    @SkyHelpTeam Hi yes I’ve ran the online troubleshooting process a number of times now, however still no phone line & broadband speeds still very poor (consistently <6Mbps download speed to the router).

    Tried to ring @SkyHelpTeam, gave up after an hour, tried to message, it times out. Sent an email 5 days ago but still no response. I appreciate these are difficult times but this is just ridiculous. I just want to cancel my subscription. Can someone contact me please!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam third time in the few short weeks weve had sky Q that weve lost signal. Twice before it just restarted after a couple of days off. Engineer booked for 23rd January where as far as im concerned he can take the lot away as unsuitable for purpose. Totally cheesed off

I don’t have an issue with problems occurring, it’s the lack of information they’ve provided to customers. They provide no ways for customers to communicate with them either, except over social media.

    @Sam_Baker86 @heycueball @SkyHelpTeam Can you test with a laptop or PC connected to the router? Or move phone nearer router. Your WiFi signal seems low on screenshot which may be causing the slow speed.

    @SkyHelpTeam Mines been “dodgy”‘since December 15th when I got told if I upgraded my contract - it would “fix”‘things ... it is now December 28th - I was on the phone to SKY today for 1hr 40 odd minutes .... now I’ve been told it should@be fixed by Jan 12th 🙈🙄
