They never genuinely want to help. Bad Service has led to us leaving for @SkyUK. 30 Years with them all we've had is bad service, overcharged, slow internet but worst of all disgusting #CustomerService Has left us very upset.

@SkyUK I’m a Sky sports/movies HD customer. I want UHD but do not need or want multi room. The 2 packages are completely different so why club them together. I’d even pay a UHD extra although I shouldn’t have to because I already pay for the HD package. Come on Sky sort it out

@SkyHelpTeam Ok I don’t have my mini box connected. Can I turn this function off as it’s saturating my home network at times and making working at home challenging. You can unplug the sky q and watch the speed come back.

@SkyHelpTeam Seems have worked out what has happened, openreach have said they have installed the full fibre upgrade and cut me off from the normal fibre connection , the only problem is there is no connection or a OMT installed
