    @SkyHelpTeam hey there, when I switch from my Sky Q box to Sky Glass (which I’m still intrigued to get) will the times run on satellite signal still or will it still Sky Glass run like 30-45 seconds behind like it does on Sky Go apps?

    @SkyHelpTeam was absolutely at my wits end with the service I’ve been receiving. Spoke to big Scottish Brian as he describes himself on the cancellation team, and he’s the only reason I have considered staying with yourselves. New router new booster new contract, couldn’t help me

    @SkyHelpTeam hello there I’m a Sky Q customer. If I bought the Sky Glass TV outright (43 inch for £649) does it mean that my sky monthly bill will then just go up by £13 a month xtra? Does this start a new contract and if so how long for? Kind regards, Jason

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello again! My parents have switched the home phone back on. All the lights are normal. There is a running text message on the screen saying ‘check the phone line.’ I’ve tried calling the landline, it rings as normal from my end, but doesn’t ring in the house. Help please?
