@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been on my sky app trying to cancel an order meant to be a Christmas present, and up to now I’ve probably wasted over 5 hours with no success (inc phone calls to No provided) so I’m going to have to refuse delivery

@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@SkyUK See that would be fine but I've had 4 engineers out from @OpenreachHelp and they've never fixed the issue so everytime it rains we have drop out.... Might get you out again, get them to fix the line, charge you and then leave, in fact it shall be done!!!

Dear @SkyUK can you please sort out and stabilise the internet for your customers here. It’s been up and down all day almost as frequently as a Matelot up and down a mainmast. It’s getting v frustrating as I cannot complete some work. As we are forced to WFH we need stability.

@SkyHelpTeam 21 yrs diamond VIP customer & being treated like I just joined. Charging me 4 a box I don't have. Then putting me in hold for over 30 mins? You are definitely losing me as a customer for sky, broadband and mobile for all once its time to renew. Terrible cust service

@SkyHelpTeam So after 22 years of never missing a bill and being loyal customer you don't get nothing apart from sky charging an admin fee to stay with them I'm still with sky there shouldn't be nothing to do at your end apart from taking the money the way you have done for 22 years

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Becca, thanks but I've looked at this already. It says there's an outage in my area, and that it usually takes a couple of hours to fix. But it's been 4 hours now, hence my request for a *better* update!
