Taken the plunge to cancel @skytv @SkyHelpTeam as they are increasing costs on top of a deal they only gave me last week, and for that i get zero extra….. Charging £14 a month to have a box in another room for a box worth about £50 is rediculous.

@spanishsam @SkyHelpTeam Cancel while you can and go back to BT or get a 5g router. I had the same issue no problems in 20 years with other ISPs and am now a week without internet with Sky. Run while you can before you get locked into the contract
