Wow. Just called @SkyHelpTeam to recontract after 21 YEARS as a customer and, not only do they charge for the phone call but also want me to pay £20 ‘administration’ fee for the privilege! Needless to say, one less customer very soon.

@SkyHelpTeam Can't access my wife's Sky account. Her user name, password, and security questions are all rejected so can't change her password. I sent her an email but have had no notification that it has arrived. Seems to be many, many people with similar problems.

@SkySports No red card Haverthwaite had eye on ball at all times and as he jumps his arm are up but burbs arm is underneath his so it can't go down. It was unfortunate but glad burns was able to play so well for rest of the game.
