They quote you high, you threat to leave they knock it down by at least 30%. No two people are on the same pricing mechanisms.

They'll try and say oh it's a mistake and we've resolved it so there's no need for the SAR but make sure you get that recording regardless. Then hammer the bastards.

You will finally speak to someone from Glasgow who will give you the best deal ( that is if you actually want Sky!!). I got them from ยฃ180 to ยฃ83.
