    @ScholesDominice @SkySports Don’t need education in this, this BLM movement is doing nothing for the issues. It’s divisive, and bringing back the dark days of the late 70’s. I remember the days well, and believe me we don’t want to go back. The Kick it out message needs a re launch.

    @SkyUK major issues with broadband both wired and wireless since upgrading to new hub & booster. Slow speeds even when plugged in. Guaranteed 64Mbps - we get 25. 6-20 on Wi-Fi. Our Wi-fi environment is good. Wi-fi channels all good. No interference & acceptable noise levels. Help

    @SkyHelpTeam Currently have no broadband (and I’m WFH). I’ve called customer service after 7.30am been told that the offices aren’t open yet as staff only work between 7am and 11pm. I can’t run diagnostics as nothing is loading on browser. Please help!

    Do you know @SkyHelpTeam your links aren't working on your mobile phone page? When I go to mobile > Phones and try to click on the find out more button under "Ready to swap your phone!" It's not working and trying to load info on any phone is not loading.

    @SkyHelpTeam I now do not have a date now for an engineer we all wfh and no broadband. Sky are in breach of contract not providing goods that I have paid for and doing nothing to rectify the problem

    @SkyHelpTeam Not sure, they've said the same thing 4 times already, then don't get in touch. One said, I'd get an email with an update 24 hours later, I didn't, this was 2 months ago. I'm fine with being patient and waiting for an update, but 2 months with my issue unresolved is pushing it.
