@SkyHelpTeam You make it very easy to upgrade your services online but impossible to downgrade without having to call. Your customer service is disgusting. @BBCWatchdog Has anyone else complained about the Sky services. 45 minute call waiting times.

@SkyHelpTeam no TV signal and the earliest an engineer can come to fix it is 25th January 2020, that’s 40 (FORTY) days away. I spend £140 per month and expect better service than this. This is NOT good enough.

This process has been ridiculous and filled with errors. I cannot begin to explain how annoyed I am or how outrageous the service is. If @SkyHelpTeam or @OpenreachHelp can offer explanations or even a expedited service, I would be grateful. 13/

Such confusion. @SkyUK supposed to fit SkyQ last Saturday 7th and didn’t turn up. I called and they arranged for this Saturday 14th coming, so this morning got email and text saying it’s getting installed Tuesday 10th and order status says Saturday 14th WTF! #fail

@SkyHelpTeam Our Sky broadband is always really slow, we are on the slowest (cheapest) and have quiet a few devices running of it but yesterday it was running at 1mps, so couldn't watch football on #AmazonPrimeSport

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried these fixes several times and none of them work! I am not paying for an engineer to visit and I’m not signing up for another 12 months for terrible service. Which is what is suggested when I speak to customer services. I am fuming that it’s down again!!

@SkyHelpTeam @Ishrxq_ Woah, hang on, this can't be right. I have same problem, I always have UHD access on these channels. If I pay for UHD then I should get the UHD version of the channel I subscribe to. You can't just move UHD to a different channel to stop access to something I've paid for.

@SkyHelpTeam my elderly parents no longer need #Sky multiscreen but they have 4 months remaining on their contract. I called to cancel it but was told they need to pay £39.50 over the phone today. Seems odd that they need to pay up front. They will now wait until end of contract!
