Today I have had my sky dish fitted and we are extraamly unhappy with the way the wires have been positioned down the front of my house. Please can you contact me ASAP as we need to engineer

I had offers which have ran out & am unable to cancel things online it says phone but as I’m not a key worker or vulnerable I can’t call!!! I have been a customer for over 20 yrs!!!

Main things they need to work on if they want more games are lag time (only 20 seconds tonight, which is a big improvement on last season), and the issues they have when loads of people are accessing live streams at same time & some just get error message
