    @SkyHelpTeam why is the @disneyplus app so poor on my q-box? Broadband connection of 30mb and runs off LAN rather than wireless, picture keeps skipping, freezing or momentary blue spinny circle! So annoying....

    @SkyHelpTeam All entered correctly. Strange as it has all worked OK since Feb and no changes have to be made to the passwords. If it hasn't reset over night I will give the help team a call. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Always the usual blue screen ‘no satellite signal’. Tried all the usual troubleshooting options, every single one of them. Not being able to contact Sky via the phone for months hasn’t helped.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam the Sky Q is not syncing with the virgin Internet. All ok before, is there an issue with your boxes and Virgin Internet? Mobiles working on wi fi just fine. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I’ve just had a call from 01552362741 claiming it was from the Sky Support team. I’ve not been contacted about this before so I’m confused why he was ringing about my internet speed. I asked him to confirm my postcode and he dropped the call. Was this call legit?

    @SkySports Plus we are just an inconsistent side right now....but that's completely normal after changes made. Just get your head down and find the right solutions. Buy a CB not that far away from being back in the mix....stop knee jerking ..big name managers have delivered little also.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done this already, I am now for the 2nd evening this week on hold to your chargeable number in an attempt to get sky to rectify their shortcomings in installing my dish which they failed to do the first time which as the customer was no fault of my own.

    @OpenreachHelp I’m afraid not. Not heard a thing from @SkyHelpTeam since I reported the issue. I’ve called them every morning & they’ve continuously told me they can’t give me an update, that I’d receive an automated text when it’s done & that I should find phone number for Openreach instead
