We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

Using the app and the online version it continually says there are technical difficulties. Can’t get through on chat and don’t want to wait on the phone for ages.
