    @SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

    @GeoffUK2 @SkyHelpTeam What SKY call help is basically do everything yourself, just pay them each month ridiculous amounts but find help yourself, solve all the issues yourself. SKY HELP my arse mate

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, no I subscribe direct and yes I have. There is nowhere to add such code. It seems like it’s a universal problem from the responses to my tweet. Might be worth escalating? Disney plus works fine on my phone so no issues with my subscription.

    @sophb66 @SkyHelpTeam I agree. Whatever you do you'll end up having to call (probably pay for that too), sit on hold then given the runaround. I wish there was a TV option as good as Sky Q but with good customer service, but there isn't.

    Apparently Openreach closed my case because I haven't responded to texts which I have NOT received - and no alternative contact has been made. I've had 2 @SkyHelpTeam engineers come over and confirm it's an external issue, but haven't heard a thing from @OpenreachHelp.
