Taken the plunge to cancel @skytv @SkyHelpTeam as they are increasing costs on top of a deal they only gave me last week, and for that i get zero extra….. Charging £14 a month to have a box in another room for a box worth about £50 is rediculous.

@SkyHelpTeam It's the broadband that is the issue not the app. All mobiles are on 4g. According to your site it is a local issue. So not a lot you can do. Just a shame that we have experienced it twice in a short space of time. And the frustration is compounded with the situation.
