BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

Only a had this box a few Months after a previous fault. Trying to talk to @SkyHelpTeam on their message app and they are Sooo slow at replying!!

Which is bizarre consider it makes so sense to pick a favourite team as a media company.
