    Taken the plunge to cancel @skytv @SkyHelpTeam as they are increasing costs on top of a deal they only gave me last week, and for that i get zero extra….. Charging £14 a month to have a box in another room for a box worth about £50 is rediculous.

    @SkyHelpTeam All entered correctly. Strange as it has all worked OK since Feb and no changes have to be made to the passwords. If it hasn't reset over night I will give the help team a call. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam No resolution! I’ve raised a complaint but don’t have much confidence this has been taken seriously and now waiting on a manager calling back which could be up to 48hours. I’m used all mobile data as no internet. Unacceptable!

    Moving so going through a myriad of moving process from council tax, water,energy, insurance etc. Worst by far is @virginmedia ridiculous wait times,dropped calls, transferred 3x.Finally told I should have given 30 days notice of my termination!! @SkyUK can't wait to join you!
