@SkyHelpTeam third time in the few short weeks weve had sky Q that weve lost signal. Twice before it just restarted after a couple of days off. Engineer booked for 23rd January where as far as im concerned he can take the lot away as unsuitable for purpose. Totally cheesed off

Shocking service from @SkyUK Want to charge me for an engineer visit to fix/replace the faulty equipment we’re hiring from them! And they can’t get here for a month (they expect people to be available during the day in the week) - no refund for loss of services!!!

@SkyHelpTeam She says: "Main box has live tv but no access to recording and can’t watch on demand or cinema. Mini box says no satellite signal. Both say connected and signal. Mini box when reset then says can’t find main box and to reset router (which I have done lots)"

Between @paramountplus and @SkyHelpTeam customer service shocking from cancelling orders from a year ago and now an error code to actually watch something for free they either want you to@jump through hoops or in todays case via Sky just want to wash their hands. VIP means nowt

@SkyHelpTeam So not all vip customers then. it wouldn’t be hard to change it so to mobile only customer this offer doesn’t show. Also I telephoned sky help yesterday who asked if I had sky tv, I said no. They checked with a colleague and said I had to get the offer via the Apple TV app
