    @SkyHelpTeam Always the usual blue screen ‘no satellite signal’. Tried all the usual troubleshooting options, every single one of them. Not being able to contact Sky via the phone for months hasn’t helped.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for stopping my internet with immediate effect, despite confirming my service would continue until 14/01/21 via web-chat only yesterday. Funny one way street this ‘notice period’ I suggest you reinstate it immediately.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam Is it common to request a replacement/new Sky dish? One I have now is the original one from 16 years of Sky service, and I’m sure it’s contributing to my frequent lack of satellite signal.

    @SkyHelpTeam why is the @disneyplus app so poor on my q-box? Broadband connection of 30mb and runs off LAN rather than wireless, picture keeps skipping, freezing or momentary blue spinny circle! So annoying....

    @SkyHelpTeam we have had issues with downloads for months. Reported it to you, did our own google and apparently it is an issue with adverts. And told you this. We are paying a lot of money for a service which is not good enough. Cannot download anything

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you close down an email address permanently? It’s linked with my Amazon music account and I’m utterly stuck between a rock and hard place. I can’t sign in without being able to access my old sky email account. Once I’ve done this you could shut it down.
