What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@SkyHelpTeam the router is sending a strong enough wifi signal to my printer to connect. I've never had a problem with Virgin or Talk talk. The printer is 14 from away with a partition wall between it. I can't move the router as there's not enough cable.

@SkyHelpTeam Can you let Jason who been helping me the engineer came today. Had the correct box, installed it, all up and running. Most helpful engineer I have had so far. Hopefully the fella commenting on my thread can be helped too as he seems to have had the same issues

@SkyHelpTeam Hi this hasn’t resolved anything and is still as bad as ever. The mini box system is floored and doesn’t like non Sky broadband. I think after 18 years and now £100 per month the value or technology isn’t there.
