    Today marks one week without internet at home - one week since @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam promised it would take 'two working days' to fix and it was an @OpenreachHelp issue. Still no date for fix, still paying £20 a month for sweet fa, still the stress of being unable to work properly

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes and haven’t been cut off yet so we’ll see. It always seems to elicit better service if you head straight for cancellations though 🤷

    my sky minibox doesn’t work, my sky WiFi booster doesn’t work, my internet still isn’t getting fixed till Friday (even then openreach may not come) used most my mobile data as the wifi won’t let me do anything @SkyHelpTeam today I was told to reset my rooter three times - HELP

    @sycophanticsimo @SkySports They say all this after bad results. The only times we have lost by more than 1 has been scum (where I just think we weren't ready having better players at the Euros did us) Liverpool (who will be top 2 with ease) and this last week where we know the reason we are bare bones

    @SkyHelpTeam I have had a call and an engineer is going to come fix the problem. Caroline was brilliant at helping! It hasn’t sent through the message to give her feedback but she was fab!

    @SkyUK so fed up with your broadband I pay £70 plus for your fibre optic and it’s terrible!!!! Buffering, saying I’m offline!!! Trust me I will be moving asap.

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning, have renegotiated a new contract and have Netflix included. This was included on old contract but now @NetflixUK have taken a months payment. Any chance you can sort your end, already spoken on phone but no help.

    @SkyHelpTeam Did so, got an automated message that if I was having a problem with broadband, I'd get a text when it is fixed. Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

    @SkyHelpTeam Only the power & wifi button like yesterday, still not a light showing what do ever for the internet. Can you have a look into this please? I’m paying for a service I can’t even use & using all my mobile data!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes this helps however I'm slightly annoyed as when I changed to Q I specifically asks "can I cancel my insurance with D&G then" and was told yes. I was paying £4.99 and now its £9.99. I would never have cancelled if I knew that and I'd still be paying the £4.99.

    @StopFundingHate @SkyUK I’m so pleased to say that I am no longer a @SkyUK customer, one big reason why I left Sky is their support of a climate change denying ethos from such networks as GB News, I won’t have my money supporting climate change deniers.
