    @SkyHelpTeam what time does the insurance department open please? Spoke to an agent who didn’t really help. Was told I’d be transferred to insurance to arrange an engineer to come with a new box but I was cut off as the insurance team finished for the day.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am utterly disgusted i cant get through to a real live person at sky. My mobile is not working tried everything online it told me to. It is showing network not registered and it did this straight after a software update. If I don't here feom anyone I will cancel my

    @SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam is there any further update on the Blackpool outage? It’s getting ridiculous now! No update for several hours. I’ve been patient but my patience is wearing very thin now.

    @SkyHelpTeam 3 weeks ago informed sky of house move. Was given activation date of 1st June for phone line/WiFi. Still not working today, then I spend 30 mins on the phone to be told I need to wait 2 working days for an ‘update’ on when it will activate. Not good enough!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been on my sky app trying to cancel an order meant to be a Christmas present, and up to now I’ve probably wasted over 5 hours with no success (inc phone calls to No provided) so I’m going to have to refuse delivery

    @SkyHelpTeam The sky q box is the problem! Had sky multiroom without issue for years. Got conned into an upgrade. Shared hdd is a nightmare with children, WiFi drops, boxes lose each other, capped number of rooms too low, apps play with no sound, box won't recognise hdmi. Endless problems.

    @SkyHelpTeam Will we at least get some improvement in stability afterwards? Usually having to reset the router every other day to reconnect after it drops, at least make the maintenance worthwhile.
