@skyuk how long is it going to sort our broardband. So far, through January we have had practically no broard band due to slow slow speeds.... You said it was fixed... For the last 3 weeks we have had NO broardband connection at all... And no help from your customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam @D1n0nlyT8 Yes my new iPhone 12 keeps going silent for seconds at a time on a call and my husbands keeps going muffled. Also, with the billions in profit Sky make surely there’s a better way to get hold of customer service if you have a problem.

@SkyHelpTeam @newby1981 Replace the Sky Hub for a new one. Quick, easy, low cost. If that doesn’t fix it, the issue is your BT line and/or cabling - so going elsewhere won’t fix a thing.

@newby1981 @SkyHelpTeam Try or request a new Sky Hub. Because if that doesn’t fix anything, the issue is likely lie in your BT line, the cabling etc (everything outside of the Sky Hub basically). Which means switching to another provider would be a complete waste of time 👌
