@OpenreachHelp Sorry Frazer but I've done that. Many, many times. And @SkyHelpTeam have actually been really helpful too when I have done. Unfortunately when it hits yourselves at Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) you're not helpful. Not even slightly. You've no interest in resolving the issue.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

@SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach .. network in 2018. Using the internet or any services (like Sky Catch Up!) are almost impossible as our speeds are so slow. I do appreciate it's not Sky's fault (its Openreach's), but we really need your help to push them to do something while we wait on fibre.

@SkyHelpTeam I've done all of that I'm afraid and had Sky engineers out. This issue is unfortunately bigger than that and relates to the network in our area. Openreach arrived in 2018 to upgrade us all to fibre, but instead added a couple of houses to fibre, ignored the flats and reduced..

@SkyHelpTeam We have been talking to one of your “customer service” colleagues who doesn’t seem to bothered we can’t get the wireless to work & that it’s a free service and tough we now have cables running across our lounge. We have asked to speak to a manager & are now sitting here “on hold”

@SkyHelpTeam The only way that can happen is if Openreach come out and do something. Their attitude appears to be that it isn't their fault and they've refused to take any responsibility since. We've tried everything to get our network improved but we're getting nowhere.

@SkyHelpTeam No everytime I called about an issue I always kept raising this but no action was ever taken it was always brushed under carpet so I eventually gave up but because I am no longer with you for tv apparently they won't do anything unless I pay a fee for someone to come out!

@SkySports A Man Utd editor needs to edit Solskjaer comment before it goes live. Having such squad and depending on 'Michael Jordan' to save is bad. Top coaches actually build a 'team', a 'force', a 'machine'. Not depend on a player. 3 years and you haven't a clue yet. Unbelievable.
