@SkyHelpTeam It’s taken 7 hours to download Cars 2 from our purchased archive. My little guy isn’t v happy. I’ve tried deleting things from our planner but doesn’t help it taking so long. We can only watch films with the play triangle on , so annoying when we pay so much. 😩

@SkyHelpTeam so you lock my account. I cant now use Sky Go. I can't login to my account. All because an email account I don't use has been hacked. And to unlock it I have to ring YOU and wait in a 45min queue. The first automated q asked is What's My Password!! NOT answering THAT

Object based audio has advantages that research like this needs to explore if we are to gain any benefit. Also it really wasn't an expensive project!

@SkyHelpTeam what's the official fix for Sky Q TV guide not loading. I have to restart my main Sky Q box on pretty much a weekly basis to get the TV guide working again. That can't be right. Others on your forum have the same issue. We need a proper solution.
