And today a great guy arrived early, fixed my broadband, and then reconnected all of my home devices too 👏👍

            Long Preston, England@SkyHelpTeam Done all that, yes. Phoned the helpline, as have fellow villagers to be told there's no area-wide issue, yet we are all experiencing the same. There's also the challenge of the landline going through the router, so that's one communication channel closed whilst it's so unstable.
