Both say connected and signal. Mini box when reset then says can’t find main box and to reset router (which I have done lots)"

When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)

G.P (@gdotp) reported@SkyUK broadband is down. Cable cut by farmer. Easy fix? No. Sky can’t report to BT Openreach for 72 hours as a previous fault was not closed my sky from May. Result….no broadband…no working from home, kids can’t study for medical exams. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS.
