    @SkyHelpTeam Did so, got an automated message that if I was having a problem with broadband, I'd get a text when it is fixed. Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

    @SkyHelpTeam It's the exact same story with fibre to the flats on the estate - they either ignore us, or come up with another excuse as to why they have to delay doing anything about it and then ignore us again. All while they're here every day connecting up houses and fixing their network.

    @OpenreachHelp Sorry Frazer but I've done that. Many, many times. And @SkyHelpTeam have actually been really helpful too when I have done. Unfortunately when it hits yourselves at Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) you're not helpful. Not even slightly. You've no interest in resolving the issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I was just wondering if your tech team made any progress with Openreach regarding improvements to the existing copper line on our estate? @OpenreachHelp are taking no responsibility (as usual...), but it's their network that's causing the slow speeds.

    @SkyHelpTeam why do you continue to use DPD? They have tried delivering my sky delivery to an address that is not mine and won’t redeliver today. I’ve taken day off work as today was delivery date. DPD told me that’s sky’s issue!!! Help.

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning, have renegotiated a new contract and have Netflix included. This was included on old contract but now @NetflixUK have taken a months payment. Any chance you can sort your end, already spoken on phone but no help.

    Hi - after a failed appt last Thurs, Openreach have turned up now do a job that they say has been done! I ordered a broadband upgrade from you nearly 2 months ago and I’m still not connected to a faster service. Must have had 5 visits now. No joy from cust svs. @SkyHelpTeam

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam I appreciate it must be embarrassing that your teams have caused such disruption to an estate, but it is your issue to rectify. If it was up to Sky, the issue would have been sorted within days along - unfortunately, its not and we have to go through Openreach.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've done all of that I'm afraid and had Sky engineers out. This issue is unfortunately bigger than that and relates to the network in our area. Openreach arrived in 2018 to upgrade us all to fibre, but instead added a couple of houses to fibre, ignored the flats and reduced..

    @AFC_Gooner_Mark @AllenWeso6 @SkySports I do understand mate because I've been there and it made me realise there is more to life especially when I look back and think I wished I could go back and not have worked that Sunday because I never got to create other memories. I wish your lad all the best with his GCSE's mate but there is always another day for GCSE's but there is only one day to create that memory you'll never forget and neither will your Lad.

    @SkyHelpTeam @skytv I need someone to contact me URGENTLY to sort out issues that have been going on for almost a month. I’ve been passed about, raised a complaint which hasn’t been responded to, then closed, been charged for services not received and missed engineer visits

    Anyone else seeing the "never mind that, what about this' narrative? The unbalance is being driven by bigotry, by people who are given a platform by organisations such as @SkySports, @ClydeSSB. Get a grip, take the emotions out of it, grow up and be professional FFS.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, the Sky Q boxes aren't showing us subscribed channels. I've done a power cycle. Refreshed the viewing card. Checked for HD upgrade messages, and checked for account issues. Can you do a manual signal reset for us please?

    @Izzywatsonwo @iRuntheshow1 @SkySports So what about all the decisions that have gone against Celtic? Awh yeah they don’t matter as don’t directly affect any other club. Celtic fans have been calling it out for years but were labelled paranoid or “always cheated, never defeated”.
