Third time in two weeks @SkyHelpTeam our internet has gone down. I know what to check. I know it’s likely an @OpenreachHelp issue but I’m at least 20gb down now due to loss of internet connection and having to hotspot to work. And that’***** & miss. No recompense or apology.

Broadband’s kaput, have been running diagnostics for two hours, went out to buy a new ADSL filter/cable only to be told by @SkyHelpTeam that it’s a local issue, it could take up to two days to fix, and they won’t let us know when it’s working again. Happy Friday, one and all.

@SkySports My only concern would be the inevitable bad press he will get on sky and other channels when results don't go his way. Arteta, Solksjaer and Lampard to name a few, have first been lauded for their nouveau style, then slaughtered for being too inexperienced during the bad times.

@SkyHelpTeam so instead of fixing the issue you’ve just added in more people being affected by it, turned off our ability to reply to these tweets and kept everyone in the dark. All I want is a clear timetable as to when my internet will be back. That isn’t too much to ask.

@roundedwings37 @SkyUK I’m back up after numerous rounds of tests failing. Eventually one guide advised the old unplug the cable from the open reach box then re plug and that’s done the job. Can only assume mine was a freak outage unconnected to the huge one. 🤞🏻all are back soon
