@SkyUK Your complaint email address please. My elderly parents have been without sky tv for 3 weeks(despite paying for it)Your engineer visited today to fit Sky Q. He refused to go into the house citing covid. My parents had PPE as did the engineer. #terribleservice #sky

@rickyachew @Chris_CD2010 @SkyUK Call the retentions team. Cancel. Over the next few weeks they offer discounts. The longer you leave it, the bigger the discount. I do it every year. £63 for everything (inc internet) except BT Sport. The easiest company to haggle with.
