@SkyHelpTeam hey there I’m a Sky Q customer. Can I switch my contract from Sky Q to any Sky Glass contract without a need of a new contact? OR do I still have to get a new Sky Glass contract as well as still sticking to my current Sky Q box as well contact when runs out in 2023?

@SkyHelpTeam hello there I’m a Sky Q customer. If I bought the Sky Glass TV outright (43 inch for £649) does it mean that my sky monthly bill will then just go up by £13 a month xtra? Does this start a new contract and if so how long for? Kind regards, Jason

@SkyHelpTeam hey there, when I switch from my Sky Q box to Sky Glass (which I’m still intrigued to get) will the times run on satellite signal still or will it still Sky Glass run like 30-45 seconds behind like it does on Sky Go apps?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I work from home so I've had to leave the premises and work elsewhere. I've had Open Reach out, I've had one of your engineers out. The only advice they give is to try having less devices. I pay for Ultrafast. Removing devices isn't a solution.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m getting a bit annoyed with Sky. A couple of months ago I tried to cancel my TV subscription on your chat feature. Was told someone would contact me. No contact as yet. Have sent an email to a customer service dept. Nothing. How can I cancel my subscription?
