@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

@MW24577 @pete_88_cfc @SkySports A front man needs the ball. Sterling scored but has done little else. He slows the game down every time he gets the ball. Never gives it early. There’s footage of him with the ball on the right with James outside him. He just tried to beat the whole defence.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, done that thanks. Tells us the same thing as the internet check because when the network is connected & we can run a test, it’s fine. We have checked our hub. The problem is intermittent.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, done a line check, and is reporting ok. Our PON light on our Openreach box is flashing. This isn't the first time this has happened this week. Also went down last night around 11pm for 30 mins.
