@SkyHelpTeam had my SkyQ and Mini box delivered today and I can now no longer access SkyGo. It says that I require a subscription service to view channels (which I have). Had no problem before this. Also the Sky Mini box keeps disconnecting.

I would like to hear the referee's & VAR official's explanation as that is as clear cut a pen as you can get.
