@SkyHelpTeam Can't access my wife's Sky account. Her user name, password, and security questions are all rejected so can't change her password. I sent her an email but have had no notification that it has arrived. Seems to be many, many people with similar problems.

So that’s @virginmedia cancelled off and their poor effort at a service. I had more reliable service with dial-up! Now signed up with @SkyUK and hoping they can at least provide me internet that I can use for a day without it going off constantly.

The option taken, circumvented, manipulated & abused the rules. This option was the only one that favoured MV. The red flag was the only fair option.

@OpenreachHelp Thanks Paul, the issue is I’ve been calling @SkyHelpTeam every day for the last month and this is what happens: (1) they blame openreach, (2) schedule a new appointment, (3) no confirmation and nobody comes (4) I call again. How do I break this cycle?
