I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

@SkyHelpTeam We’re paying £48.60, including superfast broadband AND Broadband boost, and instead we’re not getting stable WiFi we can maintain a connection to, we’re not getting stable steaming/TV on our Sky Q box, and we’re not even getting customer service. What is that £48.60 for exactly?!
