    @SkyHelpTeam Hi yes I’ve ran the online troubleshooting process a number of times now, however still no phone line & broadband speeds still very poor (consistently <6Mbps download speed to the router).

    @SkyHelpTeam for weeks we get a blue screen and a problem with the signal message it’s been impossible to watch anything without it pausing and returning to the blue screen even on recordings, we pay so much for a service that’s not fit for purpose

    @SkyHelpTeam had an email offer saying have 4 weeks sky cinema on us and then £5 a month for 6 months. Clicked start trial, logged in checked out. Now looking at my future bills it’s showing I’m paying £9 a month for sky cinema! Not the offer I’ve signed up for. Help please

    @SkyHelpTeam On both Q boxes as we hardly sit in the room the main box is in so unsure if the issue is with that also, we have checked connectivity and settings unplugged them also disconnected router and reconnected nothing solves this
