@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I cannot access my Halifax banking app via mobile data, it’s fine on Wi-Fi. It won’t authenticate my device on mobile data. I’ve left feedback via the banking app but it’s been going on for over a month with no resolution. Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been on my sky app trying to cancel an order meant to be a Christmas present, and up to now I’ve probably wasted over 5 hours with no success (inc phone calls to No provided) so I’m going to have to refuse delivery

@SkyHelpTeam 3 weeks ago informed sky of house move. Was given activation date of 1st June for phone line/WiFi. Still not working today, then I spend 30 mins on the phone to be told I need to wait 2 working days for an ‘update’ on when it will activate. Not good enough!

@SkyHelpTeam i have been issues with my broadband for the last week - it drops in and out of WiFi and requires me to sign in every time it drops out. This can happen 5 times an hours. I have tried turning it on and off, reconnecting all the cables and resetting the box completely

@SkyHelpTeam no Wi-Fi connections are working to access the internet. Windows Network Dianostics states “DNS Server might be unavailable” still able to stream through Sky Q box though. Any ideas??
