    @SkyHelpTeam Can't access my wife's Sky account. Her user name, password, and security questions are all rejected so can't change her password. I sent her an email but have had no notification that it has arrived. Seems to be many, many people with similar problems.

    Wow. Just called @SkyHelpTeam to recontract after 21 YEARS as a customer and, not only do they charge for the phone call but also want me to pay £20 ‘administration’ fee for the privilege! Needless to say, one less customer very soon.

    @SkyUK I'm coming over from Virgin media. They informed me my bill is going up to £101 from £80 a month, so I binned them off. Getting your streaming service. £60 a month, & suddenly Virgin can give me my package for £60.12 a month? Naff off, should've offered me that from the off

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, this is my point. I don't want to call. I want to be able to manage downgrades digitally. If one were cynical it could be said such a move is a deliberate barrier. Certainly, it is not conducive to a positive customer experience.

    @CharLonghair @SkyUK I don't think that's too bad to be fair. I'm moving over to Sky from Virgin, as I'd had a letter from them last weekend saying they were gonna be taking an extra £21 a month off me. I don't mind a couple of quid extra on top, but that was extracting the urine.
