    @SkyHelpTeam Internet’s bern down in most of Greater Manchester since before 7am. When will it be fixed? I presume there will be a refund on my next bill for lack of service meaning I haven’t been able to work today

    So our broadband has been down for 3 days already. @SkyUK has told us that they might sort it by the 28th (6 more days). We are using our mobile data but they’ve said they won’t be giving those Gb back because there’s no policy for that. What a lovely service, eh?

    @KHassell1974 @SkyHelpTeam I also have this exactly this same problem right now on morning of 28 June. Have rebooted laptop three times. It looked back to normal for about ten mins. Then the problem returned.

    @rayalexander01 @SkyHelpTeam That tweet was to the Sky Help Team who didn’t think they had an issue when I first tweeted them, Ray. Not to you. The fact I am not alone in my problem, would suggest it is a problem at their end.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I am having major problems trying to activate discovery + . I have followed the instructions to a T and all I get is a message upgrade to watch and a blue box with retry . When I first got discovery plus free subscription a year ago it was so easy please help

    @rayalexander01 @SkyHelpTeam If you’ve not spoken to anyone yet, Ray. A Troubleshooter helped me and it was resetting the email password that solved the issue. That might help you.
