@SkyHelpTeam my wife just did a mobile upgrade but now the phone has arrived, there is no reference to it being an upgrade or how to return her old phone. Also no reference to the order in her account! She has tried the online help but it’s an endless loop. Also called support.

@SkyHelpTeam I have been passed from pillar to post actually. I was once put on hold for 40 minutes only for the person who eventually answered was a member of the sales team. I resigned myself to the fact it was never going to work when I noticed the message changed to a specific code

@SkyHelpTeam I drive for a living, the issues I've been having are receiving calls through vehicles speakers even though paired, unable to log out of certain apps, fingerprint unlock not working. All are rectified after restarting phone, which I've done countless times.

@SkyHelpTeam 1st world problem. Got upgraded broadband (BT) and now the sky q box connection drops out on a daily basis. Is there some kind of upgrade due to prevent it, or at least a function to remember the password so we don’t have to enter every time.
