    @SkyHelpTeam It's not just the f1, it's a real problem for anything. If you miss the end of a show by minutes you have to wait a day for it to become available on your playlist. Is there going to be updates for this. If not I'm glad I haven't sent my sky q Box back yet

    @SkyHelpTeam So do I Tony, so do I. Just a shame that Sky don't have any influence on Openreach and thus you aren't able to offer firm delivery dates. Must also impact Sky revenue as until your Broadband service is live I'm not being billed. Guess we'll both just have to wait ....

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, placed an order for SkyGlass in November and told today the service not likely to be provided until sometime in January. Apparently @OpenreachHelp need to do some work and Sky have no SLA with them. Shame the glossy promise doesn't lead to timely delivery.
