@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@SkyHelpTeam It's a sky box - not a new one. I know you can't do anything but I wanted you to know how disgusted I am as I am a Chelsea fan. I've been with Sky for over 30 years and I feel like I've been let down today. It's not the first time but felt I had to say something today 😡😡
