@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I really need to speak to somebody about my current package. I had offers which have ran out & am unable to cancel things online it says phone but as I’m not a key worker or vulnerable I can’t call!!! I have been a customer for over 20 yrs!!!

@SkyHelpTeam my radio signal is poor , error message is either ' technical fault ' or ' no satellite signal' can get radio 1 and 2 but not Absolute radio,Planet Rock or Radio X. TV signal is fine. Tried to get through on the phone as a key worker , get cut off,please help !

absolutely shocking customer service from @SkyUK. My elderly parents haven’t had sky tv since moving on 28.2.20 but have been charged full price, being fobbed off all the time 👎👎👎

@SkyUK hi I am unable to get through to speak to someone from your customer service team. Today I have had my sky dish fitted and we are extraamly unhappy with the way the wires have been positioned down the front of my house. Please can you contact me ASAP as we need to engineer

@SkyHelpTeam For over a month I've been trying to get help, cant book an engineer online , can no longer use the messaging service ,being sent round in self help loops with no resolve,and I'm now 31 minutes into being on hold.over a month,with suboptimal service ,Simply not good enough !

@SkyHelpTeam have the worst customer service I have ever spoken to, the staff is so rude and talk to you like your dirt on the bottom of your shoe, wouldn’t recommend anyone to sign up and be a sky customer, horrible attitude, wouldn’t even recommend joe fritzel to them 👌💦

@SkyHelpTeam Ultrafast is something I can't have and that is FTTP so I am a bit confused why you are saying it would support ultrafast as it wouldn't? FTTP and FTTC are totally different. I am talking about switching from fibre max to superfast both the exact same speeds and both FTTC
