Credit where credit is due. Had broadband booster box issues over the past week. Two lovely ladies in the @SkyHelpTeam call centre couldn't have tried harder to fix it. And today a great guy arrived early, fixed my broadband, and then reconnected all of my home devices too 👏👍

@SkyHelpTeam still frequently disconnecting broadband. You sent us a new filter which didn’t even fit, we’ve tried a new cable anyway but judging by your replies on here this is a really WIDESPREAD UK issue and not isolated? What are you going to do about it ?

@SkyHelpTeam so I'm out of contract with my package paying £143 a month 🤬 if I was a new customer it would cost me £88 a month, do I need to cancel my account and start as a new customer or will you match the price.

@blyth_sean @SkyHelpTeam Ours went down at 4/5am this morning and we’ve been without it all day. Got told we’d have to wait 10 days for an engineer until we questioned this and now got one coming out tomorrow between 8am and 1pm. Not great when it went out last week as well for a few hours
