@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I cannot access my Halifax banking app via mobile data, it’s fine on Wi-Fi. It won’t authenticate my device on mobile data. I’ve left feedback via the banking app but it’s been going on for over a month with no resolution. Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam hey peeps, not happy I can’t order the new Sky Glass as the prioritising Diamond & Platinum customers which was never announced, so went into my Sky Store an it says they not authorised to deal with my account?! are you trying to stop me getting it?

@SkyHelpTeam 3 weeks ago informed sky of house move. Was given activation date of 1st June for phone line/WiFi. Still not working today, then I spend 30 mins on the phone to be told I need to wait 2 working days for an ‘update’ on when it will activate. Not good enough!

@SkyHelpTeam my data hasn’t been working properly for the past 48hrs, apps aren’t loading, messages aren’t sending while on data. Ive got 10gb on my sim, plus over 100gb in my Piggybank so that’s not the issue

@SkyUK I gave your complaints department all the info on your online form which was a waste of time, what is the point of doing it here. One of the many issues is with Openreach, who I can't contact directly, and I pointed this out, so you came back and told me to contact openreach.
