    When it's working Sky Q is great. But the instability in its mini box connections is shocking. Every few days, won't connect, rest of network is fine. . @SkyUK help!

    @SkyUK I’m a Sky sports/movies HD customer. I want UHD but do not need or want multi room. The 2 packages are completely different so why club them together. I’d even pay a UHD extra although I shouldn’t have to because I already pay for the HD package. Come on Sky sort it out

    They never genuinely want to help. Bad Service has led to us leaving for @SkyUK. 30 Years with them all we've had is bad service, overcharged, slow internet but worst of all disgusting #CustomerService Has left us very upset.

    @SkyHelpTeam Advised there is a problem on my line but no engineer could be sent because I’m out of contract. But I don’t want to get stuck in a year contract because you can’t offer me fibre to my building... just need my internet fixed for the next six weeks then I’d recontract just telly

    @SkyUK Jesus you are really taking the mickey now. Not only did you **** my order up twice and leave me without broadband since Sat you have charged me delivery for the router you didn’t provide and now you’re telling me you can’t refund me. WORST customer service ever. AVOID.
