@SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

@StuartKemp525 Sadly this journey of greed started the day the Premier League was formed and so much money sucked from the game into the pockets of the few. @SkySports are a massive part of the problem. Fans need to insist on getting our game back not just for the wealthy who can afford it!

@JayPL2 @SkyHelpTeam No, mobile/cellular broadband often doesn’t have the stability that is needed for Q to work. Its great its been working previously but its never guaranteed by Sky so you’ll either need to change broadband or get rid of Q

@johnkentlad @SkyUK Used to have it at start of lockdown, then realised it was awful, switched to BT which was loads better. Then moved house and couldn’t get BT so went with Virgin, which is still loads better than Sky
