    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I really need to speak to somebody about my current package. I had offers which have ran out & am unable to cancel things online it says phone but as I’m not a key worker or vulnerable I can’t call!!! I have been a customer for over 20 yrs!!!

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam Throughout this all both companies first line analysts have talked the talk and their customer service skills excellent, but their ability to escalate seems to be non existent. I will be advising all neighbours to leave their ISPs as they cannot provide an acceptable service.

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam Never received the callback from the manager, but was offered a £15 voucher to “close the complaint” oh no you don’t get off that easily. Sky have been charging us for services they cannot possibly provide because Openreach will not connect to the existing infrastructure.

    @SkyHelpTeam no need I'm doing this the easy way and keeping records that you just keep telling me to call a number that is not accepting non urgent calls . Why should I spend any more than the 90 minutes I spend trying to cancel a service that you are trying raise at an extortionate rate

    @SkySports This just shows the problems with the divide between Prem League and the TV mega deals not filtering down enough to the lower leagues, time for a radical change and end to the money mad era, wage caps and transfer fee caps for each league and more money for lower leagues
