    @SkyUK Your complaint email address please. My elderly parents have been without sky tv for 3 weeks(despite paying for it)Your engineer visited today to fit Sky Q. He refused to go into the house citing covid. My parents had PPE as did the engineer. #terribleservice #sky

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had Sky Glass now for a good month and the picture quality is really poor, I had a ridiculously fast fibre connection but the quality is really bad. I have tried various custom options available online but none of the help at all. Are you able to advise?
