    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I got a new HDR Sky Q box this year to replace existing Sky Q box). There's a regular sound stutter on recorded progs every few mins. Today I've been getting a longer stutter on live progs. A quick google suggests this is a common problem but what's the solution?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m struggling to connect to my home wifi. When it does connect its okay for a while then it drops off. This is happening numerous times a day. When I run tests it says everything’s okay. I’m paying a lot and not getting the service I signed up for - please help!

    In context I have no idea how much talent is on the pitch at #UTDCITY (anyone care to put it in £‘s?) but I’d rather watch @OfficialBWFC any day. Turned that game off at half time it was that bad and that’s meant to be the ‘pinnacle’ of the Premier League. garbage @SkySports

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for stopping my internet with immediate effect, despite confirming my service would continue until 14/01/21 via web-chat only yesterday. Funny one way street this ‘notice period’ I suggest you reinstate it immediately.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Been having probs with new HDR Q box. Regular sound pauses watching recordings on Q, pixelated on mini. Updated software and reset hard drive but still same issues. Tried getting through to someone on phone but automated system sending me round in circles.

    Disappointed with @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK. My vulnerable mother in law was contacted by Sky&signed a new contract, her equipment is yrs old & she is not able to use all the features she pays for. Phoned today&Sky will not wavier the £100 fee for new kit as she is an existing customer

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done this! It's doesn't look good when a loyal customer, on her own, in her late 70s has been paying for services she can't use for years and Sky are not prepared to rectify this without a large install charge!
