@Johnath03607801 @SkySports Are you having a 🤬 laugh??? I almost died, I watched 2 man die and another died during the same night we all had covid , I was "lucky" I ONLY had covid pneumonia, it didnt effect most of my vital organs, it just left me with heart & lung problems.

@SkyHelpTeam It wasn’t the case though was it he wasn’t dealing with anything else he simply was either being rude or got pre occupied elsewhere. As the advisor I spoke to on the phone was honest enough to tell me. His words were there was no reason to leave me on hold for that amount of time

Call me stupid but how do users ‘lift’ video clips from other users? For example, if I wanted to show a clip from @SkyNews @BBCNews @SkySports etc, rather than share or quote from that users profile/handle, how can I show it from mine? Sensible answers please.

@Johnath03607801 @SkySports If they have Covid it can be a hell of a lot more than the Flu. I have never been hospitalised with the flu but Covid landed me in ICU. Granted I am not a professional sportswoman at the top of my game but it still needa to be taken seriously!

@SkyHelpTeam Query has been dealt with within five minutes of answering call by your second advisor. Your first advisor may need a little help with customer service rather than leaving people on hold for 40 minutes for a simple request that one of your employees dealt with efficiently

@SevilleCalculat Scottish Cup live match v Hamilton at Ibrox just a few seasons back match was stopped for 8 mins due to an injury. Ref added on zero mins. Fans and SkySports shorted by nearly 10% of the game. Idiot officials that couldn’t care less.

@SkyHelpTeam hi my sky broadband is not working I followed all instructions. Some lights are still on my box. Checked set up and everything still nothing. This is the ka19 area in maybole Ayrshire. Just noticed as my alarm didn’t go off for work.
