Still not working today, then I spend 30 mins on the phone to be told I need to wait 2 working days for an ‘update’ on when it will activate. Not good enough!

My husband received a phone call from them yesterday advising him of an overdue payment, so he paid the £113 as requested. Today the internet is disconnected and they have now advised him it will remain disconnected for 8 days! Only just found out. She’s now terrified of having an engineer visit again.
