    @SkyHelpTeam hello there I’m a Sky Q customer. If I bought the Sky Glass TV outright (43 inch for £649) does it mean that my sky monthly bill will then just go up by £13 a month xtra? Does this start a new contract and if so how long for? Kind regards, Jason

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve established that its not an issue with connected devices, not a cabling issue nor an issue at home. This isn’t the first time we’ve had this be an issue. Overall the average download speeds sat at around 3.5mbps, with the latency on some devices reaching 156ms.

    @SkyUK @OpenreachHelp are literally beyond incompetent. We’re new customers, bought wifi 5 weeks ago and still nothing set up. Waited 5 hours for an engineer yesterday, didn’t show up & the next available date is 3 weeks away! Worst customer service ever 🖕🏼
