@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been on my sky app trying to cancel an order meant to be a Christmas present, and up to now I’ve probably wasted over 5 hours with no success (inc phone calls to No provided) so I’m going to have to refuse delivery

@SkyHelpTeam 3 weeks ago informed sky of house move. Was given activation date of 1st June for phone line/WiFi. Still not working today, then I spend 30 mins on the phone to be told I need to wait 2 working days for an ‘update’ on when it will activate. Not good enough!

@sharonhollydav1 @virginmedia @SkyUK I’ve been with VM for yonks too so had to change and they offered the new sky glass for a great price so jumped ship, I do believe all broadbands have issues but with VM I had no Wi-Fi in my bedrooms and I’m in a medium sized 2 bedroom flat?? Boosters didn’t help either… so!!
