Gotta love sky internet. Goes off for an hour or so at least once a week. Just went off again it came back on I'm back on the Internet a whole 5 minutes and it goes down again! Good job @SkyUK service like no other..

@SkyHelpTeam @echochamber2022 I’m afraid I’ll be looking at alternatives too and I’ve been a long term Sky customer - my broadband connection is crucial for work and I can’t afford for it not to be operational for hours on end like this and I’m certain there are many others who will be doing the same.

@alisonbcoleman @SkyHelpTeam They don't know how long it will take and you knowing the issue won't make it better. If they give a timescale and are wrong then that's worse than saying nothing. Chill out, it's a problem to fix, it's not on purpose and they gain nothinf from it. Threatening to switch is silly.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and if we had any broadband we’d do exactly that. Stop copy and pasting replies and just fix it please. WA15 has no phone signal or 4G so we heavily rely on our broadband working!!
