@SkyUK See that would be fine but I've had 4 engineers out from @OpenreachHelp and they've never fixed the issue so everytime it rains we have drop out.... Might get you out again, get them to fix the line, charge you and then leave, in fact it shall be done!!!

@SkyHelpTeam 3 weeks ago informed sky of house move. Was given activation date of 1st June for phone line/WiFi. Still not working today, then I spend 30 mins on the phone to be told I need to wait 2 working days for an ‘update’ on when it will activate. Not good enough!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been on my sky app trying to cancel an order meant to be a Christmas present, and up to now I’ve probably wasted over 5 hours with no success (inc phone calls to No provided) so I’m going to have to refuse delivery

@SkyHelpTeam I have done that - it is obviously now showing as fine now re-connected but two days in a row it has dropped out and had to unplug router to get it back on. However this time I checked with someone else & theirs had also dropped out - has to be a local issue
