    @SkyHelpTeam This is exactly the problem. The test shows connection between hub and exchange is fine but even a single device directly wired to the hub shows poor performance. This suggests the problem is further upstream than our connection to the exchange but I can't get anyone to check.

    Can’t wait to move over to @SkyUK in a couple of weeks, @virginmedia is the absolute worse now, internet used to be brilliant but know goes off and can’t pick up in some rooms anymore, had about 3 new hubs too, it’s just terrible! Don’t let me down Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam This is getting beyond a joke now!! Waiting on the phone for half an hour and still waiting to talk to the 5th person of the day. Trying to resolve an issue I have had since December and already spoke to 4 people and had an engineer come out who had to stand outside!

    @SkySports Can we just be clear. Steve Bruce was abused terribly on social media. It’s bad and happens to all managers. That doesn’t excuse it. BUT. He was a dreadful manager and deserved to get the sack. That’s fair criticism and shouldn’t be ignored the way it is.
