    @SkyHelpTeam what’s happening with emails please. Haven’t been able to send or receive any today. It’s telling me my password is wrong, I hadn’t changed it. I have now to try and access emails but with no success. Seems a lot of people are having same issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I cannot access my Halifax banking app via mobile data, it’s fine on Wi-Fi. It won’t authenticate my device on mobile data. I’ve left feedback via the banking app but it’s been going on for over a month with no resolution. Thanks

    I'm not one of those @LUFC fans that thinks that everyone is purposefully out to get us (@SkySports, @EFL, @FA etc...) but come on! That was such a poor was for a Leeds penalty. Referee's at the @SkyBetChamp level should not be making mistakes like that. Terrible decision #LUFC

    @DiogenesOtaku @SkyHelpTeam Customers in the wider Settle area have had the same problem for over 24 hours now with Sky being in denial for quite some time that there is an issue.. No sign of resolution.

    @SkyHelpTeam Done all that, yes. Phoned the helpline, as have fellow villagers to be told there's no area-wide issue, yet we are all experiencing the same. There's also the challenge of the landline going through the router, so that's one communication channel closed whilst it's so unstable.

    @SkyHelpTeam @MoneyTelegraph why did I get a phone call from Sky and when I answered no one responded? Also when do I get the refund you owe me after paying for a months broadband after I had cancelled service ?

    @SkyHelpTeam They have tried all that, no success. you are saying overheating router! this has been ongoing since yesterday. Many people in the area have the same fault that appeared yesterday, why are you not investigating? You are the “Help” team, where is your customer service?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve done all that, an open reach engineer was booked for today between 8-1 and they didn’t arrive. Others with the same issue were told it was a problem with the exchange. I just want to know when it’ll be fixed.
