@SkyHelpTeam 3 weeks ago informed sky of house move. Was given activation date of 1st June for phone line/WiFi. Still not working today, then I spend 30 mins on the phone to be told I need to wait 2 working days for an ‘update’ on when it will activate. Not good enough!

@holiwhirl @SkyUK yeah it's so bad consistently. when I had sky, my ping in games was terrible and I couldn't push past a 2mb/s download speed, especially at night hours bc sky likes to shut off at that time. switched to virgin and all my issues with Internet went away

@SkyHelpTeam think I’m going to have to cancel sky. Had issues with Fringe season 2 and now Resident Alien season 2. Whenever I try to download season 2 of Resident Alien, it’s telling me the this item is no longer available. I’ve updated the box and unplugged it.
