@SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam Is it common to request a replacement/new Sky dish? One I have now is the original one from 16 years of Sky service, and I’m sure it’s contributing to my frequent lack of satellite signal.

@SkyHelpTeam why is the @disneyplus app so poor on my q-box? Broadband connection of 30mb and runs off LAN rather than wireless, picture keeps skipping, freezing or momentary blue spinny circle! So annoying....

@SkyHelpTeam hi I’ve just had a call from 01552362741 claiming it was from the Sky Support team. I’ve not been contacted about this before so I’m confused why he was ringing about my internet speed. I asked him to confirm my postcode and he dropped the call. Was this call legit?

@SkyHelpTeam Always the usual blue screen ‘no satellite signal’. Tried all the usual troubleshooting options, every single one of them. Not being able to contact Sky via the phone for months hasn’t helped.

@SkyHelpTeam Did that already thanks, but all that is fine. This is apparently an issue sky are aware of but still don’t have a fix for. Rushed roll out of an unreliable service basically! 2021, I shouldn’t have to be rebooting my router on a regular basis. Before “upgrading” my BB was fine!

@SkyHelpTeam That is not the answer or the problem , the machine is cutting off the beginning and the end of listed programmes like Surgeons on the Edge and FBI most wanted etc etc and there is no reason why it should do that ????
