Twice before it just restarted after a couple of days off. Engineer booked for 23rd January where as far as im concerned he can take the lot away as unsuitable for purpose. Totally cheesed off

So I guess that’s a phoneline issue? Said will be fixed within 2 days but COULD be 3-5 if it’s a difficult issue.
