    @SkyHelpTeam I don't know what else to try! I've changed HDMI ports and leads! It doesn't happen with any other app. I've tried to switch settings on the Sky Q box and that, also, doesn't work.

    @SkyHelpTeam we have no internet in stoke on Trent- system test says no issues in our area. Reset and still nothing. Any known issues?

    @SkyHelpTeam hi wonder if you can help? Apple TV plus works all ok on the main Q box, but just sits on the apple logo on the mini multi room box… @AppleTV

    Internet doing the hokey kokey this morning & on hold with @SkyHelpTeam to be fed nothing but unhelpful twaddle - 6 months of nothing but a joke of a service for broadband Absolutely appalled tbh, makes working from home almost impossible. Something that's a little important atm

    @SkyHelpTeam Been down this road before, you literally deny any issues and your engineers tell the truth. They disabled IVP6 & the issues persist. I'll happily have ANOTHER engineer out to confirm this. As I said, still waiting for a call back since pre-Xmas.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’d like to request a refund for my broadband. I have reported via your automated service and I’m waiting an engineer, but I’m unable to actually speak to anybody via your phone line.

    So @virginmedia is increasing their prices by £8.50 pm. Wouldn't mind so much if they had decent service, eifi that doesn't cut out when i go upstairs, Sky Atlantic etc. Would go with @SkyUK but their wifi doesn't like bloody copper pipes.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, are you having issues with the Crewe area, or have I just picked the worst day to have broadband problems. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips and each time I attempt a test, I just get the somethings gone wrong message. Could you advise please.

    @SkyHelpTeam 2 Sky engineers, 1 Openreach engineer before Xmas as you denied over & over we didn't have issues. 2nd Sky engineer admitted you do, and disabled IVP6 on your router. Promised to return my call (you record your calls so you have evidence you did). Didn't return it.

    @SkyHelpTeam Be prepared for a really fun customer call tomorrow morning because BOY OH BOY WHERE DO I START. My 7 month wait for a call? A refund? The truth rather than lies? Insulting standard "the line is fine"? Gonna be fun 👌🏻 hope it doesn't begin to happen whilst I'm WFH again.

    @SkyCorporate @SkyUK what use is having an @SkyHelpTeam if they show no desire to help the customers at all, communication and keeping customers informed in situations like this is vital and a minimum expectation!

    @SkyHelpTeam No I’m just going to show as many people what your customers receive. Remember 20 months, May 2019 I “up graded” to SkyQ. 20 months of crap tv.
