    @SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

    @SkyHelpTeam I simply want to cancel my account. Contract ending next week. Impossible to contact Sky by phone. Sent email last week no reply. Customer service is appalling

    @SkyHelpTeam my sky contract just ended and price went up so cancelled. The best the guy could do on the phone was more per month than a new customer? At these difficult times it’s really the only option when you try rip us existing customers off
