@SkyHelpTeam why is the @disneyplus app so poor on my q-box? Broadband connection of 30mb and runs off LAN rather than wireless, picture keeps skipping, freezing or momentary blue spinny circle! So annoying....

@SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I added kids offer to my current Sky Q package as it is a great offer. I have no idea how but it's added a new sky contract so my Nov bill is astronomical. There's a mistake somewhere and it won't let me remove packages to amend this. Please help

Can people who support lower league clubs stop bitching about how #SkySports are focussing on multi-million £ transfers, when many clubs face going to the wall, whilst paying £X PM subscription to watch said transfer activity. It’s hypocritical and you’re embarrassing yourselves

@SkyHelpTeam I have been passed from pillar to post actually. I was once put on hold for 40 minutes only for the person who eventually answered was a member of the sales team. I resigned myself to the fact it was never going to work when I noticed the message changed to a specific code

@SkyHelpTeam When I try to play back recordings on sky go. I have reported this in the past and it has never been resolved although the error code is new

@SkyHelpTeam Is it common to request a replacement/new Sky dish? One I have now is the original one from 16 years of Sky service, and I’m sure it’s contributing to my frequent lack of satellite signal.

@SkyHelpTeam Always the usual blue screen ‘no satellite signal’. Tried all the usual troubleshooting options, every single one of them. Not being able to contact Sky via the phone for months hasn’t helped.

@skytv @SkyUK what an absolute farce your company has been. Called to change my address and upgrade package/broadband, couldn’t be done, promised a call back, never got one, called again, still can’t be done. 22yrs loyalty clearly counts for nothing!

Hey there, @skytv | @SkyHelpTeam. We're now on week SIX of waiting for our Sky Glass TV. Had some hope that it would arrive today but it's currently outside our old house [😶]. Now have to cancel and start the order from scratch apparently. NOT impressed at all.
