    @OpenreachHelp Sorry Frazer but I've done that. Many, many times. And @SkyHelpTeam have actually been really helpful too when I have done. Unfortunately when it hits yourselves at Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) you're not helpful. Not even slightly. You've no interest in resolving the issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam We have been talking to one of your “customer service” colleagues who doesn’t seem to bothered we can’t get the wireless to work & that it’s a free service and tough we now have cables running across our lounge. We have asked to speak to a manager & are now sitting here “on hold”

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

    @SkyHelpTeam sky Q mini box keeps freezing. WiFi signal very strong (just switched to ultrafast). Rebooted and updated software on main box and mini box. Still the same. Netflix etc apps all work fine on mini box. Only live tv and recordings. Not watchable it’s that bad. Ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam Well it's not resolved yet. This is absolutely shocking. My partner works from home and this is costing us money now as she's having to buy data. Nobody even seems able to communicate what the problem is. @Mattallwright @MartinSLewis

    @SkySports @JimWhite Amend the quest 2 software so that family's can have separate profiles. I was minutes from buying one until I read that it's not possible to login on different accounts. What do you expect? Each person to have their own device? That £2k for a family of 5 not including accessories
