So it's 2022 & yet @SkyUK & @SkyHelpTeam cannot handle a bit of bad weather, I missed the end of @BlueBloods_CBS here in Liverpool, England because Sky are shite, why do we pay our bills when we are missing the shows we love, their tech is shite & their tech support is even worse

Hi @SkyHelpTeam - Just received a letter to say my offers are ending soon, but you’ve kindly extended my offer by 15 months. “Your price would normally go up” - indicating no increase. Bad news is - I’ve checked my future bill and they are showing as going up by 25%! Explain?

@SkyHelpTeam What a pointless response. The issue was the game kicked off at 12pm and was listed as being on the red button on sky sports football. This did not happen and the channel showed an 8 year old game until 12.15, so we missed the first 15 minutes of the game.

@SkyHelpTeam We've been told the problem is external. No appointment; since the 13th, we've just been passed from update to update (promised by a deadline, then always late) - we've been told the next one will be on 29th, but not expecting anything else but yet another push to another update.
