@SkyHelpTeam You make it very easy to upgrade your services online but impossible to downgrade without having to call. Your customer service is disgusting. @BBCWatchdog Has anyone else complained about the Sky services. 45 minute call waiting times.

@SkySportsPL @SkySports He was directly involved in that incident and maybe if Gomes didn’t break his ankle he wouldn’t have been red carded... it was the right decision having reviewed how bad the injury was, Gomes will be out for quite a while so it’s only fair that he’s held accountable.

@SkyHelpTeam urgent help needed, had unstable internet connection for over 5 weeks ever since moved to ultrafast broadband, cuts out every hour. Rang sky 8 times, between December and today, totalling 276 minutes. Still told by sky advisors they are waiting for open reach. Help
