    Wow. Just called @SkyHelpTeam to recontract after 21 YEARS as a customer and, not only do they charge for the phone call but also want me to pay £20 ‘administration’ fee for the privilege! Needless to say, one less customer very soon.

    @SkyHelpTeam So would you care tell me why a member of your customer service team would refuse to pass a call onto the complaints team? This includes the manager! Serious Customer Service issues there...and yes we have names.
