@SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all that several times. I uploaded a few photos and got a few different numbers to call. When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)

@SkyHelpTeam It actually says there’s an outage but I’m logging on from about 4 miles away by phone so not actually sure it’s testing my line or not. The outage has probably been there about 5 years of I’m honest as the connection is very very poor.
