    Credit where credit is due. Had broadband booster box issues over the past week. Two lovely ladies in the @SkyHelpTeam call centre couldn't have tried harder to fix it. And today a great guy arrived early, fixed my broadband, and then reconnected all of my home devices too 👏👍

    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, I am a new customer who can't get any on demand content including boxsets. Apparently its a known issue and I've been passed from pillar to post regarding the issue, it was logged multiple times but issue still present and on one is giving me any updates!

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband has been really slow takes awhile for things to load. Can't even check my speed test as it's not connecting to my hub so it says that on the app and on sky's (your) website

    @DiogenesOtaku @SkyHelpTeam Customers in the wider Settle area have had the same problem for over 24 hours now with Sky being in denial for quite some time that there is an issue.. No sign of resolution.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah it’s for a sky q mini box. Not sure why it’s done this. When I unplug and plug back in solid orange light and won’t go past that screen. Engineer next Sunday but hoping could fix before then.

    @SkyHelpTeam what is the news of the multiple outage in Settle area. Don’t fob us off with overheating routers, I am with @bt_uk in a house next door to one with the outage and ours is working fine.. Why are you not helping ? #gladiamwithBT #skyfail

    @SkyHelpTeam Done all that, yes. Phoned the helpline, as have fellow villagers to be told there's no area-wide issue, yet we are all experiencing the same. There's also the challenge of the landline going through the router, so that's one communication channel closed whilst it's so unstable.
