Turned it off. Never watching a @Giantsrl home match again. Every one of their @SuperLeague matches on @SkySportsRL @SkySports this year has been ruined by that clown. It’s no wonder the stadium was two-thirds empty. No sane person would choose to be near that racket.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I have an issue where the sound is cutting out for a few milliseconds every few minutes, and can't understand why. All cables are connected correctly, and PS4/Netflix aren't causing the same problems

@SkyHelpTeam She says: "Main box has live tv but no access to recording and can’t watch on demand or cinema. Mini box says no satellite signal. Both say connected and signal. Mini box when reset then says can’t find main box and to reset router (which I have done lots)"

Getting pretty pissed off I can't pause my @SkySports tried at several times of day including the middle of the night (joys of an 11 week old) and still getting a technical error. Shall I just cancel my DD @SkyHelpTeam Bet you'd spring into action then 🙄

@SkyHelpTeam third time in the few short weeks weve had sky Q that weve lost signal. Twice before it just restarted after a couple of days off. Engineer booked for 23rd January where as far as im concerned he can take the lot away as unsuitable for purpose. Totally cheesed off

@SkyHelpTeam I would like to cancel sky, I've been messaging and asking since April and now I've ended up with a bill of £102. I really can't believe 2 months on I'm still trying to cancel it. This should have been done a couple of months ago

@SkyHelpTeam multiple recordings maybe 150+ episodes/films from the last 12 months have gone from my sky q box. I pay a lot of have something that’s meant to be reliable and this isn’t. It’s poor. I would like a new box and compensation.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Michelle, it's a common issue that's discussed on the Sky forums too, still present on the 32B206. There wasn't any new advice given to what was already tried (turn it off and on at the mains / factory state).

@SkyHelpTeam My internet has been really bad even though I have ultrafast it was struggling to stream I player and the connection keeps dropping and I have to reset my router! Have run the tests and that says everything is ok but it clearly isn’t

@SkyHelpTeam It's difficult to get a picture of it - doesn't really show in a still. It only seems to be during UHD football and I have read it's a known issue with the HDR format of the UHD broadcast (HLG rather than HDR10 or Dolby Vision). Can you confirm if this is the case?

@SkyHelpTeam I rang you this morning as couldnt connect sky go on samsung phone and told the signal from sky q not working and will be sorted in 4 hours. 6 hours later still saying upgrade required to enjoy sky go!!!
