    @SkyUK major issues with broadband both wired and wireless since upgrading to new hub & booster. Slow speeds even when plugged in. Guaranteed 64Mbps - we get 25. 6-20 on Wi-Fi. Our Wi-fi environment is good. Wi-fi channels all good. No interference & acceptable noise levels. Help

    @ScholesDominice @SkySports Don’t need education in this, this BLM movement is doing nothing for the issues. It’s divisive, and bringing back the dark days of the late 70’s. I remember the days well, and believe me we don’t want to go back. The Kick it out message needs a re launch.

    @DaneEmmanuel_ @SkyHelpTeam Looks like a sky dns issue. Try switching your device dns to Google. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. That worked for me

    @SkyHelpTeam @PSClarke28 I think @PSClarke28 has already done that - the issue he has is the same I have - appears to be DNS related. Your diagnostic pages will be worthless if DNS is down - users probably won't be able to reach them. Please listen to customers and investigate accordingly. Thanks SKY :-)

    @SkyHelpTeam is there a general issue with broadband. My speed is shocking so cannot do anything. The app/website speed tests are not available.
