Twice before it just restarted after a couple of days off. Engineer booked for 23rd January where as far as im concerned he can take the lot away as unsuitable for purpose. Totally cheesed off

Matt Bennett (@MattBennett93) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England@SkyHelpTeam I don't know what else to try! I've changed HDMI ports and leads! It doesn't happen with any other app. I've tried to switch settings on the Sky Q box and that, also, doesn't work.

They disabled IVP6 & the issues persist. I'll happily have ANOTHER engineer out to confirm this. As I said, still waiting for a call back since pre-Xmas.

Wouldn't mind so much if they had decent service, eifi that doesn't cut out when i go upstairs, Sky Atlantic etc. Would go with @SkyUK but their wifi doesn't like bloody copper pipes.

Promised to return my call (you record your calls so you have evidence you did). Didn't return it.
