    @skyuk how long is it going to sort our broardband. So far, through January we have had practically no broard band due to slow slow speeds.... You said it was fixed... For the last 3 weeks we have had NO broardband connection at all... And no help from your customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam @D1n0nlyT8 Yes my new iPhone 12 keeps going silent for seconds at a time on a call and my husbands keeps going muffled. Also, with the billions in profit Sky make surely there’s a better way to get hold of customer service if you have a problem.

    Day 3 of no internet. Appreciate that things go wrong and it's no-ones fault, but the complete lack of communication on what's going on and when it's likely to be fixed is woeful. Told to keep checking status page which has just said known issue since it started. Do better @SkyUK
