    @SkyHelpTeam 3 weeks ago informed sky of house move. Was given activation date of 1st June for phone line/WiFi. Still not working today, then I spend 30 mins on the phone to be told I need to wait 2 working days for an ‘update’ on when it will activate. Not good enough!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I cannot access my Halifax banking app via mobile data, it’s fine on Wi-Fi. It won’t authenticate my device on mobile data. I’ve left feedback via the banking app but it’s been going on for over a month with no resolution. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

    @SkyHelpTeam hey peeps, not happy I can’t order the new Sky Glass as the prioritising Diamond & Platinum customers which was never announced, so went into my Sky Store an it says they not authorised to deal with my account?! are you trying to stop me getting it?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been on my sky app trying to cancel an order meant to be a Christmas present, and up to now I’ve probably wasted over 5 hours with no success (inc phone calls to No provided) so I’m going to have to refuse delivery

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I pulled plug this morning to see if fixed issue tonight and it didn't. Given I've other programmes set to record this is going to cause clashing issues at some point. How do I rectify, I don't want to do full reset as have a number of historic recordings I don't want to lose

    @pwatsonuk @SkyHelpTeam Indeed, but I shouldn’t have to turn it off. In this case we paused something because someone came to the door, then got sidetracked… bottom line is I shouldn’t have to think about it because I had no reason to expect this issue!

    @SkySports This sentimentality that @GNev2 is promoting is seriously bordering on disgusting now 🤮 The man was an awful manager, won nothing and should never have been appointed to that job. But oh, he is a good man. Next United manager should be careful to have 'I'm a good man' on his CV

    @SkyUK wifi is the absolute worst. Claims it’s connected, all lights are green on the router but guess what? NOT WORKING. Multiple times a week this happens and sky claim there’s no issues! If there were no issues the wifi wouldn’t be down multiple times a week ffs

    @BTOpenreach1 your service is just rubbish! 24 hours of no broadband yet again, NR20, no message, no explanation, no timescale for a fix, 7 times in 36 months but you have a monopoly so why worry? @SkyUK at 90 quid a month this is very poor service!
