@SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

@SkyHelpTeam My dad has been a loyal customer since 1993. He’s 81 and a pensioner and you are taking £109 a month from him. My bill is £48 and the main difference is my dad has Sky Cinema. I think maybe it’s time for him to leave for the likes of Virgin or @NOWTV 🤔

@SkyHelpTeam Today! Waited like a patient customer all day, Checked online at 5.30pm still said visit booked. Finally had to call up and insulted with offer of £15 and next install date 2 weeks away! Apologies for delay in response just wasting time re-installing all the equipment I removed!

@SkySports No it just shows how cancerous social media is becoming and only going to get worse, I've been silenced on Twitter for next to nothing so it's not like Twitter tolerates this ****, they just need systems in place to detect this **** and prevent it from being posted.
