@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@SkyHelpTeam An upgrade to my broadband, which be had a leaflet saying ultrafast plus is available but the options now showing online. I’ve checked the sky forum and lots of people say to ring as the online database’s are slow to update so I’ve been trying but can’t get through
