    Still don’t get it, a satellite signal travels to a spot somewhere in space travels through god knows what but the minutes there’s a slight wind and rain in the north west of England it can’t get through that so I can watch the darts for £90 a month. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyUK I haven’t had any phone signal now for over a week, tried your ‘guides’ with no joy. Also tried to contact you on the website and Facebook with no reply. Went to a help desk in the local shopping center to be told to ‘ring a number’when that’s my problem, I have no service

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I had new 1tb sky q box delivered today as ours went wrong. I set it up it doesn't work. So I go through the laborious task to reboot it and it works. But now the mini boxes dont work in the bed rooms They say turn the main box off and on again Now guess what.

Written notice should be more than acceptable if their customer service don't answer phones...yet they advise don't cancel DD. Can't have it every way Sky....

    Had to phone the @SkyHelpTeam the other day for what turned out to be an easily resolved problem. After only THREE rings a great chap called Bryn answered and firstly apologised for the wait !!! Now That’s What I Call Service.
