  So our broadband has been down for 3 days already. @SkyUK has told us that they might sort it by the 28th (6 more days). We are using our mobile data but they’ve said they won’t be giving those Gb back because there’s no policy for that. What a lovely service, eh?

  @SkySports My only concern would be the inevitable bad press he will get on sky and other channels when results don't go his way. Arteta, Solksjaer and Lampard to name a few, have first been lauded for their nouveau style, then slaughtered for being too inexperienced during the bad times.

  @SkyHelpTeam Very clear that the level of service provided by you in this instance is not up to scratch. As such, confirmed that I was moving the service elsewhere at the earliest possible date, and port to new broadband provider was booked about an hour later.

  Utterly disappointed being a 27 year Diamond customer that I can’t get the 2500Mbps fibre for £35 per month listed for a new customer. I am being told it would cost me £73 a month for a new 24 month contract.   @paullewismoney Hi Paul, @SkySports put up my monthly subs from £33 to £87.50 without telling me - they said they didn’t have to as my special offers had run out. I told them I wasn’t paying that but they’re still chasing me for 2 months fees (£175), even though I told them I wanted to cancel.
