@SkyHelpTeam I have tried these fixes several times and none of them work! I am not paying for an engineer to visit and I’m not signing up for another 12 months for terrible service. Which is what is suggested when I speak to customer services. I am fuming that it’s down again!!

Such confusion. @SkyUK supposed to fit SkyQ last Saturday 7th and didn’t turn up. I called and they arranged for this Saturday 14th coming, so this morning got email and text saying it’s getting installed Tuesday 10th and order status says Saturday 14th WTF! #fail

@SkyHelpTeam no TV signal and the earliest an engineer can come to fix it is 25th January 2020, that’s 40 (FORTY) days away. I spend £140 per month and expect better service than this. This is NOT good enough.

I’m pretty sure our footballers pay more tax here too so we’d probably have to double his current salary which wouldn’t be a problem , but the fact they don’t want to sell is a bigger stumbling block than the actual wages
