Moved from @virginmedia to @SkyUK but phone number hasn’t moved. @virginmedia say it’s possible to still port it and the response from @SkyUK - we don’t know how to do that, hang up and try to speak to someone else after 3 hours on the phone 🤬🤬🤬

Another 25 minute on the phone to @SkyUK in 3 days over an engineer they promised would be out yesterday wonder if I’ll get any compensation back for the loss of services plus all the money it’s cost me ringing helplines no probably not Cos it’s not sky’s problem it @openreach

Shock 12.41,no sign of @OpenreachHelp engineers to fix my @SkyUK broadband even tho sky once again for the 4th time this wke assured me they be out this morning, shock day 7 no internet no engineer another palm off awful service on both parts yet again leaving me with no internet

@OpenreachHelp care to explain why am still waiting for an open reach engineer 6 days on through @SkyUK internet according to them it’s open reach faukt and it’s out of their hands yet here I am 6 days later still no engineer still no internet shocking service on both parts

@premierleague @SkySports The refs in this league are a joke there so inconsistent they need to be reviewed. Anthony taylor is the worst ref in the league and Andre marriner never gave cards for worst tackles in his game yesterday but give that as a red. Both should be sacked😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam done 7 times in 2 months they never send them. There is a fault at your repairs dept computer it generates a request but does not result in envelope coming out. Or email with pdf being sent . I wish to have my 7 request seen to first before going further

@SkyHelpTeam Sorry, bit presumptuous of you to say what I was / was not told. I was told my subscription would allow me to watch all domestic football being shown by sky. I wasn’t told that if I get this subscription there may sometimes be matches I couldn’t see. I’d like to make a complaint
