@SkyHelpTeam I’m on Facebook Messenger and three times I appear to have been passed around to another agent, three time’s being asked to provide my name and info. Then get told someone will be with me. This is really poor customer service. Come back @virginmedia, all is forgiven.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I’ve tried a PM, I’ve been told to wait 10 days. Given my speed hasn’t changed since the service was installed 3 days ago I don’t anticipate it changing over the next 7 days. You’re failing to meet the guaranteed minimum speed so let’s see if you can meet it in a week’s time.

So that’s @virginmedia cancelled off and their poor effort at a service. I had more reliable service with dial-up! Now signed up with @SkyUK and hoping they can at least provide me internet that I can use for a day without it going off constantly.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK @Ofcom I only get told to speak to someone after 10 days has passed, which is starting to feel like a delaying tactic to be honest. I’ve tried calling and you’re very busy with calls, I haven’t got time to sit in a hold queue. My service isn’t even a week old, I should need to call.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi - it says you need to upgrade your subscription to access this service. I do have the subscriptions already and it’s doing it for on demand and sky cinema. All on demand and movies are working as expected on sky go

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah that’s a exactly my point ! that was the soonest option available 11 Days!! Which is ridiculous and then I have to pay for an evening or weekend visit as most of us have to work through the day, it’s a joke of a service! You’re not fulfilling a service I pay you for.
