    @SkyHelpTeam why is the @disneyplus app so poor on my q-box? Broadband connection of 30mb and runs off LAN rather than wireless, picture keeps skipping, freezing or momentary blue spinny circle! So annoying....

    @SkyHelpTeam my wife just did a mobile upgrade but now the phone has arrived, there is no reference to it being an upgrade or how to return her old phone. Also no reference to the order in her account! She has tried the online help but it’s an endless loop. Also called support.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried to call to resolve a broadband issue but recorded message tells me my call can not be answered unless I fall into a medically vulnerable category. Please advise how I can speak to someone. Online guides not helpful.

    @SkyHelpTeam When I try to play back recordings on sky go. I have reported this in the past and it has never been resolved although the error code is new

    @SkyHelpTeam Engineer cancelled without notification. I've wasted time off work waiting around for nothing. I've been given a month's free broadband as compensation but TBH I've only been with Sky for 2 months and am very unhappy with the broadband reliability and the poor customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am not the customer. Your vulnerable elderly customer has gotten nowhere. That is why I am on here. Try again. What exchange fault causes problems ONLY with the phone ringing signal, not dialtone/connecting calls?

    @shireenfraser @SkyHelpTeam Firstly, best not being so overly self-entitled as you tend to find you’ll rightly get treated like the *** you are. Secondly if you want to keep your “Platinum” customer you’re not going to be able to keep your current service whilst having the work done
