@SkyHelpTeam my wife just did a mobile upgrade but now the phone has arrived, there is no reference to it being an upgrade or how to return her old phone. Also no reference to the order in her account! She has tried the online help but it’s an endless loop. Also called support.

@LastWordOnSpurs @SkySports Of course there hasn't - him and his brothers idea, probably on the advice of someone at City, is to create as toxic atmosphere as possible so Levy contacts City after we turned down that £100m. Doing everything they can to bring Levy/Paratici to the table with City imo.

@SkyHelpTeam have their been problems with sky broadband the past week in bedford, we've had to turn our router off a few times to get it to reconnect. Its all working now, but want to know if this is ongoing or resolved?
