    @Johnath03607801 @SkySports If they have Covid it can be a hell of a lot more than the Flu. I have never been hospitalised with the flu but Covid landed me in ICU. Granted I am not a professional sportswoman at the top of my game but it still needa to be taken seriously!

    @SkyHelpTeam any updates regarding the outage in M41. Appears to have been off most of the day with little or no updates . You say ring but that's a bit hard when the landlines is also down ????

    Call me stupid but how do users ‘lift’ video clips from other users? For example, if I wanted to show a clip from @SkyNews @BBCNews @SkySports etc, rather than share or quote from that users profile/handle, how can I show it from mine? Sensible answers please.

    @Johnath03607801 @SkySports Are you having a 🤬 laugh??? I almost died, I watched 2 man die and another died during the same night we all had covid , I was "lucky" I ONLY had covid pneumonia, it didnt effect most of my vital organs, it just left me with heart & lung problems.

    @SkyHelpTeam It wasn’t the case though was it he wasn’t dealing with anything else he simply was either being rude or got pre occupied elsewhere. As the advisor I spoke to on the phone was honest enough to tell me. His words were there was no reason to leave me on hold for that amount of time

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Been having probs with new HDR Q box. Regular sound pauses watching recordings on Q, pixelated on mini. Updated software and reset hard drive but still same issues. Tried getting through to someone on phone but automated system sending me round in circles.

    @SkyHelpTeam your support is appalling. 3rd call to sort something trivial, both times its said to have been sorted yet a month later I am receiving emails to say you are going to charge me for non returned equipment. No email address to contact, no live chat. Very poor

    @SkyUK right , my father has sky mobile SIM card , he tries to make calls but it randomly cuts off or doesn’t even make a call! He has cancer & appointments are essential, I see from forums you have major issues, WHY ARE YOU NOT SORTING THIS ISSUE OUT !!!

    Hi @SkyUK I know your line tests show 35mb, and that there are no problems, but I'm in my house now and getting 0.8 on a WIRED CONNECTION. How do I get through to someone as you won't connect me because apparently there are no problems?
