    Wow. Just called @SkyHelpTeam to recontract after 21 YEARS as a customer and, not only do they charge for the phone call but also want me to pay £20 ‘administration’ fee for the privilege! Needless to say, one less customer very soon.

    If you pay for Sky Sports then call 0800 151 2747 and say 'cancel Sky sports' It will ask you if you want to PAUSE your subscription until normality returns. Sports channels remain available. Please Retweet for others that don't realise @SkySports are taking advantage!

    @ChefWayner @SkyHelpTeam @gigaclear Is that wired or on wifi? If wifi have you tried a cable connection? Could be a wifi only issue? Sky aren’t particularly helpful but eventually I got my issues sorted (cost more to get full fibre though).
