Viking Flagship (@Stoss66) reported from Ilkley, England@therealjonnyh71 @SkySports Spot on mate. johndewhirst (@jpdewhirst) reported from Sandy Lane, England@NWK_BFD @SkySports An overnight stay was always on the cards for this game but at least with the 12:30 kick-off you can get a train home on Saturday. A far better outcome than having to take a couple days off for a Tuesday fixture. The bigger issue is being at the mercy of @CrossCountryUK trains.
-

James Craig (@jacraig89) reported from Bradford, England@SkyHelpTeam Hi, how do I go about getting one of those decent modems which may actually be able to emit signal into the next room? The one I’m having has serious issues supporting anything on WiFi, that’s not in the same room so it’s pretty hopeless.
-
Rob Potts (@RJP_LEARNS) reported from Bradford, England@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes and haven’t been cut off yet so we’ll see. It always seems to elicit better service if you head straight for cancellations though 🤷
Sky Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

Tony Longstaff (@tonylon83) reported@Ricky81D @SkyHelpTeam @skytv Totally agree. What annoys me most is if you go on the app you can sign up to any package there and then but if you want to cancel something you have to get in touch. Absolute joke.
-
Ricky (@Ricky81D) reportedHi @SkyHelpTeam @skytv can you please make it more difficult to cancel a subscription out of contract ? All I want is a phone number, website is taking me round in circles.
-

Steve Smith (@SteveSmith40242) reported@SkyUK I’m disabled and think I made a big mistake going over to my broadband recently. Terrible connection, especially on my iPhone. Everything the engineer installed is completely out of my reach. I’ve sent several to you but had no reply. Maybe I should leave 😡
-
Daniel Kerley (@danielsjourney1) reportedCan someone please help me @SkyHelpTeam I pay alot of money for your full fibre gigfast broadband but I just cannot get any sort of strong or consistent WiFi upstairs. I’ve been advised on the phone that I should have been told the speeds won’t be the same in other rooms unless I spend another £6 a month on another service and booster. I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. This is ridiculous now, can someone with the authority to make decisions get in touch please as this is very unfair now
