Phone @SkyHelpTeam to cancel Sky Cinema, as the website won’t let me. It gives me a number to call. I call the number. It reads out spiel about bad weather, long wait times and then says it will send me an SMS link to the website to sort my issue. The link is for broadband probs.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for a free 4 week trial of sky cinema & then £5 for 6 months. But account info is saying it is only 2 months & I’ll be charged £19 from October. I have the email clearing stating 6 months @ £5. Please would you help with this.

@SkyUK utter disappointment with broadband installation. PROMISED 18:02 was actually 22/03, @OpenreachHelp cannot install, just leave me with little information. Sky tell me it’s not their problem it’s up to openreach. @SkyUK will NOT call me back or give me a date!!
