    When it's working Sky Q is great. But the instability in its mini box connections is shocking. Every few days, won't connect, rest of network is fine. . @SkyUK help!

    @SkyHelpTeam I need help I’ve not been able to sign my onboard agreement as it doesn’t show up when I click the link? I’ve booked sky glass installation and now apparently I have nothing booked? Can’t speak to anyone at sky due to training!

    Phone @SkyHelpTeam to cancel Sky Cinema, as the website won’t let me. It gives me a number to call. I call the number. It reads out spiel about bad weather, long wait times and then says it will send me an SMS link to the website to sort my issue. The link is for broadband probs.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virginmedia were horrible to us. My mother had a stroke and had severe dementia. we tried to cancel her broadband and just keep the tv as she couldn't use a computer any more. They kept asking to speak to her and got angry when she couldn't remember her password. Utter scum.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK It seems there is always that one company who is awful at this, we had no trouble with most but f-i-l's insurance company told me they'd all had bereavement training, I told them that it really needed more than just "talk in a soft voice" and actual useful policies.
