    I love getting cut off 3 times during phone calls @SkyUK. Customer service is that awesome that they don't phone back they leave you to get back in the queue that 'could be more than 30minutes' 👍 all I want is a cost for multiroom but it seems that is too much to ask!

    That's me done with @SkySports @SoccerSaturday The RS love-in is disgraceful. Worse still the know-nothing Father-in-law is here & thinks we should support them as they're a local team. Just need to convince my lad we can survive without Sky... #biasedbeyondbelief

    @SkyHelpTeam I have an engineer coming out tomorrow after a nightmare day with awful WiFi I shall update after they been but I will warn customers they are dependant on how many devices you have connected which I wasn’t told when I signed up!

    @stevo_g1992 @SkyUK @WeAreOpenreach The engineer was very apologetic for getting their late...however what really frustrated me was that I booked it 4.5 weeks ago and I was told I would be seen early in the day. If I'd known they'd been late I could have worked the morning. Sorry 2 hear that you have had issues 2

    @SkyHelpTeam our sky broadband has disconnected less than a week after joining from bt where we never had problems I’ve ran all the diagnostic checks on your website before you ask me to do that
