@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had an issue with you since Nov, raised a complaint yesterday and said I want to correspond bus email. Just had a voicemail from someone to book an engineer. You’ll realise from my complaint I don’t. It would be lovely if you listened to your customers.

@SkyHelpTeam My issue is you send an engineer NOT trained in installing sky q boxes to install a sky Q box! That is stupid at best, I took time off work today to be told by your team member he wasn’t trained for the job you sent him on!

@SkyHelpTeam had my SkyQ and Mini box delivered today and I can now no longer access SkyGo. It says that I require a subscription service to view channels (which I have). Had no problem before this. Also the Sky Mini box keeps disconnecting.

Got a call from sales from @SkyUK to join SkyMobile & offered me a good deal so I switched from Vodafone!! From receiving my new phone & transferring over this has been a complete nightmare, wished I never joined now, nearly 48hrs without a phone, customer service dreadful also.

@SkyUK ive been a customer of your service for nearly 10 months but this last 6 weeks, your broadband has been shocking. I can be sat next to the router and im being told there is non located or its just not working and its getting worse by the day!!!

@SkyHelpTeam No the broadband is fine, it's just that the wireless dips in and out in my bedroom, so I'll be streaming something and it'll keep lagging and stopping. The reason I pay for the boost is to avoid such an issue.

@SkyHelpTeam We paid for a minimum speed quoted at 25. We also paid for a booster to get strong signals in every room of the house. The service is simply unacceptable.
