    @skyuk I've been trying to cancel my subscription since beginning of lockdown but you have not got back to me or cancelled it. I'm not working at the moment and cannot justify having sky. Please will you get back to me. My account number is 630217563018.

    @SkyHelpTeam She says: "Main box has live tv but no access to recording and can’t watch on demand or cinema. Mini box says no satellite signal. Both say connected and signal. Mini box when reset then says can’t find main box and to reset router (which I have done lots)"

    Getting pretty pissed off I can't pause my @SkySports tried at several times of day including the middle of the night (joys of an 11 week old) and still getting a technical error. Shall I just cancel my DD @SkyHelpTeam Bet you'd spring into action then 🙄

    I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

    @SkyHelpTeam I would like to cancel sky, I've been messaging and asking since April and now I've ended up with a bill of £102. I really can't believe 2 months on I'm still trying to cancel it. This should have been done a couple of months ago

    @SkyHelpTeam multiple recordings maybe 150+ episodes/films from the last 12 months have gone from my sky q box. I pay a lot of have something that’s meant to be reliable and this isn’t. It’s poor. I would like a new box and compensation.

    @SkyHelpTeam third time in the few short weeks weve had sky Q that weve lost signal. Twice before it just restarted after a couple of days off. Engineer booked for 23rd January where as far as im concerned he can take the lot away as unsuitable for purpose. Totally cheesed off

    @SkyHelpTeam See my problems are slow broadband speeds which were fantastic for the first few months now not so much and the hub seems to have a mind of its own it shuts down and on again

    @SkyHelpTeam Just spent another hour on the phone to the service team. Apparently someone did come to check outside the house and found nothing wrong. Didn't bother knocking to come in and fix it from the inside. Had to book ANOTHER engineer to come, which isn't happening until Thursday 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam really take the piss, ridiculously expensive packages even the basic one and now box says no satellite signal being received all the time! The sun's out, no rain, no wind, perfect weather conditions, are you seriously having laugh at customers expense!!

    @city_rabin @SkySports Even if we bring the roof down @skysports won’t cover it. It does suit there agenda. They want to panda to Utd and Liverpool, because those teams currently have more sky subscribers than us. My advice is ignore them, unsubscribe and if you can’t go to the ground get a dodgy stick
