@SkyHelpTeam got super fast broadband and we wasn't getting Internet upstairs so they sent me a booster box out said free of charge because we should be getting such speed that we wasn't, just checked me bill and they're charging me for the box and delivery, avoid sky, terrible

Hi @SkyHelpTeam - Just received a letter to say my offers are ending soon, but you’ve kindly extended my offer by 15 months. “Your price would normally go up” - indicating no increase. Bad news is - I’ve checked my future bill and they are showing as going up by 25%! Explain?

@SkyHelpTeam So @OpenreachHelp insist I talk to @SkyUK to get updates. When I call I’m told that they only have access to minimal info (ie - we’ll get an update on the issue on the 12th). No idea of what’s required to get my service up & running ; no sla; no escalation processes. A joke!
