@SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all that several times. I uploaded a few photos and got a few different numbers to call. When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)

@SkyHelpTeam They’ve advised me that they can’t locate my box and have kept me on hold for 1-1.5 hrs each call then asked me to pay again 🤬 if that was my 20 year customer I’d be giving them free sky for a year not asking them to pay again!

@SkyHelpTeam No, I didn’t do the order. I was distraught as I was forced to speak to someone - who couldn’t give an explanation - rather than updated via my account. And as I’m losing out on £135 in vouchers and cashback, on top of the problems and delays I have faced, I won’t be joining Sky.
