@SkyHelpTeam third time in the few short weeks weve had sky Q that weve lost signal. Twice before it just restarted after a couple of days off. Engineer booked for 23rd January where as far as im concerned he can take the lot away as unsuitable for purpose. Totally cheesed off

I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

Turned it off. Never watching a @Giantsrl home match again. Every one of their @SuperLeague matches on @SkySportsRL @SkySports this year has been ruined by that clown. It’s no wonder the stadium was two-thirds empty. No sane person would choose to be near that racket.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I have an issue where the sound is cutting out for a few milliseconds every few minutes, and can't understand why. All cables are connected correctly, and PS4/Netflix aren't causing the same problems

@SkyHelpTeam multiple recordings maybe 150+ episodes/films from the last 12 months have gone from my sky q box. I pay a lot of have something that’s meant to be reliable and this isn’t. It’s poor. I would like a new box and compensation.

@SkyHelpTeam She says: "Main box has live tv but no access to recording and can’t watch on demand or cinema. Mini box says no satellite signal. Both say connected and signal. Mini box when reset then says can’t find main box and to reset router (which I have done lots)"

Getting pretty pissed off I can't pause my @SkySports tried at several times of day including the middle of the night (joys of an 11 week old) and still getting a technical error. Shall I just cancel my DD @SkyHelpTeam Bet you'd spring into action then 🙄

@SkyHelpTeam I would like to cancel sky, I've been messaging and asking since April and now I've ended up with a bill of £102. I really can't believe 2 months on I'm still trying to cancel it. This should have been done a couple of months ago

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Jason, but as posted by a number of people in BS16, test gets stuck in a loop and doesn’t resolve issue. Also as there are other BS16 customers messaging you with same issue, suggest there is a network problem in the area

@SkyHelpTeam Hey sky we got back Internet on Thursday and lost it again Friday.... sky online unless... neighbour called call center and surprisingly they was unhelpful and yet again we have no Internet!!! This is shocking and not acceptable. In the last 10 days we have had 1 day service.
