@SkyHelpTeam can’t seem to find any help online, our broadband router is overheating, (one of your engineers informed us of this and did nothing at all about it), and we seem to be getting an average download speed of 9.1mb/s & upload of 1.1mb/s (1/2)

@SkyHelpTeam lost connection earlier now painfully slow. Service page says no issues. Ran all check & told wait 5 days for engineer. Eek! I need to work. Whatever’s happened even affect app & q box connection vv strange! Tried all solutions.

@SkyHelpTeam I've spoken with Lewis in IT support, then had to be transferred to IDM. Call was cut off after over (another) hour, and still my Sky ID has not updated. This means I cannot sign the credit agreement sent to me earlier as it will not recognise my Sky ID. Absolutely hopeless!
