Internet doing the hokey kokey this morning & on hold with @SkyHelpTeam to be fed nothing but unhelpful twaddle - 6 months of nothing but a joke of a service for broadband Absolutely appalled tbh, makes working from home almost impossible. Something that's a little important atm

So @virginmedia is increasing their prices by £8.50 pm. Wouldn't mind so much if they had decent service, eifi that doesn't cut out when i go upstairs, Sky Atlantic etc. Would go with @SkyUK but their wifi doesn't like bloody copper pipes.

@SkyHelpTeam It's not just the f1, it's a real problem for anything. If you miss the end of a show by minutes you have to wait a day for it to become available on your playlist. Is there going to be updates for this. If not I'm glad I haven't sent my sky q Box back yet

Hey @SkyUK I've just finished chatting to one of your CS advisers about not having any internet for 2 weeks, turns out you can't do anything about it....it's an openreach problem. 👍 This sucks for someone who's self employed and works from home....

@SkyHelpTeam 1hr 6 mins currently on hold to get though to sky help team! Start of call says within 4 mins - shocking. Skymob 4g is awful, your staff promise help and don’t fill out forms and promise to call you back and never do, call 4 to try fix my issues! Still waiting
