    @SkyHelpTeam 3 weeks ago informed sky of house move. Was given activation date of 1st June for phone line/WiFi. Still not working today, then I spend 30 mins on the phone to be told I need to wait 2 working days for an ‘update’ on when it will activate. Not good enough!

    @SkyHelpTeam Her contract isn’t up for renewal until June so deals aren’t showing up. Always told to ring one to two months before on my personal contract runs out and never had an issue getting much better deals than the renewal offer you mention. 23 years contract not mean anything?
