@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

What a rubbish service @SkyUK ... paying money for a service that constantly tells me there’s a technical fault when recording. Tried to log in to my account ... say password is wrong ... change password ... still won’t let me in!! #shit #timetocancel

@skyhelpteam yo just got your broadband and safesearch won't turn off. Every time I turn it off and save it, it immediately switches back to 'on'. Fix this please.

@Sammiella @SkyUK I was transferring it over as I'm still in contract so just a house move. That might be an idea to give them a bell now in case they need to send an engineer round to set it up. They might just have a message service though that could be easier? So stressful! Hope you're ok!

@SkyHelpTeam It doesn't show any record. Which implies to me no one came round to inspect the problem. My last query was done entirely over the phone and I was given nothing emails, texts or other form of comms to update me on progress if any.
