Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam The only way that can happen is if Openreach come out and do something. Their attitude appears to be that it isn't their fault and they've refused to take any responsibility since. We've tried everything to get our network improved but we're getting nowhere.

I picked up a leaflet on it from the Registras office when I went to register the death. It's a brilliant service to contact all the utilities, financial services and pension providers.
