    @SkyHelpTeam Nothing at all on mini Qbox. Problems in area allegedly ok now. Been through everything as per on screen but now there is problem with finding Sky QBox on network! Error MR104. Only had Sky for 2 weeks not happy!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Ive done that, and it just says there’s an outage which is usually fixed in a few hours, but it’s been 2 days now and still no update. When will this be fixed please?

    So @SkyHelpTeam can't help and apparently they don't have complaints department. Explained they are leaving a vulnerable adult with message service... send you a new sim card. Won't add data so they can use WhatsApp instead. 12 days this has been going on.

    @SkyHelpTeam any updates regarding the outage in M41. Appears to have been off most of the day with little or no updates . You say ring but that's a bit hard when the landlines is also down ????

    @SkyHelpTeam it’s been nearly 4 hours since the problems at Walkden phone exchange started and the only answer people seem to be getting is ‘we’re trying our best’. At least give people an idea of the problem and a realistic timeline..

    Martin Tyler is a terrible commentator. He's bad at his most basic job. After his recent Hilsborough comments you have to question why @SkySports still have him as their main commentator. And wonder why people like @Carra23 would want to be on air with him. Get rid of him.

    @SkyUK the playlist function on sky glass is completely useless, half the programs I add to watch later never appear in the menu. A complete waste of time and money. Seriously considering sending sky glass back.

    @SkyHelpTeam My wifi was working till last night and stopped working this morning. I didn't touch it, followed all troubleshooting options mentioned on your site, reset the router as per your customer care executive instructions so I believe it's an external fault. Need any more details?

    @SkySports @SkySportsPL @SkyCricket I really find your agenda-driven, box-ticking coverage too much these days, so rather than attack personnel I am just going to cancel & save money! BBC forces its agenda too but costs a lot less. Sport has become very business-like & soulless.
