    @SkyHelpTeam still frequently disconnecting broadband. You sent us a new filter which didnโ€™t even fit, weโ€™ve tried a new cable anyway but judging by your replies on here this is a really WIDESPREAD UK issue and not isolated? What are you going to do about it ?

    @SkyUK so fed up with your broadband I pay ยฃ70 plus for your fibre optic and itโ€™s terrible!!!! Buffering, saying Iโ€™m offline!!! Trust me I will be moving asap.

    @SkyHelpTeam I followed the thread on the issue I have. It tested the connections and told me everything was fine. Even though I have 2 tablets that were fine yesterday but will not connect today. There was no number provided that I could see. Are you having lots of problems today?

    @SkyHelpTeam There's no point in another Sky engineer coming out as everything is the same as the past two times they did. It's all on Openreach, and they're just not interested in fixing the network for any of us on our estate.

    @OpenreachHelp Sorry Frazer but I've done that. Many, many times. And @SkyHelpTeam have actually been really helpful too when I have done. Unfortunately when it hits yourselves at Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) you're not helpful. Not even slightly. You've no interest in resolving the issue.

    @simonfromharlow Well said it's absolutely shโ€ขte. If you call to complain or for tech support they keep waiting for 30 minutes then run through diagnostics that don't work. @skytv @SkyUK point blank refuse to send someone out. I'm changing supplier as soon as my contract runs out.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've done all of that I'm afraid and had Sky engineers out. This issue is unfortunately bigger than that and relates to the network in our area. Openreach arrived in 2018 to upgrade us all to fibre, but instead added a couple of houses to fibre, ignored the flats and reduced..

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. I've spoken to a chap at your end. There was a problem with the router which has now hopefully been resolved.

    @MichaelBarracl5 @SkyUK Can't get Virgin. We're one of half a dozen houses on our road which can't have fibre due to previous issues with companies not being allowed to dig up land, so we're stuck with BT and any providers which use their lines. Sky's equipment is good but wasn't sure about Vodafone.

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam .. nothing happened, as there's no interest within Openreach to fix the issue. Possibly because it means admitting the line speed dropped because of work your engineers did to install fibre to the area (but not to the majority of properties or any flats on our estate).

    @thehundred on @SkyCricket @SkySports is unwatchable. The horrible graphics all over the screen make you feel sea sick! Gave it a chance and itโ€™s horrific.
