@SkyHelpTeam I need to contact a member of the team to sort out my account. I wish to reduce my package and cancel my BB, Iv tried to do this on the mysky app and each time I select remove package it says I have to call someone, but no one will answer as I’m not a priority.

@SkyHelpTeam I don't the broadband checker which says there are no issues. If I try the checker whilst there is an issue the website ironically crashes. The steps don't correspond with the issue. This is bigger than a fault at my home address
