    @SkyHelpTeam Second call as first hung up after 36 min. Now awaiting advisor to cone back on.... 40 min after he went to ask about problem...not acceptable

    @SkyHelpTeam 3 weeks ago informed sky of house move. Was given activation date of 1st June for phone line/WiFi. Still not working today, then I spend 30 mins on the phone to be told I need to wait 2 working days for an ‘update’ on when it will activate. Not good enough!

    @SkyHelpTeam hey peeps, not happy I can’t order the new Sky Glass as the prioritising Diamond & Platinum customers which was never announced, so went into my Sky Store an it says they not authorised to deal with my account?! are you trying to stop me getting it?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I cannot access my Halifax banking app via mobile data, it’s fine on Wi-Fi. It won’t authenticate my device on mobile data. I’ve left feedback via the banking app but it’s been going on for over a month with no resolution. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been on my sky app trying to cancel an order meant to be a Christmas present, and up to now I’ve probably wasted over 5 hours with no success (inc phone calls to No provided) so I’m going to have to refuse delivery

    @GafferReal @SkySports Well in 1937 game between Charlton v Chelsea the fog was so bad the ref abandoned but the Charlton keeper stayed in goal for a further 15 minites as he didnt realise. We say its all about player safety if this was at @DebdenSports itll be off #grassroots #lovethewhistle

    @SkySports He's spot on. They could happily cancel international friendlies but guessing any games now will be WC Qualifiers. As he said, society in general need it, not sport. They all just need to be more cautious and follow the rules and stick to their bubbles.

    Not having much luck with @SkyUK broadband. It’s been down for the last three days. Got a text this morning saying the issue has been resolved but if we’re still having problems to call them. When you call it they send you a text and hang up!!! @SkyHelpTeam
