@SkyHelpTeam for the 2nd time since ultra fast installed I’ve spent 2 hours on tech support. Engineer can’t come until tomorrow. Work from home lost 2 days work. No 4g in area so no phone, no ring doorbell, no cctv, no work… sky customer services. £10 credit….absolute joke!!!

@SkyHelpTeam morning when I cancel my TV service,will it effect my sky mobile.recently upgraded phone on back order,if its gonna effect my pricing will need to cancel and switch that to virgin aswell

@SkyHelpTeam On the service checker, it has been listed on there with no updates since 4 am on Tue last week after a local box was vandalised and openreach are working on the issue, info gained from openreach after sky couldn't help me
