@SkyHelpTeam Always the usual blue screen ‘no satellite signal’. Tried all the usual troubleshooting options, every single one of them. Not being able to contact Sky via the phone for months hasn’t helped.

@SkyHelpTeam hi I’ve just had a call from 01552362741 claiming it was from the Sky Support team. I’ve not been contacted about this before so I’m confused why he was ringing about my internet speed. I asked him to confirm my postcode and he dropped the call. Was this call legit?

wouldn't recommend @SkyHelpTeam SkyQ upgraded a week ago and the internet has been absolutely terrible, lagging like crazy, can't view any videos because it's so slow and sluggish, and just keep being recommended to check out the help section which is no help!

@SkyUK 10 days without workable internet. Was measuring in kbpm! Had 2 engineers out and Sky kept saying nothing wrong. Eventually admitted there was an outage but guess what? No compensation. Now today speeds have halved again. Fed up with Sky.
