@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@JDerezzed @AllxToxMyselfx @SkyHelpTeam would be nearer a £1 a day but yeah I suspect most people will. Its a DNS issue so its not gonna be a quick fix.
