in Haverhill, tried the online fixes but nothing works. Rang the helpline to be told it’s an external issue and to allow 2 working days. All service checkers say there isn’t an issue so is there an issue or is it just me?
