So @virginmedia is increasing their prices by £8.50 pm. Wouldn't mind so much if they had decent service, eifi that doesn't cut out when i go upstairs, Sky Atlantic etc. Would go with @SkyUK but their wifi doesn't like bloody copper pipes.

Internet doing the hokey kokey this morning & on hold with @SkyHelpTeam to be fed nothing but unhelpful twaddle - 6 months of nothing but a joke of a service for broadband Absolutely appalled tbh, makes working from home almost impossible. Something that's a little important atm

@SkyHelpTeam 2 Sky engineers, 1 Openreach engineer before Xmas as you denied over & over we didn't have issues. 2nd Sky engineer admitted you do, and disabled IVP6 on your router. Promised to return my call (you record your calls so you have evidence you did). Didn't return it.

@SkyHelpTeam So, we moved on Nov 18th so I make this day 39 without Sky TV and, perhaps, more importantly still no phone call from a manager of the 'Home move dept' advising when the problem will be fixed promised on 15th December
