    @SkyHelpTeam is there any issues with broadband in Wellington, Telford? Mine is off & it won’t allow me to even run tests via the website or app to see what’s the issue.

    Phone @SkyHelpTeam to cancel Sky Cinema, as the website won’t let me. It gives me a number to call. I call the number. It reads out spiel about bad weather, long wait times and then says it will send me an SMS link to the website to sort my issue. The link is for broadband probs.

    ALREADY PAY FOR EXTRA FOR SPORTS ON SKY. PISSED OF not paying £15 pounds more to watch villa pay. Very upset. Not happy. @SkySports thinking of just having Bt sports in future.😡🤬🤬🤬😡😡if this is how you treat your customers 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam was absolutely at my wits end with the service I’ve been receiving. Spoke to big Scottish Brian as he describes himself on the cancellation team, and he’s the only reason I have considered staying with yourselves. New router new booster new contract, couldn’t help me

    @virginmedia Thanks for you lack of response @virginmedia, obviously customer support or helping out my 86 year old mother who lives alone get her phone back and working is not a priority to you, maybe @SkyHelpTeam will be more helpful when I call them tomorrow, disgraceful customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam it just gives us error code 1310 on the desktop sky go app. None of the apps show us any account details in the settings menu's but it sounds like it might be linked to the old account. How do we fix this?
