@SkyHelpTeam still frequently disconnecting broadband. You sent us a new filter which didn’t even fit, we’ve tried a new cable anyway but judging by your replies on here this is a really WIDESPREAD UK issue and not isolated? What are you going to do about it ?

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

@SkyHelpTeam numerous attempts but Complaint Form fails, explain why, when spent hours just renegotiated 18 mth contract Sky intend inc. Signature TV from £11 to £13/mth (18.18% inc) HD from £8 to £9/mth (12.5% inc) not 8.1% rpi -absolutely disgusting surely this an error??

By doing this @SkyHelpTeam is actively discouraging me from future use of the Ombudsman process as I will now be paying more than I would otherwise. I’m also now being treated different to customers who haven’t raised a complaint @Ofcom @MartinSLewis Surely this isn’t right?

My complaint to @SkyHelpTeam was about what I said were unfair terms of a contract offer in January (eg sign in January still possibly subject to April increase at undisclosed amount and new price apply immediately not from April). Ombudsman issue: Unfair contract
