    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried everything and still no one is helping. I have tried going onto the website and finding no answers to my problem. My phone is saying not registered to network all I want to know is how to solve this or will I have to get a new mobile phone. Thanku

    @SkyHelpTeam what time does the insurance department open please? Spoke to an agent who didn’t really help. Was told I’d be transferred to insurance to arrange an engineer to come with a new box but I was cut off as the insurance team finished for the day.

    @SkySports Martial is never going to learn! He’s been with the club since 2015!! He spent 2 seasons with the best striker in the league in Rooney! Clearly not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

    Absolutely fuming with @SkyUK broadband. Broadband speeds fine, but spontaneous and complete dropouts of WiFi KEEP happening, after several phone calls and 3 engineer visits. Engineer number 4 coming this week. Won't change the fact they aren't providing a service I pay for 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam is there any further update on the Blackpool outage? It’s getting ridiculous now! No update for several hours. I’ve been patient but my patience is wearing very thin now.

    @skyuk how long is it going to sort our broardband. So far, through January we have had practically no broard band due to slow slow speeds.... You said it was fixed... For the last 3 weeks we have had NO broardband connection at all... And no help from your customer service.

    @jon_shaw7 @SkyUK @skytv Phoned to cancel and was going to be hit with a charge if I didn’t send SkyQ box back even though The contract had finished :-(

    @SkyHelpTeam Since 30/8 we have spoken to at least 11 people, promised calls back which didn't happen. Its been escalated today (again) and have been told someone will call in 2 days. Now have network issues. They have unlocked number range (after 10 days) but no phone serv. available 😫
