@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

@notlistenning1 @SkyNews @SkySports I’ve had different relationship with them hence about 13,000 interviews over 28yrs my insistence to them & myself was 1) You ‘Never’ misquote me 2) I will never bring the police service into disrepute; yep the HO & ACPO made my life Hell (Long story) BUT despite that I survived👍

I don’t even understand why my mum is even still paying for the wifi, ITS AWFUL, I have to use my data 99% of the time, never get sky wifi😖 @SkyUK send me a new one pls, because apparently there’s ‘nothing wrong with ours’😭

@SkyHelpTeam yet again the internet is down, I have no idea what I’m actually paying for anymore super fast fibre and then boom slower internet, a different problem every other week and then blame it interference at home erm no it has been fine for the past 20 years !

@SkyUK I am still waiting for a reply. Suspending law breakers with pay actually makes it worse. Can I cancel my contract because you are not enforcing things you allow your opinion presenters to push so strongly
