The last direct messages sent between yourselves and I was the 28th August 2020.

I ordered a broadband upgrade from you nearly 2 months ago and I’m still not connected to a faster service. Must have had 5 visits now. No joy from cust svs. @SkyHelpTeam

Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

Still no date for fix, still paying £20 a month for sweet fa, still the stress of being unable to work properly
