@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve since had a text telling me its fixed. It isn’t. Been on hold for 15 minutes and being told an engineer can’t come out till Monday. Genuinely shocking customer experience. I work from home and can’t afford to wait till Monday for this to be fixed.

@SkyHelpTeam still hasnt fixed the issue on skyq where you fast forward over adverts on a recording, and the status bar doesnt auto hide. You have to do the back button thing to make it disappear.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, is there any reason why my SkySports Cricket (or Hundred as it’s now called) is quite consistently losing satellite signal? It only seems to be this channel specifically, though it is now extending to the other sports channels too. Very frustrating!! Thanks
