@SkyHelpTeam Joining Sky has been a nightmare. Ordered TV and Broadband in January. Broadband not installed until end of February. TV not installed until end of March. Numerous missed appointments. And no response to my letter of complaint. Also, still no £100 Mastercard referral award.

Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Over an hour wait time to speak with customer service, this has been ongoing since last Friday , losing connection upto 10-20 times a day. Ridiculous that you just repeat the same thing over and over and not listening to what I am asking
