The 2 packages are completely different so why club them together. I’d even pay a UHD extra although I shouldn’t have to because I already pay for the HD package. Come on Sky sort it out

But account info is saying it is only 2 months & I’ll be charged £19 from October. I have the email clearing stating 6 months @ £5. Please would you help with this.

Have reset both Sky Q box and router in last couple of days too. May just need a new box but can't afford one and don't want to lose recordings. Oh well, I'll live with it 2/2
