    @SkyHelpTeam I've no satellite signal at all coming through. Went through trouble shooting online and it says I need to book an engineer. Next engineer not available until 22nd December? Not exactly the best service in the world is it?

    @SkyHelpTeam This is the first contact I have made since I was told packaging would be coming, im not sure how long it takes to arrive? I previously spoke to someone about the overheating problem and was told to return the device for replacement.

    @SkyHelpTeam Been sat on hold for over an hour already today just to be told twice that your automated system has put me through to the wrong department and that I’ll have to wait longer - all I want to do is have pricing reviewed and if not satisfactory, cancel. Ridiculous.
