Twice before it just restarted after a couple of days off. Engineer booked for 23rd January where as far as im concerned he can take the lot away as unsuitable for purpose. Totally cheesed off

BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and itโs made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!
