@skyuk how long is it going to sort our broardband. So far, through January we have had practically no broard band due to slow slow speeds.... You said it was fixed... For the last 3 weeks we have had NO broardband connection at all... And no help from your customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam @D1n0nlyT8 Yes my new iPhone 12 keeps going silent for seconds at a time on a call and my husbands keeps going muffled. Also, with the billions in profit Sky make surely there’s a better way to get hold of customer service if you have a problem.

Can’t wait to move over to @SkyUK in a couple of weeks, @virginmedia is the absolute worse now, internet used to be brilliant but know goes off and can’t pick up in some rooms anymore, had about 3 new hubs too, it’s just terrible! Don’t let me down Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam This is exactly the problem. The test shows connection between hub and exchange is fine but even a single device directly wired to the hub shows poor performance. This suggests the problem is further upstream than our connection to the exchange but I can't get anyone to check.

@SkyHelpTeam Do you think after 7 weeks of problems we haven't spoken to anyone!!! We know what the problem is! It's getting an engineer to sort it out that's like getting blood from a stone. They've said they would come every week for the last 3 weeks, and each week, no one arrives...

@SkyHelpTeam you've got to be joking, the day of my fibre installation I was averaging 135mbps down and 30mbps up and now on the 30th Dec I'm getting 25-30mbps down and around 10mbps down. For the money my house pays for your "reliable" service you'd better get your act together.

@SkyUK we have no landline/Broadband and our sky mobiles are intermittent. We have been trying to get through to sky since we 2000 hours tonight and they call back between 0830 and 2300 which we are doing. What’s going on with your service today?
