@SkyHelpTeam for the 2nd time since ultra fast installed I’ve spent 2 hours on tech support. Engineer can’t come until tomorrow. Work from home lost 2 days work. No 4g in area so no phone, no ring doorbell, no cctv, no work… sky customer services. £10 credit….absolute joke!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Ok so 7 and a half hours now, any news as to when we will have service we pay for back. Maybe with the price increases in April you use this money to sort your internet service out.
