And they could do the same tomorrow if they wanted, as they have full control of the network. It's just hopeless.

If it was up to Sky, the issue would have been sorted within days along - unfortunately, its not and we have to go through Openreach.

I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

It's not right that I'm having to raise a complaint about a completely separate company with yourselves, as that company won't take any responsibility for what they've done.
