@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for stopping my internet with immediate effect, despite confirming my service would continue until 14/01/21 via web-chat only yesterday. Funny one way street this ‘notice period’ I suggest you reinstate it immediately.

@SkyHelpTeam Always the usual blue screen ‘no satellite signal’. Tried all the usual troubleshooting options, every single one of them. Not being able to contact Sky via the phone for months hasn’t helped.

@SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam When I first became a sky customer about 16 years ago….it’s only in the last year I have been getting this stuff, all brightly coloured adverts to your services save the money on printing and reduce your loyal customer prices instead of wasting money on rubbish
