@SkyHelpTeam broadband still not fixed by @WeAreOpenreach after 12 days. On phone to customer services for 43 minutes and transferred by engineer for help with additional data for our sky mobiles, put on hold then call is cut off!

@SkyUK broadband been down since 10/07. Openreach investigates 11/07 and need to do underground work but we are paying for services including #skybroadband that we cannot access without internet!

@SkyHelpTeam Looks like I have to pay £49 to set it up rather than £20 for new customers so I will just pass and stick with what I have. Thought as a Diamond VIP I might have got a discount or even got it for free but guess not. Thanks for help but will pass for now.

@SkyHelpTeam That's the issue, I always have every session set to record in UHD. Every weekend, something is missing. The separate issue is the displaying of UHD broadcast, same every week, shows HD broadcast but also a message in the description stating "also in hd" makes no sense.
