@SkyHelpTeam my internet / phone / TV has been off for over 30 minutes. Rang the helpline, auto message said they are aware of a problem at an exchange box. Will get a text message when it is likely it will be back. 3 people in my house working from home. NEED AN UPDATE ASAP

@SkyHelpTeam It wasn’t the case though was it he wasn’t dealing with anything else he simply was either being rude or got pre occupied elsewhere. As the advisor I spoke to on the phone was honest enough to tell me. His words were there was no reason to leave me on hold for that amount of time

Call me stupid but how do users ‘lift’ video clips from other users? For example, if I wanted to show a clip from @SkyNews @BBCNews @SkySports etc, rather than share or quote from that users profile/handle, how can I show it from mine? Sensible answers please.

@SkyHelpTeam Finally finished and that was an hour, I won't get back&the best advice I got was to switch it off and on then press the reset button. I was kind of hoping for something a bit more than that. I did get offered free Netflix for 3 months but no point having that with poor speeds
