@SkyHelpTeam Crashes aa in ots had to be hard reset couple of times in few months vs once with old box. It gets dangerously hot. The wifi from it interferes with router wifi its fine when skyq wifi disabled. Also when wifi on skyq wvery night about 2am or 4am the wifi resets the network

@SkyHelpTeam the broadband outage in my area is really poor. How come we don’t get a discount or receive a voucher for Sky Store given the issues? It’s always full payment despite this! It would be nice to see Sky approach us with this given our years of custom.

@SkyHelpTeam is there an issue with sky broadband connection in Truro, Cornwall? Mine keeps going off for ten mins or so intermittently. It did it three times during the rugby match yesterday afternoon and then repeated throughout the evening. It’s done it 4 times this morning
