I've some now tv vouchers if I really want to watch something. But most of the sports we watch are no longer on Sky and their spfl coverage is a joke.

Jason from @skytv / @SkyHelpTeam replied with an apology, but I don’t accept it. Saying “sorry” means nothing if Sky still refuses to fix the actual problem. The core issue is simple! after nearly 6 years of loyalty (since 17 August 2020), Sky reset my Gold VIP status to Silver over a 24-day gap. SKY ASKED me to withdraw my previous CISAS complaint in good faith after the December 2024 billing dispute. I did exactly that. I then returned just 24 days later and agreed a new 24-month Sky Stream contract at £60 per month. I was never told that my previous tenure would vanish and everything would reset. Had I known, it would almost certainly have influenced my decision to rejoin. Or at least I could’ve made a better and more informed decision rather than a ill informed decision #SkyVIP #SkyComplaint #CISAS
