@SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

@mksimpson23 @SkyHelpTeam If you’ve followed all the steps online for no sat signal then see if anyone else has the same issue. 99% of the time its the communal system so contact your property management who will need to send an engineer. If that doesn’t work a Sky engineer can come look at your Q box
