@SkyHelpTeam Query has been dealt with within five minutes of answering call by your second advisor. Your first advisor may need a little help with customer service rather than leaving people on hold for 40 minutes for a simple request that one of your employees dealt with efficiently

Call me stupid but how do users ‘lift’ video clips from other users? For example, if I wanted to show a clip from @SkyNews @BBCNews @SkySports etc, rather than share or quote from that users profile/handle, how can I show it from mine? Sensible answers please.

@SkyHelpTeam It wasn’t the case though was it he wasn’t dealing with anything else he simply was either being rude or got pre occupied elsewhere. As the advisor I spoke to on the phone was honest enough to tell me. His words were there was no reason to leave me on hold for that amount of time

@SkyHelpTeam We have had no sky service we need an engineer to come out we have told you the issues it’s the wiring into the back of the box that needs fixing we was told we would get a call back before 8pm tonight and still nothing and we was also told we would be called at 8am this morning

@C__W__G @SkySports I’m a fan. Rodgers proved it needn’t turn out to be a backward step for an ambitious manager. Then again Rodgers had a lot of success - if Howe doesn’t he might be worried it devalues him. Boils down to the quality of his other offers and if he thinks he needs to get back in now.
