@ScholesDominice @SkySports Don’t need education in this, this BLM movement is doing nothing for the issues. It’s divisive, and bringing back the dark days of the late 70’s. I remember the days well, and believe me we don’t want to go back. The Kick it out message needs a re launch.

@SkyHelpTeam Currently have no broadband (and I’m WFH). I’ve called customer service after 7.30am been told that the offices aren’t open yet as staff only work between 7am and 11pm. I can’t run diagnostics as nothing is loading on browser. Please help!

@SkyUK major issues with broadband both wired and wireless since upgrading to new hub & booster. Slow speeds even when plugged in. Guaranteed 64Mbps - we get 25. 6-20 on Wi-Fi. Our Wi-fi environment is good. Wi-fi channels all good. No interference & acceptable noise levels. Help

Before COVID we never had every game on TV. Why do we need it now. And if they want to put all the games on, why not put a game on BT1 & BT2 & BT3 at the same time, similar to Skysports....then the fans can pick what they want to watch. Cuts the times down. #mediamakingmoney

@SkyHelpTeam No, they’ve found a few faults such as the broadband had not been wired properly by your supplier, however this has been going on now for years with no resolution. Very low speeds and constant dropping out, I don’t even ring anymore it’s became that normalised unfortunately.
