Her user name, password, and security questions are all rejected so can't change her password. I sent her an email but have had no notification that it has arrived. Seems to be many, many people with similar problems.

haks (@haks_e) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK £170? That's a disgrace, I'm sure she wouldn't even watch 3/4 of the channels. Even £110 a month is steep. The business model is so flawed. They quote you high, you threat to leave they knock it down by at least 30%. No two people are on the same pricing mechanisms.

It's meant so you can get a signal 50 metres away in your summer house or similar, she lives in a one bedroom sheltered housing flat.

She was crying as she came off the call and is so upset and distressed that she has called me for help. I have the same package that she’s been offered and I pay £110 a month, so they are clearly just ripping off the elderly!! Absolutely disgusting. Can’t call them as I am not with her for authorisation until Monday, but they will be hearing from me then!
