    @SkyHelpTeam This is the first contact I have made since I was told packaging would be coming, im not sure how long it takes to arrive? I previously spoke to someone about the overheating problem and was told to return the device for replacement.

    @SkyHelpTeam so I'm out of contract with my package paying £143 a month 🤬 if I was a new customer it would cost me £88 a month, do I need to cancel my account and start as a new customer or will you match the price.

    @SkyHelpTeam It seems that the Help Team go to bed at 9pm. Quite absurd for a global company like Sky. It turns out that there was a fault locally causing the outage but this wasn’t picked up by the diagnostic tests I did. All is working again now

    @SkyHelpTeam You haven’t understood.The broadband is good but there a blank spot in my house where the wifi doesn’t work, so running the test is pointless…I just want to buy a booster to resolve the issue…

    This @btsport coverage of the adhes has been poor. The presenting, the summarisers just awful. Having just listened to Botham and Gower @SkySports have messed up too letting some of these go.

    @SkyHelpTeam We pay for Netflix as part of our Sky Q subscription. Netflix keeps freezing every few days and we keep having to reboot the Sky Q box which is very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.
