@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@kevin_lovewell @SkySports Russell is a very talented driver. Bottas can’t win in the Merc so why does Lewis do it with such consistency? It’s a no brainer that having a bad car is a disadvantage, but driving well with consistency is why Hamilton is a level above the rest

@SkyHelpTeam Feel sorry for the people who downgrade to Sky Q. The mini box is laughable. Loses signal, have to share the planner, lose all your recordings. Then you refuse to revert it even though you promised you would. We were loyal customers for years. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with

@SkyHelpTeam Yes we have been a customer for 13 years!!!!! Yes everything is working but we are now paying for services that we can't use. I don't care that engineers only cancel as a last resort. Why should we wait another month? You should either fit people in, or push back others

@Is83Gun @SkyHelpTeam My broadband is terrible mate. I upgraded about 18 months back and its been even slower. When they test it they always say its a good signal. But try watching Netflix or Prime and all it does is buffer.

@SkyHelpTeam is sky down in CB25 area as not had WiFi working all yesterday afternoon and now still this morning. Done all the troubleshooting guides it just says to call engineer as phone line is dead
