I’ve called customer service after 7.30am been told that the offices aren’t open yet as staff only work between 7am and 11pm. I can’t run diagnostics as nothing is loading on browser. Please help!

If you miss the end of a show by minutes you have to wait a day for it to become available on your playlist. Is there going to be updates for this.
