@SkyHelpTeam She says: "Main box has live tv but no access to recording and can’t watch on demand or cinema. Mini box says no satellite signal. Both say connected and signal. Mini box when reset then says can’t find main box and to reset router (which I have done lots)"

@SkyHelpTeam third time in the few short weeks weve had sky Q that weve lost signal. Twice before it just restarted after a couple of days off. Engineer booked for 23rd January where as far as im concerned he can take the lot away as unsuitable for purpose. Totally cheesed off

I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you. But it won’t help. Even your engineers haven’t been able to fix it... for 4 years now. But hey finally got through to customer services again today who are sending out another engineer... meanwhile you keep charging me for a service that I can’t watch. Bonkers really.
