What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband has been totally dropping out all day. Husband has no form of contact at all and being furloughed to work from home - not being able to do work because of crap internet. What is going on? Can’t even get sky website to work.

@SkyHelpTeam separate time we are completely without wifi, unable to use our sky q mini boxes or access any internet. We have only just been offered for a sky broadband engineer to come out, after our 8th phone call over this issue - and not until January 8th ... (2/x)
