@SkyUK See that would be fine but I've had 4 engineers out from @OpenreachHelp and they've never fixed the issue so everytime it rains we have drop out.... Might get you out again, get them to fix the line, charge you and then leave, in fact it shall be done!!!

@SkyHelpTeam 3 weeks ago informed sky of house move. Was given activation date of 1st June for phone line/WiFi. Still not working today, then I spend 30 mins on the phone to be told I need to wait 2 working days for an ‘update’ on when it will activate. Not good enough!

@j45p3r1973 @SkyHelpTeam I know of over 50 people who are having the same issue as myself in the Clitheroe area They are also being told that there is no issue and they should call out an engineer Can I suggest that there is an issue and it may not be directly Sky's problem but it is your responsibility
