@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@SkyHelpTeam my Sky Q box refuses to come out of standby. No joy troubleshooting. Rang helpline. Was told box was faulty and someone would ring within 24 hours (this was on Friday) to organise a new one. No one has called and I’m paying £70+ a month for no sky right now… HELP
