    @SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

    @SkyHelpTeam First of all, an estimated time and updates would go a miss, secondly, I presume customers won’t be charged this month for a service that’s been out for 17 hours now and will customers be compensated for having to use mobile data hotspots instead
