Taken the plunge to cancel @skytv @SkyHelpTeam as they are increasing costs on top of a deal they only gave me last week, and for that i get zero extra….. Charging £14 a month to have a box in another room for a box worth about £50 is rediculous.

@MrDinnage @pnefc @patrick5bauer @SkySports Cost me £20 in admin fees to cancel. Could have come down Sunday but £100 for a hotel and kids missing their Sunday football games made me choose to cancel. Still not been to Charlton, one of the few grounds I have to tick off!

@SkyHelpTeam Would be nice if a new hardware revision of the SkyQ 2TB was released! On our 3rd replacement and it still suffers from the issue of crashing with a green status light, and needing to turn off/on at the mains or into standby and back out to fix. Must be an open Defect for this.

Update from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam regarding my broadband. Just had a message saying they’ll need another couple of working days to try to get information. That’ll be 10 days down at least. If you’re thinking of becoming a @SkyUK broadband customer, please don’t.

@SkyHelpTeam I need this escalating asap as my mums landline is now down and I can’t report this on the app. Her internet has been down since NYE and she has limited availability with her mobile so this is urgent as we live over 30 miles away and can’t get in touch with her.
