    @SkyHelpTeam Query has been dealt with within five minutes of answering call by your second advisor. Your first advisor may need a little help with customer service rather than leaving people on hold for 40 minutes for a simple request that one of your employees dealt with efficiently

    Call me stupid but how do users ‘lift’ video clips from other users? For example, if I wanted to show a clip from @SkyNews @BBCNews @SkySports etc, rather than share or quote from that users profile/handle, how can I show it from mine? Sensible answers please.

    @SkyHelpTeam It wasn’t the case though was it he wasn’t dealing with anything else he simply was either being rude or got pre occupied elsewhere. As the advisor I spoke to on the phone was honest enough to tell me. His words were there was no reason to leave me on hold for that amount of time

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet / phone / TV has been off for over 30 minutes. Rang the helpline, auto message said they are aware of a problem at an exchange box. Will get a text message when it is likely it will be back. 3 people in my house working from home. NEED AN UPDATE ASAP

    @SkyUK Ive tried contacting sky help but my query isn't specific to the robot buttons it's asking me to choose from. I cancelled my subscription in August, last payment came out of my bank in November but apparently I still owe a month's subscription?

    @SkyHelpTeam Your technical help line now just directs to an automated service that sends a text message when things are sorted. Again. Not helpful. I need an answer on how long I'm unable to work. I'd switch to BT but it's their infrastructure that you lease that's the problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam They’ve advised me to turn things on and off. That is all, I’ve turned things on and off for far too long. It’s becoming far too much! They haven’t sent me any troubleshooting at all. Thanks liam but like I can’t use the internet can I with sky being down. Can you book one for me

    @SkyHelpTeam It was fine until about 10 days ago. The main box stopped picking up the Wifi after the Mini went down. I’ve only just reconnected main box as it refused to recognise the correct password

    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve tried all that - it keeps going back to the first step. Its showing no issues, but it isn’t working . It’s not just our house - it is everyone who has Sky broadband in Aboyne. It went down during Storm Arwen. Could someone check Aboyne service?
