    @SkyHelpTeam I know the best way to see my bills is online that’s why I tweeted you because although the email promises 6 months @ £5 I’m only getting that for September. My October bill is £19. I can’t connect with one of your experts because I’m not in a vulnerable category. Please help!

    Phone @SkyHelpTeam to cancel Sky Cinema, as the website won’t let me. It gives me a number to call. I call the number. It reads out spiel about bad weather, long wait times and then says it will send me an SMS link to the website to sort my issue. The link is for broadband probs.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for a free 4 week trial of sky cinema & then £5 for 6 months. But account info is saying it is only 2 months & I’ll be charged £19 from October. I have the email clearing stating 6 months @ £5. Please would you help with this.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam a 3rd party accidentally cut thru a cable yesterday disrupting work & study across a huge area but, a bigger worry was loss of comms for those alone in lockdown. THANK YOU to your engineers who worked thru the night so we awoke to a fully restored service.

    @SkyHelpTeam that's the issue, on your own website I can get a *better* deal as a new customer. Retentions told me they wont do it so I'm better speaking to new sales. Equally, Virgin are offering a much lower cost for their top package than you are. You're making it very hard to stay.

    So @SkySports is not getting the tv deal with @AEW this is getting annoying now because eurosport India has the live broadcast for the shows and the ppvs and I am getting fed up with the fite app because the quality of it is very crap so please @TonyKhan get a better tv deal
