What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@AJwilcock23 @Andyfagan @SkySports No problem, its easy to read and not quite understand it, as it applies in a perhaps convoluted way. The mitigating factors are quite clear though - this was solely in writing hence why there is a bit more discretion in the level of match ban to be applied

@SkyHelpTeam As I work from home what matters to me is no drop in connection so I care more about those issues as it's pointless having upto 35mbps when I rarely get that even if the house receives it. I requested on my first order a WiFi booster but it never was installed

@SkyHelpTeam We’ve been customers for years we’ve got 2 phones, an iPad and sky q with everything, we planned this for moving house then this happens and to be honest it’s not the first time we’ve had bad service from you and I’m ready to cancel the lot and go with virgin

@migrainebhoy1 @SkySports Shared admitted using the English version of the word many times and deliberately to upset a player and put him off his game he also pinched Evra at the same time in an effort to try and get him to retaliate, Cavani used the word to a friend in a text thanking him for support.

@SkyHelpTeam hi I’m new to sky mobile but I’m having trouble with my data connection. When I leave the house and walk into town I have full bars and 4g signal but it refuses to connect. Can’t play songs on Spotify or look at Instagram. I get a no internet connection banner.
