@SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam why is the @disneyplus app so poor on my q-box? Broadband connection of 30mb and runs off LAN rather than wireless, picture keeps skipping, freezing or momentary blue spinny circle! So annoying....

@SkyHelpTeam I have been passed from pillar to post actually. I was once put on hold for 40 minutes only for the person who eventually answered was a member of the sales team. I resigned myself to the fact it was never going to work when I noticed the message changed to a specific code

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I added kids offer to my current Sky Q package as it is a great offer. I have no idea how but it's added a new sky contract so my Nov bill is astronomical. There's a mistake somewhere and it won't let me remove packages to amend this. Please help

Another update: I've just spent another 90 minutes on the phone with @SkyUK. Trying to get my details removed from their marketing list as a non-customer is virtually impossible. If I don't receive an email as promised by the end of the week, things are going to get serious! #sky
