@SkyUK See that would be fine but I've had 4 engineers out from @OpenreachHelp and they've never fixed the issue so everytime it rains we have drop out.... Might get you out again, get them to fix the line, charge you and then leave, in fact it shall be done!!!

@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@SkyHelpTeam It's near 7 hours since broadband went down and still not a bit of info from Sky on what is going on, or when service might be back. When my electricity went down I had regular updates and a clear time for when it would be back - any chance of similar service?
