I’ve not been contacted about this before so I’m confused why he was ringing about my internet speed. I asked him to confirm my postcode and he dropped the call. Was this call legit?

Getting told to keep trouble shooting which doesn’t make a difference. my direct debit is being cancelled you can all **** off. Happy Tuesday.

Work from home lost 2 days work. No 4g in area so no phone, no ring doorbell, no cctv, no work… sky customer services. £10 credit….absolute joke!!!
