    @SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been on my sky app trying to cancel an order meant to be a Christmas present, and up to now I’ve probably wasted over 5 hours with no success (inc phone calls to No provided) so I’m going to have to refuse delivery

    @SkyHelpTeam 3 weeks ago informed sky of house move. Was given activation date of 1st June for phone line/WiFi. Still not working today, then I spend 30 mins on the phone to be told I need to wait 2 working days for an ‘update’ on when it will activate. Not good enough!

    @SkyHelpTeam Second call as first hung up after 36 min. Now awaiting advisor to cone back on.... 40 min after he went to ask about problem...not acceptable

    Bloody marvellous. #skybroadband goes down at 8.59 and their customer services go home 9. Then their automated test say its broken then there’s no problem with the line so go online for help. @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam service out for 2 days on broadband in nr28 0pw advised of ongoing exchange fault my elderly parents rely on Wi-Fi for their phones to work as Gsm mobile signal is poor when will repair be complete?

    @SkyHelpTeam Really disappointed today with your service. My dad has been with you 17 years and needs to reduce the cost of his bill. Spoke to 4 different people and no one could do this. Not impressed! Will be cancelling unless you are able to assist please
