    @SkyHelpTeam my internet / phone / TV has been off for over 30 minutes. Rang the helpline, auto message said they are aware of a problem at an exchange box. Will get a text message when it is likely it will be back. 3 people in my house working from home. NEED AN UPDATE ASAP

    @SkyHelpTeam Also, I'm deaf, and your accessibility options are horrific. I just need Sky to know that they make me feel like I'm not even a whole person, I'm condescended by agents regularly. I've self harmed through pure frustration with this issue. It's not a joke.

    @SkyHelpTeam ALL I WANT TO DO IS CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. And I know you can't do that, because you have no access to my account. Maybe the most helpful thing you could do is send the wee link for cancelling the account upon death of account holder. That might be easier 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam No ladder is what engineer told me. So he booked me in next week but I’ve had a call this afternoon to say that the app is now a pm app which I cannot make. There is a list of problems which I was told would be easy to sort - doesn’t seem to be easy at all and very frustrating!!

    @MoneySavingExp Was always happy with @SkyUK until I called to renegotiate a better deal, got three different quotes that got more expensive as I got bounced round three different departments, really disappointed with customer service, will speak to Virgin as Sky don’t value customer retention
