@ScholesDominice @SkySports Don’t need education in this, this BLM movement is doing nothing for the issues. It’s divisive, and bringing back the dark days of the late 70’s. I remember the days well, and believe me we don’t want to go back. The Kick it out message needs a re launch.

@SkyHelpTeam I need to contact a member of the team to sort out my account. I wish to reduce my package and cancel my BB, Iv tried to do this on the mysky app and each time I select remove package it says I have to call someone, but no one will answer as I’m not a priority.

@SkyUK major issues with broadband both wired and wireless since upgrading to new hub & booster. Slow speeds even when plugged in. Guaranteed 64Mbps - we get 25. 6-20 on Wi-Fi. Our Wi-fi environment is good. Wi-fi channels all good. No interference & acceptable noise levels. Help

@skyuk @SkyHelpTeam great when it works, but sky can’t sort anything when it doesn’t. Mobile issues for months now, Sky took my phone to repair it and no replacement phone sent, yet still making me pay my contract! No date for replacement.
