    @SkyHelpTeam tried to review my TV package however the details listed just aren’t clear. 1) it appears that my HD option has expired 2) no longer offers Sky Signature as a replacement for Box Sets. Whilst we’re all sat at home, the customer journey really shouldn’t be this difficult

    Who’d have thought, absolutely disgusting customer support from @SkyUK paying a fortune for a package that is NOT delivering in any way. Spoke to a lovely girl named April her attitude definitely does not explain why she opted for a customer services role! DONT BUY SKY!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam your customer service is awful. Had a problem with the box and been trying to call for days now. Can't get through and no answer to problem online. If you tell me how to fix it I promise we won't all get covid from it. **** houses. Leaving because of this.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there, the link above didn’t help, feels like it just goes round in circles. The only thing I have yet to try is switching off the Q box. Failing that I will have to switch else where. Paying for a service I can’t use is pointless. It was fine about a month ago.

    @SkyHelpTeam such a difficult process to UPGRADE to SkyStream. Marketed as all inclusive, BUT addons needed for basic funciton > fastforward > pause. I'm a HD+ customer for 9 years, no loyalty or discount compared to a new customer. To top it off £20 charge to have it sent out!
