    Such confusion. @SkyUK supposed to fit SkyQ last Saturday 7th and didn’t turn up. I called and they arranged for this Saturday 14th coming, so this morning got email and text saying it’s getting installed Tuesday 10th and order status says Saturday 14th WTF! #fail

    @SkyHelpTeam had my SkyQ and Mini box delivered today and I can now no longer access SkyGo. It says that I require a subscription service to view channels (which I have). Had no problem before this. Also the Sky Mini box keeps disconnecting.

    @MrDinnage @pnefc @patrick5bauer @SkySports Cost me £20 in admin fees to cancel. Could have come down Sunday but £100 for a hotel and kids missing their Sunday football games made me choose to cancel. Still not been to Charlton, one of the few grounds I have to tick off!

    @SkyHelpTeam You make it very easy to upgrade your services online but impossible to downgrade without having to call. Your customer service is disgusting. @BBCWatchdog Has anyone else complained about the Sky services. 45 minute call waiting times.

    @SkyHelpTeam no TV signal and the earliest an engineer can come to fix it is 25th January 2020, that’s 40 (FORTY) days away. I spend £140 per month and expect better service than this. This is NOT good enough.

    @SkyHelpTeam your broadband has been down since about 1:30 in the Southport area, yet you have not updated your customers as to the expected down just that you are aware of the problem, it’s not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried these fixes several times and none of them work! I am not paying for an engineer to visit and I’m not signing up for another 12 months for terrible service. Which is what is suggested when I speak to customer services. I am fuming that it’s down again!!

    @SkyHelpTeam This is clear description of bottlenecking - having multiple tech support agents to handle cases but one dept that is the final approver to actualise the fix but they only call once every 24 hours.

    @SkyHelpTeam wonder if you can help every time we go upstairs our WiFi is cutting out when we try to rejoin saying incorrect password. When downstairs connect using same password no issues. It’s now causing issues for working from home.

    @SkyHelpTeam Im activated and all, im just mega annoyed that a company like so will struggle to give me internet or reception. My whatsapp constantly shows connecting and i get into reception area and see the misscalls 🙄 like i said if i got the net service i will be able to contact u easily
