@SkyHelpTeam 3 weeks ago informed sky of house move. Was given activation date of 1st June for phone line/WiFi. Still not working today, then I spend 30 mins on the phone to be told I need to wait 2 working days for an ‘update’ on when it will activate. Not good enough!

@SkyUK See that would be fine but I've had 4 engineers out from @OpenreachHelp and they've never fixed the issue so everytime it rains we have drop out.... Might get you out again, get them to fix the line, charge you and then leave, in fact it shall be done!!!

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Have sim only with 10gb PM, never ran out until this month. Topped up 1GB from ‘piggy bank’ yesterday, and ran out again today. How can 10GB usually last a whole month, and then suddenly I use a GB in a day?? #doesntaddup
