@SkyUK See that would be fine but I've had 4 engineers out from @OpenreachHelp and they've never fixed the issue so everytime it rains we have drop out.... Might get you out again, get them to fix the line, charge you and then leave, in fact it shall be done!!!

@SkyHelpTeam 3 weeks ago informed sky of house move. Was given activation date of 1st June for phone line/WiFi. Still not working today, then I spend 30 mins on the phone to be told I need to wait 2 working days for an ‘update’ on when it will activate. Not good enough!

@SkyHelpTeam hi there my sky go app for mobile is not working. I keep getting a 50-2 error telling me to make sure I’m not streaming on max number of devices(I’m not) or make sure I’m subscribed to the channel(I am). Have deleted app, reinstalled, nothing seems to work.

@SkyHelpTeam When watching live TV or cloud recordings on Sky Stream, rewinding/forwarding ruins the subtitles! I keep getting told that you are aware of many problems but nothing is being done. When is this going to be fixed? After all, the product was launched half a year ago!
