@SkyHelpTeam @D1n0nlyT8 Yes my new iPhone 12 keeps going silent for seconds at a time on a call and my husbands keeps going muffled. Also, with the billions in profit Sky make surely there’s a better way to get hold of customer service if you have a problem.

Can’t wait to move over to @SkyUK in a couple of weeks, @virginmedia is the absolute worse now, internet used to be brilliant but know goes off and can’t pick up in some rooms anymore, had about 3 new hubs too, it’s just terrible! Don’t let me down Sky.

Sure @SkyHelpTeam are doing this on purpose,making my internet go off just so i have to get a new contract with them. 😡. According to the advisor, problem is directly outside my home or inside. But its just been on again for 5 hours solid and then gone back off 🙄.
