@SkyHelpTeam so I'm out of contract with my package paying £143 a month 🤬 if I was a new customer it would cost me £88 a month, do I need to cancel my account and start as a new customer or will you match the price.

@SkyHelpTeam still frequently disconnecting broadband. You sent us a new filter which didn’t even fit, we’ve tried a new cable anyway but judging by your replies on here this is a really WIDESPREAD UK issue and not isolated? What are you going to do about it ?

@SkyHelpTeam stop telling people affected by the Swindon area issue to check their connection, it makes you look bad. For some reason sky broadband considers Worcestershire and Herefordshire to be in the Swindon area FYI. Always where my IP address is placed.
