Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

And they could do the same tomorrow if they wanted, as they have full control of the network. It's just hopeless.

They gave me a price for all services to recontract. We agreed I’d go and think about it. When I called back hours later they refused the offer! Disgusting.
