@SkyHelpTeam hello there I’m a Sky Q customer. If I bought the Sky Glass TV outright (43 inch for £649) does it mean that my sky monthly bill will then just go up by £13 a month xtra? Does this start a new contract and if so how long for? Kind regards, Jason

@SkyHelpTeam hey there, when I switch from my Sky Q box to Sky Glass (which I’m still intrigued to get) will the times run on satellite signal still or will it still Sky Glass run like 30-45 seconds behind like it does on Sky Go apps?

@SkyHelpTeam I have lost satellite signal, apps, recordings and catch up. I know my communal aerial is currently not in place after it fell from the roof a month ago but I have been able to access everything else except live TV. Now I can't do anything. Help please.

Yes I’m partisan (and they deserved the win), but regardless of the score I can’t get over how biased that @SkySports commentary was in Oxford’s favour. It was unbelievably weighted towards @OUFCOfficial. Poor research and lack of balance.
