We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

Might get you out again, get them to fix the line, charge you and then leave, in fact it shall be done!!!

PS (@steeleyp_) reported@SkyHelpTeam @mikejones1878 There's no issue to replicate. Unfortunately your TV just isn't bright enough for HLG HDR. Reason other UHD content is fine is because it's SDR. You can start by ensuring brightness is max + play with gamma settings but if still dull, you will need to change to 2160p 8-bit
