@SkyHelpTeam Can't access my wife's Sky account. Her user name, password, and security questions are all rejected so can't change her password. I sent her an email but have had no notification that it has arrived. Seems to be many, many people with similar problems.

@SkyUK pretty appalled at your customer service. No internet for three months, fobed off, been told its a signal issue on the box. Moved the box, changed channel's. Still no improvement. Left to go to another provider. The complaints team have never phoned me back

The team justified needed a bit of time to work.Morrison had hardly any time with Robinson and he brought him in and the rest. @SkyHelpTeam This only happened yesterday and is not apparently ongoing. The message yesterday said something like ‘we are having technical difficulties service unavailable’. Glass has lots of problems with freezes and sound sync etc, but this was something new
