If I bought the Sky Glass TV outright (43 inch for £649) does it mean that my sky monthly bill will then just go up by £13 a month xtra? Does this start a new contract and if so how long for? It reads out spiel about bad weather, long wait times and then says it will send me an SMS link to the website to sort my issue. The link is for broadband probs.

All I have on my network is my 2 computers and the SkyTV box. IF it's a device issue then the internet would work on the other devices still right? Which it doesn't, not cabled nor through WiFi

Had 12 months of constant drop in service TV, constantly buffering when watching mini box. 5 different engineers been out.
