    @SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

    @SkyHelpTeam No it's speeds on everything ethernet and wifi the ping sky rockets and the speeds nosedive. Your broadband checker is quite useless, It is not calculating actual speed, but the potential line speed. The issue is the current speed. It's designed this way so yous take no liability

    @randomtaskkk @SkyHelpTeam Yeah there's a server issue somewhere before hundreds are reporting these issues. I'd like to work with sky to get to the bottom of this, but they keep bringing up their own in-house "line test" which is not representative of real time speeds. Extremely frustrating now.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi please help, Sky WiFi isn’t working. The power light is showing green however the internet light is Amber. It won’t work at all and suddenly went off. Are there any issues in the Fylde area? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam First result said my wifi was turned off and I had to reset the router which i did, it now says no issues when there clearly is, this isn’t the first time, I’m sick of it

    @SkyHelpTeam @TheTrueEye im in the exact same boat mines is being investiagted by your tech team but surely you guys realise its widspread loads of folk in scotland are having the sme issue high ping form 8pm untill 12pm you guys must be throttling the service i will be cancelling

    @SkyHelpTeam Are you having problems with your website? Can get into account but when you try to access other information it keeps coming up with 'Technical Issues' and its been like that for a few days.

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't think you're understanding the point. Using the same device I get either full speed or 1/4 speed depending on which test server is connected to. As my device is the same / not changing between tests this would indicate a network issue.
