When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)

For the 2nd night in a row I was put on hold by 1st line in a queue to them and my call was hung up on. PLEASE HELP!

BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

Promised to return my call (you record your calls so you have evidence you did). Didn't return it.
