@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@SkyHelpTeam Practice starts at 1pm but normally they show some build up. Nothing today hence my comment less coverage for the same price. Adverts too, this is poor from Sky who originally stated their would be no interrupted coverage when you won the contract.

As an existing @SkyHelpTeam subscriber I’ve never come across anything as complicated as trying to join @paramountplus After spending nearly 2 hours at it I’ve finally given up. No wonder it’s free for Sky users, you can’t access it!
