@SkyHelpTeam what’s happening with emails please. Haven’t been able to send or receive any today. It’s telling me my password is wrong, I hadn’t changed it. I have now to try and access emails but with no success. Seems a lot of people are having same issue.

I'm not one of those @LUFC fans that thinks that everyone is purposefully out to get us (@SkySports, @EFL, @FA etc...) but come on! That was such a poor was for a Leeds penalty. Referee's at the @SkyBetChamp level should not be making mistakes like that. Terrible decision #LUFC

@SkyHelpTeam Done all that, yes. Phoned the helpline, as have fellow villagers to be told there's no area-wide issue, yet we are all experiencing the same. There's also the challenge of the landline going through the router, so that's one communication channel closed whilst it's so unstable.

Nothing but absolutely shocking customer service from @SkyHelpTeam . The majority of the time it’s been call after call to India and they do nothing! Finally get to speak to some in the Uk Sky mobile team and they are just rude and obnoxious. Sky mobile complaint now 3 weeks!
