    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband is down. I’ve gone thought all the troubleshooting and it definitely isn’t my home setup. Is there an expected time to resolution? I’m not the only person reporting this.

    @ScholesDominice @SkySports Don’t need education in this, this BLM movement is doing nothing for the issues. It’s divisive, and bringing back the dark days of the late 70’s. I remember the days well, and believe me we don’t want to go back. The Kick it out message needs a re launch.

    @SkyUK More like having the whole household trying to work from home! But that is only when our Sky Broadband doesn’t keep randomly dropping connection as it has been for the past few days when your website says (incorrectly) that we have no issues 😡

    @SkyUK major issues with broadband both wired and wireless since upgrading to new hub & booster. Slow speeds even when plugged in. Guaranteed 64Mbps - we get 25. 6-20 on Wi-Fi. Our Wi-fi environment is good. Wi-fi channels all good. No interference & acceptable noise levels. Help

    @SkyHelpTeam Currently have no broadband (and I’m WFH). I’ve called customer service after 7.30am been told that the offices aren’t open yet as staff only work between 7am and 11pm. I can’t run diagnostics as nothing is loading on browser. Please help!

    @SkyHelpTeam Oh i see, that is logical to hide the contact methods behind another needless click. So I wish to cancel, select the service I want to cancel and you mask the methods behind an ambiguous, extra click. Got it. Have to confess it doest look like a transparent process does it.

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope, still says there is a fault with transmitter, check back today. 3 of in our house, all on sky mobile and no signal unless connecter to WiFi. Getting ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam I finally got through to a very helpful person who has now sorted the issue. All in all it’s taken 2hrs and 55mins of phone calls to get this resolved and all I wanted to do was to downgrade my package - makes me wonder if Sky are purposefully making it difficult to downgrade.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been unable to log into my sky app for ages and no one has been able to fix it - get the error account locked - however when I moved house my billing was changed to include Disney plus but to activate I have to log in and not able to do this - pls help

    Why is it everything I phone @SkyUK the amend my package its a horrible customer experience? Trying to cancel movies & sports and they keep telling me I have to get a new 18 month contract and pay an admin free. So annoyed I'm just going for cancellations now. What a joke @Ofcom
