The home broadband is down and my wife is a civil servent, recognised as key worker and she is working from home. Secondly you have changed our monthly charge without any notice. Pete (@fergalson) reported@SkyUK whatever you are paying your network team, you need to cut it. A quick google, or use of copilot shows that THE ROUTER CANNOT CAUSE A RED LOS. Openreach engineer has said it’s an issue with sky, my neighbours are having the same issue USING the sky router.
