@skyuk how long is it going to sort our broardband. So far, through January we have had practically no broard band due to slow slow speeds.... You said it was fixed... For the last 3 weeks we have had NO broardband connection at all... And no help from your customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam @D1n0nlyT8 Yes my new iPhone 12 keeps going silent for seconds at a time on a call and my husbands keeps going muffled. Also, with the billions in profit Sky make surely there’s a better way to get hold of customer service if you have a problem.

@SkyHelpTeam are there problems in NN2 area? Internet was in and out in Friday and is poor today. Have reset box several times and followed steps to check signal which says is fine - but it is clearly not. Making it really difficult to work form home

@Ner1sa @SkyHelpTeam Almost as if Sky have those green ticks fixed to stop people getting irate at their continually awful service. This is the second complete outage in a matter of weeks, and the "sky help" team do anything except "help", rarely knowing what is going on. Really bad.

Just had a call from "Jessica" (with a very suspiciously Indian accent ) on 01293456478 from SKY Broadband!! They are Scammers, just hang up and DO NOT LOG ONTO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT for them. SKY would never ask you to do this! @SkyUK
