You sent us a new filter which didn’t even fit, we’ve tried a new cable anyway but judging by your replies on here this is a really WIDESPREAD UK issue and not isolated? Apparently its a known issue and I've been passed from pillar to post regarding the issue, it was logged multiple times but issue still present and on one is giving me any updates!

Two lovely ladies in the @SkyHelpTeam call centre couldn't have tried harder to fix it. And today a great guy arrived early, fixed my broadband, and then reconnected all of my home devices too 👏👍

Sky go extra has always been a requirement to have sky app on console since they disabled casting from iPads etc, strange it worked without sky go extra for you before, maybe you were getting it free before and they stopped it?

League should cut ties go with c4 and look at possible other companies like prime and set up a merchandise branch to go with it, this could help rebrand the league
