@SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

@SkyHelpTeam Hey! Any known issue currently with sky TV? When ever I put the sky on I’m just met with a black screen on every single channel. Not even the apps are working.
