    Taken the plunge to cancel @skytv @SkyHelpTeam as they are increasing costs on top of a deal they only gave me last week, and for that i get zero extra….. Charging £14 a month to have a box in another room for a box worth about £50 is rediculous.

    @SkyHelpTeam sick of these problems with recording on sky Q. It was showing on the app as recording but wasn’t recording on the sky box. Really wish I hadn’t upgraded to this it’s been nothing but trouble!

    @SkyHelpTeam URGENT COMPLAINT. I submitted a complaint to Sky and have received reference 5048677685. Despite repeated contact, my issue remains unresolved and I have now been advised that Sky has been unable to agree a resolution within the usual timescale. Please escalate this matter urgently and arrange contact from a senior complaints manager. #Sky #CustomerService

    @SkyUK I’m majorly dissatisfied with the service sky is giving us! I went away last week and got no signal or 4/5g anywhere at all I was unable to contact anyone unless I connected to a local WiFi which was hard to find, it’s ridiculous how bad it is, what am I paying for?

The Reds could finish last and the social media team would still post we know you will smash it because that is their job. Real support means watching the games not tweeting corporate encouragement. Sky Sports paying for broadcast rights means they need you to tune in not just wish luck from the couch

    @SkyUK @skytv is absolutely appalling! The customer service is rubbish, after speaking to someone who struggled to understand me, I ask to be put through to the UK and was refused. 14 years and Platinum VIP for what it's worth. Might well be time to leave! #rubbish
