Twice before it just restarted after a couple of days off. Engineer booked for 23rd January where as far as im concerned he can take the lot away as unsuitable for purpose. Totally cheesed off

Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

Both say connected and signal. Mini box when reset then says can’t find main box and to reset router (which I have done lots)"

For the 2nd night in a row I was put on hold by 1st line in a queue to them and my call was hung up on. PLEASE HELP!
