@SkyHelpTeam multiple recordings maybe 150+ episodes/films from the last 12 months have gone from my sky q box. I pay a lot of have something that’s meant to be reliable and this isn’t. It’s poor. I would like a new box and compensation.

Turned it off. Never watching a @Giantsrl home match again. Every one of their @SuperLeague matches on @SkySportsRL @SkySports this year has been ruined by that clown. It’s no wonder the stadium was two-thirds empty. No sane person would choose to be near that racket.

@hqseeb @SkyHelpTeam skys services commonly have drop outs sometimes up to 20 times a day. 1000s of customers also have this problem and have reported the same problems with sky this week as me. its a service issue not line or cables.

@hqseeb @SkyHelpTeam like i said. my lines are ok as bt tested them. sky engineers can't help or do anything irl only check u got it setup right. then they send a bt guy to make sure lines are ok. as sky rents the lines from bt. the problem is with skys services
