    @SkyHelpTeam Currently have no broadband (and I’m WFH). I’ve called customer service after 7.30am been told that the offices aren’t open yet as staff only work between 7am and 11pm. I can’t run diagnostics as nothing is loading on browser. Please help!

    @SkyUK our TV can’t play YouTube, it says it’s connected to the WiFi but there’s no internet. What does that even mean!? We pay £100 a month for this service...

    The abuse female reporters get is astounding, they are no worse than Kaveh at skysports who is shocking. Also having ago at a female reporter because they support a certain team is idiotic…all reporters support a team and if you dig around enough you’d be able to find out who.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Alison, we have done this over the 'phone and the automated service said it did not recognise a fault and would send an engineer in 2 days? Will they fix it on this fallout if they can?

I'll have you know that I can drive my little Ford ka up and down the road, round the block and through the country roads for 2 hours very fast and not get tired! When it comes to football, 2 minutes in and I have the worst chest pains in the world!
