@SkyHelpTeam 2 Sky engineers, 1 Openreach engineer before Xmas as you denied over & over we didn't have issues. 2nd Sky engineer admitted you do, and disabled IVP6 on your router. Promised to return my call (you record your calls so you have evidence you did). Didn't return it.

So @virginmedia is increasing their prices by £8.50 pm. Wouldn't mind so much if they had decent service, eifi that doesn't cut out when i go upstairs, Sky Atlantic etc. Would go with @SkyUK but their wifi doesn't like bloody copper pipes.

@SkyHelpTeam Well today it just stopped working. Sometimes the apps won’t work, sometimes it just freezes and other times it won’t do owt. The only cure is to unplug it. This continued annoyance is making it a luxury I’ll cancel
