    @SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

    @walley118 @SkyHelpTeam Go to the P+ app on Sky Q, follow the prompts and you get a QR code on screen that you scan to go to an activation page. Sign in there with Sky ID and you get asked to create a Paramount Plus account. Go back to app on Sky Q and sign in with P+ account you just created

    @SkyHelpTeam Nothing really. I have an engineer booked for next week but he said it’s probably the wrong engineer. They would then sort the right engineer. A long time to be without internet. I’m just hoping that we are part of outage that is sorted ASAP

    @SkyHelpTeam We haven’t even got started yet let alone had the chance to be loyal. We are new customers. We’re supposed to have had our bill refunded too but it’s only been partially done. I wish we could just talk to someone higher up that would just fix the problems
