@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

@SkyHelpTeam - sky glass has been awful over Xmas ( and intermittently throughout 2022) it continues to buffer, freeze, randomly switch itself off, run to fast or run to slow and more than twice a day BBCiplayer crashes. V disappointed told nothing you can do just log it!

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I've got a bill email with free sky cinema to the 25th Jan as a new customer reward, I have cancelled the auto renewal. Adi wouldn't let me give you 2 months notice and Sohail assured me my next bill is cheaper again. It isn't. Please can you sort? #misleading
