@SkyHelpTeam 3 weeks ago informed sky of house move. Was given activation date of 1st June for phone line/WiFi. Still not working today, then I spend 30 mins on the phone to be told I need to wait 2 working days for an ‘update’ on when it will activate. Not good enough!

@SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

@DrummerDan7 @Alicat_21 @SkySportsNews @SkySports I agree with most of that. I just prefer the BT coverage. You don’t get the Liverpool United rivalry shoved down your throat every minute. Redknapp, Souness, Neville and Carragher etc. Much prefer the likes of Julien Laurens, Raphael Honigstein and James Horncastle.

@NetflixUK @Netflixhelps why am I being told I'm using a proxy/VPN when I'm not? I am now stuck paying for a service that I'm not receiving. I cant even cancel as I'm in an 18mth contract with @SkyUK. You are clearly having issues erroneously blocking certain ISP's. Please help.
