@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, my mum who is 84 is trying to cancel account but her husband had a stroke and only he knew the password. She has phoned but been told they can't do anything without password. Not good service for a vulnerable person.
