-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@OpenreachHelp Sorry Frazer but I've done that. Many, many times. And @SkyHelpTeam have actually been really helpful too when I have done. Unfortunately when it hits yourselves at Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) you're not helpful. Not even slightly. You've no interest in resolving the issue.

TonyD🇾🇪 (@hg1fcum) reported from Harrogate, England@BPete1970 @BigEamon75 @SkySports At half time my mate said "we're going to have to tighten up in the second half" he was never allowed to forget it, to the extent the vicar mentioned it at his funeral #Dawsie

-
Emma Smith (@emmasmithjourno) reported from Leeds, EnglandToday marks one week without internet at home - one week since @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam promised it would take 'two working days' to fix and it was an @OpenreachHelp issue. Still no date for fix, still paying £20 a month for sweet fa, still the stress of being unable to work properly
-
Mike dearden (@Mdearden79) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam for info, I’m currently on my mobile providers 4G as the WiFi is not good enough to support sending this tweet and live stream the tv.
-
Iain McDonell (@ilkleyIain) reported from Ilkley, England@SkyHelpTeam We have been talking to one of your “customer service” colleagues who doesn’t seem to bothered we can’t get the wireless to work & that it’s a free service and tough we now have cables running across our lounge. We have asked to speak to a manager & are now sitting here “on hold”
-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam I've spoken to yourselves a number of times, and we've came to the same conclusion each time that it's to do with Openreach's network and the work they did in September 2018. The last direct messages sent between yourselves and I was the 28th August 2020.

Jordan (@jordfcs) reported from Bradford, England@yatin_suvagiya @virginmedia Sky are rubbish 3 weeks I have been calling them to sort out an issue and now the managers that are promising to call me don’t call me back shocking service from @SkyUK can’t wait to leave and virgin have offered me a cheaper deal with more add ons that sky can give me

-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I was just wondering if your tech team made any progress with Openreach regarding improvements to the existing copper line on our estate? @OpenreachHelp are taking no responsibility (as usual...), but it's their network that's causing the slow speeds.
-
Iain McDonell (@ilkleyIain) reported from Ilkley, England@SkyHelpTeam has the internet gone down in Ls29?
-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam Hopefully! Like I've said before, it's not Sky's fault as they can't do anything on the network. It's not right that I'm having to raise a complaint about a completely separate company with yourselves, as that company won't take any responsibility for what they've done.
-
Rob Potts (@RJP_LEARNS) reported from Bradford, England@SkyHelpTeam A bit of both. I just need to talk to someone. May well cancel at this rate.
-

The Custardonian (@dickiewood) reported from Bradford, England@SkyHelpTeam I followed the thread on the issue I have. It tested the connections and told me everything was fine. Jane Skudder (@janeskuds) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK A shame to see they haven't upped their game. -
Michael Crick (@MichaelLCrick) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK As I have said here before, Virgin Media treat customers with total contempt. The worst type of British capitalism. Branson must be so ashamed.
