    @SkyHelpTeam im trying to cancel all services. You have no mechanism that seems to support this right now. It’s a 5 minute call. There’s a 14 hour chat window where you didn’t respond. I tried & you didn’t. To be clear, this is not directed towards the hard working staff.

    @SkyUK Be aware they have no emergency plan in place for if things go wrong. Oh well end of contract onto new provider. We are in 21st century but Sky are way back in about 19th century. Avoid them guys as if you ever need help they are not empowered to assist!!

    @SkyUK I wouldn’t bother, 0.5 > 5mb/s often best speed with sky mobile. Switched to ee and now achieving 100mb/s in a an area deeemed poor reception area for 5G.

    @SkyUK I've been with sky mobile over a year, I contacted to ask why the 4g was terrible within the 30days of moving from EE, you said it was down to the mast. Was fine with EE, can't access Internet 90% of time with sky mobile, or is extremely slow. Need to up your bandwidth in swansea

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done that and there is no issues according to it. just the speeds are really slow, if I'm watching even YouTube on my phone the quality is poor.
