If you miss the end of a show by minutes you have to wait a day for it to become available on your playlist. Is there going to be updates for this. Her user name, password, and security questions are all rejected so can't change her password. I sent her an email but have had no notification that it has arrived. Seems to be many, many people with similar problems.
