    @SkyHelpTeam sick of ringing companies who tell you theyโ€™re now closed and then give you the opening times and according to those they should still be open. Customer service is appalling these days.

    Bought an @AppleSupport iPad Pro 12.9 2022 in space grey from @SkyHelpTeam when it came it says space grey on the box but itโ€™s a silver one in the box! And neither of you can come up with a solution!!! Very unprofessional from 2 massive companies!! Not happy!!

    @MichaelBarracl5 @SkyUK Can't get Virgin. We're one of half a dozen houses on our road which can't have fibre due to previous issues with companies not being allowed to dig up land, so we're stuck with BT and any providers which use their lines. Sky's equipment is good but wasn't sure about Vodafone.

    @SkyHelpTeam We cant get through to anyone. The home broadband is down and my wife is a civil servent, recognised as key worker and she is working from home. Secondly you have changed our monthly charge without any notice. I cant get in touch with anyone to ratify this.

    This #PrimeVideo is spot on.... pretty much what @Sjopinion10 was talking about. A reasonable monthly subscription for full access. @SkyUK and @btsportfootball have their work cut out now.

    @SkyHelpTeam I followed the thread on the issue I have. It tested the connections and told me everything was fine. Even though I have 2 tablets that were fine yesterday but will not connect today. There was no number provided that I could see. Are you having lots of problems today?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah itโ€™s for a sky q mini box. Not sure why itโ€™s done this. When I unplug and plug back in solid orange light and wonโ€™t go past that screen. Engineer next Sunday but hoping could fix before then.
