@SkyHelpTeam Morning, have renegotiated a new contract and have Netflix included. This was included on old contract but now @NetflixUK have taken a months payment. Any chance you can sort your end, already spoken on phone but no help.

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband has been really slow takes awhile for things to load. Can't even check my speed test as it's not connecting to my hub so it says that on the app and on sky's (your) website

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah it’s for a sky q mini box. Not sure why it’s done this. When I unplug and plug back in solid orange light and won’t go past that screen. Engineer next Sunday but hoping could fix before then.

Credit where credit is due. Had broadband booster box issues over the past week. Two lovely ladies in the @SkyHelpTeam call centre couldn't have tried harder to fix it. And today a great guy arrived early, fixed my broadband, and then reconnected all of my home devices too 👏👍

@SkySports don’t even know why AFCON is played in January when Summer would usually be cooler but peoples attitude towards the tournament, African football and black people in general even in-spite of this is still an issue. Tinged with disrespect and an unworthiness to blackness as a whole
