@SkyHelpTeam @SkySportsNBA Been a Sky Glass customer now for over 1yr. I struggle to watch any NBA, E.G - last night there was TNT Tip Off, 2 games followed by Inside the NBA for 1hr - none have added to my playlist, if i kept Sky Q i could watch them all, can you help me out?

@SkyHelpTeam I've been 9ver this with your team like a million times over the past few months. All I have on my network is my 2 computers and the SkyTV box. IF it's a device issue then the internet would work on the other devices still right? Which it doesn't, not cabled nor through WiFi

@SkyHelpTeam It's not just the f1, it's a real problem for anything. If you miss the end of a show by minutes you have to wait a day for it to become available on your playlist. Is there going to be updates for this. If not I'm glad I haven't sent my sky q Box back yet

Hey @SkyUK I've just finished chatting to one of your CS advisers about not having any internet for 2 weeks, turns out you can't do anything about it....it's an openreach problem. 👍 This sucks for someone who's self employed and works from home....

@SkyHelpTeam 2wks ago this firm took over 170gb from me that I’d saved 2 use on my daughter’s medical device whilst abroad. I now won’t have enough data 2 ensure she is safe abroad. They DO NOT want 2 know regarding my complaint etc. Bare this in mind if thinking of joining them!
