@SkyHelpTeam my wife just did a mobile upgrade but now the phone has arrived, there is no reference to it being an upgrade or how to return her old phone. Also no reference to the order in her account! She has tried the online help but it’s an endless loop. Also called support.

@SkyHelpTeam why is the @disneyplus app so poor on my q-box? Broadband connection of 30mb and runs off LAN rather than wireless, picture keeps skipping, freezing or momentary blue spinny circle! So annoying....

@SkyHelpTeam I have been passed from pillar to post actually. I was once put on hold for 40 minutes only for the person who eventually answered was a member of the sales team. I resigned myself to the fact it was never going to work when I noticed the message changed to a specific code

@SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I added kids offer to my current Sky Q package as it is a great offer. I have no idea how but it's added a new sky contract so my Nov bill is astronomical. There's a mistake somewhere and it won't let me remove packages to amend this. Please help

The SAME day the engineer installs Sky Q, the mini box upstairs already starts having issues. First it says error code MR102, and then MR104, and the reset don't work. Seems I'm not the only one who's having these problems with the mini boxes. @SkyHelpTeam why is this happening?
