  @SkyHelpTeam Been down this road before, you literally deny any issues and your engineers tell the truth. They disabled IVP6 & the issues persist. I'll happily have ANOTHER engineer out to confirm this. As I said, still waiting for a call back since pre-Xmas.

  So @virginmedia is increasing their prices by £8.50 pm. Wouldn't mind so much if they had decent service, eifi that doesn't cut out when i go upstairs, Sky Atlantic etc. Would go with @SkyUK but their wifi doesn't like bloody copper pipes.

  @SkyHelpTeam I don't know what else to try! I've changed HDMI ports and leads! It doesn't happen with any other app. I've tried to switch settings on the Sky Q box and that, also, doesn't work.

  Does anyone else have and issue with having to continually rest their @SkyUK Skyglass when going into the HBO app? Launch and just a black screen. You can hear it, just not see anything until you reset the TV
