@SkyHelpTeam So, just checked my bank account and you’ve charge me £145.50 for a service I cancelled!!!! We had a loss of signal from the 1st Jan when I requested an engineer to be booked. The sky box then came back on by itself on the 7th Jan, and I cancelled the engineer.

@SkyHelpTeam After being witk sky for 19 years 4 months and spending around £25,000 I've just called and had to leave after just trying to move house 200m down the road. 3 hrs on the phone bounced between one staff to another, cut off, pathetic, all I wanted was a new router!!!

@SkyHelpTeam our internet (postcode OL3 near Oldham) has been off all day & Sky website confirms it is a local issue. Neighbours with BT had their broadband restored hours ago. When will sky broadband be fixed please?

@SkyHelpTeam When I signed up the deal was fixed for 12 months therefore I don’t understand how the prices can increase as this would mean sky basically lied to get me on board and then up’d the price. Thank you for your help. I’ll be calling tomorrow as this isn’t right.
