Phone @SkyHelpTeam to cancel Sky Cinema, as the website won’t let me. It gives me a number to call. I call the number. It reads out spiel about bad weather, long wait times and then says it will send me an SMS link to the website to sort my issue. The link is for broadband probs.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for a free 4 week trial of sky cinema & then £5 for 6 months. But account info is saying it is only 2 months & I’ll be charged £19 from October. I have the email clearing stating 6 months @ £5. Please would you help with this.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Matt. When watching games on the red button it freezes every 20 seconds or so. Unwatchable I’m afraid. I resort to watching on my iPad. I didn’t have this issue with Sky Q. I have the fastest broadband speed available, with booster.

@BigBadBill_ @samsully98 @SkyHelpTeam In that circumstance, a quick “sorry, we haven’t identified the problem yet” would have been nice and would have given an indication that it probably wouldn’t be fixed soon. Most people accept that issues arise but it’s how you communicate with customers and Sky failed here IMO

Paying £100.20 a month for Sky TV, broadband, UHD, Sky sports and BT Sport. Supposedly I'm saving £45 a month compared to standard prices. Still feels like poor value Plus the call took 54 minutes! Not a great experience. @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I suggest someone listens to my call
