@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

Shout out to the CS operator I just spoke to @SkyUK regarding my sky Q box I can’t remember his name 😩 just know I didn’t put the phone down on you, my sky mobile signal is absolutely terrible.
