    @SkyHelpTeam Only the power & wifi button like yesterday, still not a light showing what do ever for the internet. Can you have a look into this please? I’m paying for a service I can’t even use & using all my mobile data!

    @SkyUK is there a problem in the BD17 area? My broadband is constantly dropping in and out every 2 to 3 mins. A real pain in the backside.

    @yatin_suvagiya @virginmedia Sky are rubbish 3 weeks I have been calling them to sort out an issue and now the managers that are promising to call me don’t call me back shocking service from @SkyUK can’t wait to leave and virgin have offered me a cheaper deal with more add ons that sky can give me

    And yes I’m using capitals because I am annoyed and angry at the shockingly poor service. I want to cancel my subscription on 16/9 and for some reason @SkyUK are unable to process this information.

    @SkyUK so fed up with your broadband I pay £70 plus for your fibre optic and it’s terrible!!!! Buffering, saying I’m offline!!! Trust me I will be moving asap.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes and haven’t been cut off yet so we’ll see. It always seems to elicit better service if you head straight for cancellations though 🤷

    @SkyHelpTeam I have had a call and an engineer is going to come fix the problem. Caroline was brilliant at helping! It hasn’t sent through the message to give her feedback but she was fab!

    @MichaelBarracl5 @SkyUK Can't get Virgin. We're one of half a dozen houses on our road which can't have fibre due to previous issues with companies not being allowed to dig up land, so we're stuck with BT and any providers which use their lines. Sky's equipment is good but wasn't sure about Vodafone.

    my sky minibox doesn’t work, my sky WiFi booster doesn’t work, my internet still isn’t getting fixed till Friday (even then openreach may not come) used most my mobile data as the wifi won’t let me do anything @SkyHelpTeam today I was told to reset my rooter three times - HELP

    @bridgeexaminer @SkyHelpTeam It is for me as I have 4 mini boxes at the min and can only use 2 at a time which can be annoying…. I wanted 2 Glass TVs and 4 pucks and it would solve all my problems…. Just hope my internet is good enough!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Well, I had to literally spell out what I felt would be reasonable level of expected customer service. They wanted to just pass on the call to the app/ technical department, this is after I’d been on a call with them for approx 20/30 mins explaining everything and they (part 1)
