Sports channels remain available. Please Retweet for others that don't realise @SkySports are taking advantage!

    Wow. Just called @SkyHelpTeam to recontract after 21 YEARS as a customer and, not only do they charge for the phone call but also want me to pay £20 ‘administration’ fee for the privilege! Needless to say, one less customer very soon.

    Getting pretty pissed off I can't pause my @SkySports tried at several times of day including the middle of the night (joys of an 11 week old) and still getting a technical error. Shall I just cancel my DD @SkyHelpTeam Bet you'd spring into action then 🙄

    I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

    @SkyHelpTeam multiple recordings maybe 150+ episodes/films from the last 12 months have gone from my sky q box. I pay a lot of have something that’s meant to be reliable and this isn’t. It’s poor. I would like a new box and compensation.

    The dog chewed through the cable on our Sky booster box, which means that you open the fridge door the TV signal freezes (and often crashes the box). Rather than just sending us a replacement cable @SkyUK are sending an “engineer*” out to fix it.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes deffo upgrade the almost ancient routers we have to suffer with and do a proper survey of each install before the customer has to put up with endless mind numbing call centre “experts”

    @SkyHelpTeam I've done this and many others have too. Shows as no known issues, yet BT open reach have been out to a neighbour today and said its an issue Sky needs to fix for the area, not individuals?! We have all been without Internet since around 1am Tuesday!

    Anyone else having problems with their Billing from @SkyUK Not sure whether their systems have been hacked, or whether all their Team Managers are on holiday, but I have been trying since March to find anyone competent to help with excessive call charges. #SkyTalkAnytime

    @SkyHelpTeam hi placed an order for Sky Glass this after! Let me know how to cancel it and my subscription, not had the email to complete the purchase. Spent 60 mins trying to speak to a person with no success, so I’ll just cancel the order. Waste of time!
