@DrummerDan7 @Alicat_21 @SkySportsNews @SkySports I agree with most of that. I just prefer the BT coverage. You don’t get the Liverpool United rivalry shoved down your throat every minute. Redknapp, Souness, Neville and Carragher etc. Much prefer the likes of Julien Laurens, Raphael Honigstein and James Horncastle.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been on my sky app trying to cancel an order meant to be a Christmas present, and up to now I’ve probably wasted over 5 hours with no success (inc phone calls to No provided) so I’m going to have to refuse delivery

@SkyUK to say I'm disgusted is an understatement... my elderly mum has been without a phone line all week.. I rang you to sort the matter out for her & you assured me an engineer would call on her today between 1pm-6pm.. shes still waiting!! Nice one. Shite service

@SkyUK See that would be fine but I've had 4 engineers out from @OpenreachHelp and they've never fixed the issue so everytime it rains we have drop out.... Might get you out again, get them to fix the line, charge you and then leave, in fact it shall be done!!!

@SkyHelpTeam 3 weeks ago informed sky of house move. Was given activation date of 1st June for phone line/WiFi. Still not working today, then I spend 30 mins on the phone to be told I need to wait 2 working days for an ‘update’ on when it will activate. Not good enough!
