@SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

@ShabbyGinLover @skytv @SkyHelpTeam You are better off buying a new tv & sticking with skyQ until the improve on the service… you are paying to be their Guinea pigs & paying through the roof for it to not work!! Biggest mistake we made was changing to Sky Glass!!!

@SkyUK why did your customer service tell me yesterday I had to upgrade to Sky Movies to watch the #Oscars when asked if I could watch them on Sky Showcase only to be told if I didn’t have Movies it would switch off on Showcase and I wouldn’t see it, therefore making me upgrade?
