@SkyHelpTeam feeling really let down by sky. Ordered the watch for my daughters 10th birthday. The battery life is terrible drains straight away. Now I will have the hassle of sorting this out and she has only had it since Monday!

@redliz @bt_uk @btsport btsport charge an absolute fortune for their service. It’s hard enough so the moment without being fleeced for “live” football that may not reappear this year! @bt_uk you really need to rethink this decision, try ringing @SkySports they can tell you how to do it!

@SkySports at a time when seemingly our governments let us down the biggest institutions should be leaders. You do lots of good but this was piss poor. It’s better to stand for something than nothing.

@SkyHelpTeam i think i've figured out what the issue is. channel 308 is also called Sky Comedy HD. can i say that it seems very misleading (intentionally?) to have two channels with the same name, one of which is part of a premium package and the other not.

@skytv @SkyUK Complaint: 1607348115 Attempted to upgrade from Sky Fibre Unlimited to Sky Superfast on 19/01; over 2 months later, over 6 hours on the phone, 5 analysts promising to help and 1 engineer visit, I am still not upgraded and also not had a refund of costs. Help!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam every day broadband goes down and is intermittent between 5pm-7pm. Was promised that this wouldn't the case hence the upgrade and spending more...... any chance you can sort it out please? Been two weeks now.... also no chat facility on the website?
