@SkyHelpTeam Currently have no broadband (and I’m WFH). I’ve called customer service after 7.30am been told that the offices aren’t open yet as staff only work between 7am and 11pm. I can’t run diagnostics as nothing is loading on browser. Please help!

@SkyUK major issues with broadband both wired and wireless since upgrading to new hub & booster. Slow speeds even when plugged in. Guaranteed 64Mbps - we get 25. 6-20 on Wi-Fi. Our Wi-fi environment is good. Wi-fi channels all good. No interference & acceptable noise levels. Help

@SkyUK Your complaint email address please. My elderly parents have been without sky tv for 3 weeks(despite paying for it)Your engineer visited today to fit Sky Q. He refused to go into the house citing covid. My parents had PPE as did the engineer. #terribleservice #sky

@SkyHelpTeam Issue number 1. It shows £134.50 in June, £86.50 in July and £86.50 in August with should be £72.50 and £134.50 is unenforceable. Two hours holding a line and agents was passing the one to another and end of of the day nothing solved. I need my VoIP number beside land number

@SkyHelpTeam @StaceyUK With no broadband connection it just sends me around and back to start. Are there service problems in Dunfermline? Your checker says no but when I try to check service via router checker it tells me that service is down. Is it up or down?
