    @SkyUK Your early termination charges are ridiculous!! £120 for cancelling a year contract of £23 per month is just not acceptable! Sky is basically steeling money off people who are going through hard time in life whilst showing absolutely no empathy! Never again!!

    Still don’t get it, a satellite signal travels to a spot somewhere in space travels through god knows what but the minutes there’s a slight wind and rain in the north west of England it can’t get through that so I can watch the darts for £90 a month. @SkyHelpTeam

For you, homophobia isn’t a problem because for you it’s racism that’s a problem because you’re on the receiving end of that. Try to use that to understand how victims of racism are the same as victims of homophobia.

    @SkyHelpTeam What is the point of me signing up to a new contract based on certain requirements ( notably the cost) and you then change the cost? Sounds like a breach in contract on your part … no customer loyalty taken into consideration so no option but to speak to @virginmedia
