    So our broadband has been down for 3 days already. @SkyUK has told us that they might sort it by the 28th (6 more days). We are using our mobile data but they’ve said they won’t be giving those Gb back because there’s no policy for that. What a lovely service, eh?

    @SkyHelpTeam it’s been weeks now, and two engineer visits in five days. But I still don’t have a functioning broadband. Customer care ‘hope’ that someone will fix the issue soon. Can that be your new adverting campaign? Sky, hope for better? #switch, sick of this rubbish now.

    @elftok @SkyUK That's terrible! Which ISP/cable are you using now? Also most films one likes, need to be rented (limited options) Hear, @SkyHelpTeam? Would you like to lose one more household? When the whole world is proofing itself to COVID times, your response (or lack thereof) doesn't help

    @SkyHelpTeam I've spent the last two weeks constantly resetting my router and the sky q boxes in my house after they keep losing wi-fi connection. Looking on the help forum there's 159 pages of customers with the same issue stretching back to March this year. Why isnt this fixed?
