@skyuk how long is it going to sort our broardband. So far, through January we have had practically no broard band due to slow slow speeds.... You said it was fixed... For the last 3 weeks we have had NO broardband connection at all... And no help from your customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam This is exactly the problem. The test shows connection between hub and exchange is fine but even a single device directly wired to the hub shows poor performance. This suggests the problem is further upstream than our connection to the exchange but I can't get anyone to check.

@SkyHelpTeam This is getting beyond a joke now!! Waiting on the phone for half an hour and still waiting to talk to the 5th person of the day. Trying to resolve an issue I have had since December and already spoke to 4 people and had an engineer come out who had to stand outside!

@SkyHelpTeam Do you think after 7 weeks of problems we haven't spoken to anyone!!! We know what the problem is! It's getting an engineer to sort it out that's like getting blood from a stone. They've said they would come every week for the last 3 weeks, and each week, no one arrives...

Can’t wait to move over to @SkyUK in a couple of weeks, @virginmedia is the absolute worse now, internet used to be brilliant but know goes off and can’t pick up in some rooms anymore, had about 3 new hubs too, it’s just terrible! Don’t let me down Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam @D1n0nlyT8 Yes my new iPhone 12 keeps going silent for seconds at a time on a call and my husbands keeps going muffled. Also, with the billions in profit Sky make surely there’s a better way to get hold of customer service if you have a problem.

@SkySports The problem is that there is no system, you can't press with Ronaldo and mcfred can't dribble into the final third. our defence positioning has been terrible especially wan bissaka Bruno loses the ball to much playing fancy passes when sometimes he should keep possession. Ole out

@SkyHelpTeam No. It’s just not very good unfortunately. Trying to watch football today is almost impossible as it keeps stopping and saying channel has a technical fault. The broadband isn’t the problem.
