@SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all that several times. I uploaded a few photos and got a few different numbers to call. When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)

@SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

Currently on hold forever with @SkyUK trying to get our abysmal <1Mbps broadband and next to useless but over £100 a month Sky TV to actually work and why won't ANYONE at Sky actually own this problem for a customer of 12 years standing. Problem is, we were SkyQ guinea pigs... 🤬
