@MichaelBarracl5 @SkyUK Can't get Virgin. We're one of half a dozen houses on our road which can't have fibre due to previous issues with companies not being allowed to dig up land, so we're stuck with BT and any providers which use their lines. Sky's equipment is good but wasn't sure about Vodafone.

my sky minibox doesn’t work, my sky WiFi booster doesn’t work, my internet still isn’t getting fixed till Friday (even then openreach may not come) used most my mobile data as the wifi won’t let me do anything @SkyHelpTeam today I was told to reset my rooter three times - HELP

@SkyUK is there a problem in the BD17 area? My broadband is constantly dropping in and out every 2 to 3 mins. A real pain in the backside.

Today marks one week without internet at home - one week since @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam promised it would take 'two working days' to fix and it was an @OpenreachHelp issue. Still no date for fix, still paying £20 a month for sweet fa, still the stress of being unable to work properly

@SkyHelpTeam Did so, got an automated message that if I was having a problem with broadband, I'd get a text when it is fixed. Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

@WoodyFuts @Lea_EFC @SkySports I in a way look at it the opposite way. Look at Everton. How many of the sky 6 clubs would get the support and scenes seen at our club over the last 5 years with what we had to go through? 35k season tickets capped along with over 20k and growing waiting list

@SkyHelpTeam Hi,my skyQ plus 2 mini boxes are completely broken. We tried resetting it with one of your advisors but not fixed it’s now fully broken and stuck on the you will be ready in a couple of minutes screen. He has booked an engineer 9th Sept. Replace box needed sooner!

@SkyHelpTeam I have repeated problems trying to access my purchased movies on my Sky Q box. Occasionally if the film is still available in the store to buy I can navigate in to download and view that way, but otherwise I'm blocked from watching hundreds of my purchases.
