    Third time in two weeks @SkyHelpTeam our internet has gone down. I know what to check. I know it’s likely an @OpenreachHelp issue but I’m at least 20gb down now due to loss of internet connection and having to hotspot to work. And that’***** & miss. No recompense or apology.

    @SkyHelpTeam So this is now another day without the internet? I’ve checked and yes it’s down in my area - any idea what’s causing this and when it will be fixed permanently please as I work from home and this is a real problem. Thanks.

    Mad @SkyUK been with sky 19years,4 months my bill is 73.00 a month to 101 as my deals ending said could get it to 85.00 so said have to cancel I have cancelled sports & hd i didn’t want to as my son plays rugby league on sports thanks a lot sky for not looking after loyal vip🤬

    @SkyUK @SkyBroadband @skytv is a waste of money. Pathetic service and broadband keep disconnecting again and again. No channels on TV. Wasting my £42 every month. No helpline number work

    Well @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK now 3 days without internet, brief reprieve for an hour earlier but off again and no explanation as to why or when it will be fixed. As a tv/mobile/broadband customer of almost 20 years, this is the worst customer service I’ve experienced from you.

    @SkySports Yes damn it! We aren’t playing pretty football all the time but we are grinding out results that we shouldn’t! If it was any other team then this would be deemed as “what champions are made of” a prem and europa league double is a real possibility! Any unbiased fan can see that

    @SkyHelpTeam I did last night and it was showing problems where as in the status page everything was in green. The fact others on my area also had problems means you need to look into why it went down at that time.

    @SkyUK disgusted by the service and treatment I’ve received so far. Absolutely SHOCKING. I wish I went with Virgin Media. Impossible to speak to a manager or any one of any use. I have no television and no internet. In a Tier 3 Lockdown at Christmas. Unbelievable
