You sent us a new filter which didn’t even fit, we’ve tried a new cable anyway but judging by your replies on here this is a really WIDESPREAD UK issue and not isolated? This issue is unfortunately bigger than that and relates to the network in our area. Openreach arrived in 2018 to upgrade us all to fibre, but instead added a couple of houses to fibre, ignored the flats and reduced..

There are engineers ever present on our estate, allegedly fixing faults - please ask them to look at and fix the biggest fault of the lot, our line to the exchange.

Still no date for fix, still paying £20 a month for sweet fa, still the stress of being unable to work properly

Unfortunately when it hits yourselves at Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) you're not helpful. Not even slightly. You've no interest in resolving the issue.
