    @SkyUK pretty appalled at your customer service. No internet for three months, fobed off, been told its a signal issue on the box. Moved the box, changed channel's. Still no improvement. Left to go to another provider. The complaints team have never phoned me back

    Wow. Just called @SkyHelpTeam to recontract after 21 YEARS as a customer and, not only do they charge for the phone call but also want me to pay £20 ‘administration’ fee for the privilege! Needless to say, one less customer very soon.

    @SkyUK Your complaint email address please. My elderly parents have been without sky tv for 3 weeks(despite paying for it)Your engineer visited today to fit Sky Q. He refused to go into the house citing covid. My parents had PPE as did the engineer. #terribleservice #sky

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam 2/ is broadband, upgraded to high speed fibre on the premise we’d never have issues (due to my job relying on intenet) and its down again.

    @Mandy20x @wrighty108 @LFCTammy If you pay for Sky Sports then call 0800 151 2747 and say 'cancel Sky sports' It will ask you if you want to PAUSE your subscription until normality returns. Sports channels remain available. Please Retweet for others that don't realise @SkySports are taking advantage!

    @SkyHelpTeam Currently have no broadband (and I’m WFH). I’ve called customer service after 7.30am been told that the offices aren’t open yet as staff only work between 7am and 11pm. I can’t run diagnostics as nothing is loading on browser. Please help!

    @Danjsalt @SkyUK Their support got worse and worse over my last few years with them, and navigating their awful site or trying to contact a human is soul destroying. Honestly, find anyone else. Plusnet were a breath of fresh air by comparison.

    @SkyUK I am at my wits end. I have called numerous time this week and have wasted hours of my time. I still have a sky glass that doesn’t work and no updates on changing my broadband which I apparently need to make my glass work. Can I speak to someone who can help?
