@SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

@sjdhatters @SkyHelpTeam They are proper **** recently. I wanted a refund because our internet was running at half the speed but they couldn’t check from more than 2 weeks previous although it was on record from before then because I had COVID and was isolating for 3 & a half weeks
