    @SkyHelpTeam hi I’ve just had a call from 01552362741 claiming it was from the Sky Support team. I’ve not been contacted about this before so I’m confused why he was ringing about my internet speed. I asked him to confirm my postcode and he dropped the call. Was this call legit?

    Wow! I never knew the £14.95 got OK’d to watch a @premierleague game! @btsportfootball & @SkySports hold your head in shame! That’s a disgrace! They are the ones probably voting against footy fans coming back in!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam All entered correctly. Strange as it has all worked OK since Feb and no changes have to be made to the passwords. If it hasn't reset over night I will give the help team a call. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Is it common to request a replacement/new Sky dish? One I have now is the original one from 16 years of Sky service, and I’m sure it’s contributing to my frequent lack of satellite signal.

    @SkyHelpTeam Always the usual blue screen ‘no satellite signal’. Tried all the usual troubleshooting options, every single one of them. Not being able to contact Sky via the phone for months hasn’t helped.

    @SkyHelpTeam why is the @disneyplus app so poor on my q-box? Broadband connection of 30mb and runs off LAN rather than wireless, picture keeps skipping, freezing or momentary blue spinny circle! So annoying....

    @SkyHelpTeam this has been going on since I first got sky back in July this is not a good impression sky are making for a new customer, if we can’t resolve this then i will be leaving with no charges for bad service! I’ve paid sky £364.75 for what services?

    @SkyHelpTeam The Sky Q Box doesn’t complete it’s reboot software and no error notification or numbers are provided on screen, it just freezes almost at the end of the proposed reboot. Went on to website to help page: Replace Sky Q and tried to order one but we get a red no entry sign.

    @SkyHelpTeam do you have a complaints email or number. I refused the last payment because sky clearly refused to except I have a cross line and my internet not working to the full speed and buffering. I only got 1 month refunded for the internet. I’m not a telephone exchange
