@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@anon_opin @SkyHelpTeam are the worst for this. They charge £12/13( or however much it is now) a month for HD in this day and age when all tvs are HD its a total rip off!
