@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

@SkyHelpTeam Sky VIP Diamond customer here and when trying to introduce a friend, the code emailed to me says my friend needs to register before the 1st of August for the prepaid MasterCard. Why is this a month out date and what is the offer now?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi can you help with a issue I keep having. My sky hub keeps randomly dropping connection once/twice a day. The middle green light will flash orange and then connect again but will kick all Internet connection when this happens?
