@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@SkyHelpTeam how do I speak to someone at Sky? You email me to say I have a refund but when I call you tell me account number is wrong (it isn’t) I have send direct messages - call 150 and they are only taking tech issues.

@SkyHelpTeam i have just received my new phone however i have been struggling all day to install the eSIM. the qr code when scanned wouldn’t work and now the code just says that it is no longer valid. I can’t call customer service as I don’t have a sim installed.
