  @SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all that several times. I uploaded a few photos and got a few different numbers to call. When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)

  @rational_mo @Benzo_Ndlovu Fawanews is the only thing I trust in streaming ,it is the best( no Sky Sports). HDstreamz dont have skysports. Score808 no skysports. I'm not sure about waka tv, never used it. ..Skysports is only on Ipaytv.. Unless other apps which are not reliable.

  @SkyUK ordered broadband three weeks ago for installation in central London. Still No connection and no indication when it will happen. Terrible feed back from @WeAreOpenreach . Awful.

  Customer retention- am I the only one who finds businesses actually don't bother trying to keep you? Insurance? Broadband? Loyalty means nothing. Found out my mam is paying £110 a month to @SkyUK for basic package as she's just stayed for 25 years. Wtf?
