@SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

@StuartKemp525 Sadly this journey of greed started the day the Premier League was formed and so much money sucked from the game into the pockets of the few. @SkySports are a massive part of the problem. Fans need to insist on getting our game back not just for the wealthy who can afford it!

@SkyHelpTeam broadband down in Cardiff too, can’t connect to your DNS server. Nice of you to inform your customers otherwise I might have been sat here for 3 hours thinking my modem had a problem, luckily tho you didn’t inform anyone so I did sit for 3 hours trying to fix it
