    Credit where credit is due. Had broadband booster box issues over the past week. Two lovely ladies in the @SkyHelpTeam call centre couldn't have tried harder to fix it. And today a great guy arrived early, fixed my broadband, and then reconnected all of my home devices too 👏👍

    @SkyHelpTeam Done all that, yes. Phoned the helpline, as have fellow villagers to be told there's no area-wide issue, yet we are all experiencing the same. There's also the challenge of the landline going through the router, so that's one communication channel closed whilst it's so unstable.

    @DiogenesOtaku @SkyHelpTeam Customers in the wider Settle area have had the same problem for over 24 hours now with Sky being in denial for quite some time that there is an issue.. No sign of resolution.

    @SkySports just said we had 2 shots on target. 1st half we had Dallas & Ayling shots on targets. 2nd half Rodrigo scored and keeper saved another header from him onto the bar. Plus we had a couple of shots on target but not too testing. @BBCSport have it down as 7 on target.

    @SkyHelpTeam any news of the end to the what is now an over 48 hour outage in the Settle area please. It is taking far too long, causing serious inconvenience to home workers and businesses. #fail

    @SkyUK’s broadband is shocking, literally never works in our house no matter what floor you’re on and we have a box on each floor, must turn the internet on and off at least 3 times a day 😒

    @sasathaz @SkyHelpTeam @openreach The first engineer possibly had a damage report, these are raised to turn up and make the site safe, the second would be raised by Sky to see if your job ties in with that damage report. A lead task will cover the repair, all other jobs linked are in a hold queue until it’s done.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I put my number in the rel box, and that error/fault message comes up. Nothing else has happened here except power cut last night round 5pm. No service whatsoever since reinstated electric just after 8 pm last night
