@SkyHelpTeam Can't access my wife's Sky account. Her user name, password, and security questions are all rejected so can't change her password. I sent her an email but have had no notification that it has arrived. Seems to be many, many people with similar problems.

@SkyHelpTeam Still can't sign in to Sky. Tried ringing but "we are very busy but will answer your call within half an hour". Oh, the MySky app still works so I can see how much money they are taking from my account!

Wow. Just called @SkyHelpTeam to recontract after 21 YEARS as a customer and, not only do they charge for the phone call but also want me to pay £20 ‘administration’ fee for the privilege! Needless to say, one less customer very soon.

Since January I’ve been waiting for a replacement sky glass. The first one that got delivered was broken. January - May and still no sign or even a call from @SkyUK. Truly appalling and I’d implore anybody thinking of getting one to stay clear.
