    I should also add that the Sky engineer said someone would call me about shielding and rebooking “within the next half an hour”. That was at least *3 hours* ago now. What are you doing to fix this @SkyHelpTeam ?

    @SkyHelpTeam She says: "Main box has live tv but no access to recording and can’t watch on demand or cinema. Mini box says no satellite signal. Both say connected and signal. Mini box when reset then says can’t find main box and to reset router (which I have done lots)"

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, not very happy with your service at the moment 😠😠, contacted you yesterday via DM, Our Landline hasn't worked since Wednesday, your online diagnosis didn't help, you don't answer your phone, my wife is an NHS nurse and is also vulnerable1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s back on now. You aren’t sympathetic to those in financial difficulty though. Customer service rubbish. If it weren’t for the fact there’s no Freeview signal here and no Virgin I wouldn’t keep the contract on (although the last lady I spoke to was good I will say)

    @SkyHelpTeam No, I didn’t do the order. I was distraught as I was forced to speak to someone - who couldn’t give an explanation - rather than updated via my account. And as I’m losing out on £135 in vouchers and cashback, on top of the problems and delays I have faced, I won’t be joining Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam Spoken to them several times since issue started. Last spoke yesterday. No further help other than not knowing when OpenReach can provide an engineer as the one engineer is sick. Asked for help with a modem or similar. Refused. Opened complaint and was closed immediately.
