    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all that several times. I uploaded a few photos and got a few different numbers to call. When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for a free 4 week trial of sky cinema & then £5 for 6 months. But account info is saying it is only 2 months & I’ll be charged £19 from October. I have the email clearing stating 6 months @ £5. Please would you help with this.

    @SkyHelpTeam Becca The problem is we are on the best speed according to you guys but we rarely get above 20mps which is down to the infrastructure needing updating according to an engineer that was out doing work. Please let me know when the infrastructure will be upgraded In our area?

    @SkyHelpTeam So after 22 years of never missing a bill and being loyal customer you don't get nothing apart from sky charging an admin fee to stay with them I'm still with sky there shouldn't be nothing to do at your end apart from taking the money the way you have done for 22 years

    @SkyUK why do I have to pay an admin fee to renew a broadband contract 22 years is worth nothing the guy wanted me to pay £28 when it's on offer for £25 I'm really thinking of phoning back and cancel it its a joke
