@SkyHelpTeam my internet / phone / TV has been off for over 30 minutes. Rang the helpline, auto message said they are aware of a problem at an exchange box. Will get a text message when it is likely it will be back. 3 people in my house working from home. NEED AN UPDATE ASAP

@SkyHelpTeam Not had any problems on my windows (laptop) for Sky GO for months, now the latest update has completely took the app away. Tried to update numerous times, goes to black screen, then the logo then just stuck. Any info please? Deleted old files too.
