    @SkyHelpTeam I need to contact a member of the team to sort out my account. I wish to reduce my package and cancel my BB, Iv tried to do this on the mysky app and each time I select remove package it says I have to call someone, but no one will answer as I’m not a priority.

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband is down. I’ve gone thought all the troubleshooting and it definitely isn’t my home setup. Is there an expected time to resolution? I’m not the only person reporting this.

    @ScholesDominice @SkySports Don’t need education in this, this BLM movement is doing nothing for the issues. It’s divisive, and bringing back the dark days of the late 70’s. I remember the days well, and believe me we don’t want to go back. The Kick it out message needs a re launch.

    @SkyUK hi I recently got a offer for sky q with free installation and 1 free mini multiroom box When I ordered there were no multiroom boxes in stock. I was told to order this at the end of march. When I've gone on to order its charging me £50 can u help as cant get through phone

    What is it with sales people.... It's all lies- @virginmedia charging us for a service they haven't provided for 3 months! @SkyUK couldnt provide the service so we moved to @BT who failed to connect us when they said they would and arguing with sky so we now have no service!

    @SkyHelpTeam I called on Friday. Was told an engineer from open reach would look at the issue on Tuesday and its breaks again today. I was given no detail on what the fault was/is caused by. It has got exponentially worse an worse. This is far from sustainable.

    @SkyHelpTeam I rang up to delay a home move and cancel a broadband installation, the TV service date was moved but the broadband is still showing as being scheduled for installation

    @SkyHelpTeam I booked an engineer. I never heard from them and was told it would be down to open reach to fix it. I was lucky that it fixed itself at random the last time this happened. There needs to be a permanent fix for this. Im doing everything I can on my side.

    @SkySports Bilic given hardly any money to improve the squad after squeezing promotion and will now be sacked for the inevitable league results and position. ridiculous. No doubt will bring in a quick fix it manager and then give him the money in Jan.
