Promised to return my call (you record your calls so you have evidence you did). Didn't return it.

When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)

I've personally never had and never will have a Sky subscription, they're rip off merchants in my eyes. Heck I don't even watch TV any more, don't have one.
