    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve already done this and cancelled. Cancellation date is 14th July, I just need to discuss the equipment you allege I have. I am being asked to return a Sky Booster despite never having one.

    @SkyHelpTeam Followed all this and all troubleshooting and still got issues. It's a lot of money to pay multiroom for a box that has to be reset every night

    @SkyHelpTeam Hj, hope you can help. I already have Disney+ through Disney but although I can get it on my new Sky Q box it tells me I have to subscribe. As I pay for the Disney+ and not Sky I don’t want to add it to the bill. But there seems no way around it, or is there?

    @SkyHelpTeam issues with sky Q boxes.. jumping.. proximity issues.. poor network messages. Frustrating waste of money. BT have fixed our internet new router still Sky is poor. Over to you... 🤷

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Hope you can help. We’ve just upgraded to Sky Q and noticed that BT Sports which we have with them, not you is not available on the Mini Boxes.Calling BT they said it would cost £5 on 1 box. Is there a deal on at Sky where we can get it direct and on all 3 minis

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband still not fixed by @WeAreOpenreach after 12 days. On phone to customer services for 43 minutes and transferred by engineer for help with additional data for our sky mobiles, put on hold then call is cut off!

    @SkyUK broadband been down since 10/07. Openreach investigates 11/07 and need to do underground work but we are paying for services including #skybroadband that we cannot access without internet!

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam trying to downgrade my TV package but hitting a brick wall. No option on the app/website to downgrade even though the help section says there is. Currently been on hold almost an hour. Plenty of options to upgrade but not to downgrade

    @SkyHelpTeam recently changed to sky mobile. to login on certain apps/websites I need to receive verification text msgs. A couple of websites' codes have come through as texts, but there are one or two websites where I never receive the text w code. Is sky blocking these?

    Why are @SkySports commentators so biased against Crystal Palace? Arsenal was not a poor team; Palace did not allow Arsenal to play. The fact that Palace were also playing against 12 men was not mentioned once.
