My handball point relates to inconsistency, not the decision. I'm neutral so don't care if given/not given. The standard is unacceptable.

I ordered the 11 Pro 64gb in space grey. I’ve asked for an email address to make a formal complaint but all they can give me is a postal one

@SkyHelpTeam As always, you miss the point. My point is not that 'today it's slow' because there is a problem. My point is that in 8 years there have been no upgrades/improvements to the service available. The speed I got in 2012 is the same speed I get now in 2021.
