@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

@SkyHelpTeam Happened to me a few times this evening. Come back on again. However, the wind is awful currently and now it’s completely off. Internet keeps kicking out too, so it’s obviously an issue with the weather. I shall wait until tomorrow, if not better, will give SKY a call. 😣

@SkyUK Why are you advertising these deals for new customers when you won’t do anything for customers of 23 years. Terrible service, switched to Vodafone, better broadband, cheaper and good service. Sky has lost my custom for good.
