@SkyHelpTeam for the 2nd time since ultra fast installed I’ve spent 2 hours on tech support. Engineer can’t come until tomorrow. Work from home lost 2 days work. No 4g in area so no phone, no ring doorbell, no cctv, no work… sky customer services. £10 credit….absolute joke!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky. Just wondered if you can help. I signed a new 18 month contract with you on 11th Jan. On Wednesday, 6 weeks into a 78 week contract, you emailed to say my monthly bill is going going up nearly 20%. This is not ok. What can you do to help before I cancel?

@SkyUK £28 for "broadband" which works depending on weather, or £30 for fibre to house with 10x speed and 0 interruptions from something like fibre heroes. Hard choice 👌 might invest in infrastructure instead of adds and costumer service?
