@SkyHelpTeam It's not just the f1, it's a real problem for anything. If you miss the end of a show by minutes you have to wait a day for it to become available on your playlist. Is there going to be updates for this. If not I'm glad I haven't sent my sky q Box back yet

@SkyHelpTeam is broadband out in Ventnor , Isle of Wight? I know some areas were affected earlier but ours has just gone off. App won’t let me check for service either. In fact the sky app won’t work at all.
