Shocking service from @SkyUK Want to charge me for an engineer visit to fix/replace the faulty equipment we’re hiring from them! And they can’t get here for a month (they expect people to be available during the day in the week) - no refund for loss of services!!!

So my @SkyUK box suddenly stopped working today. No lights, nothing. Tried rebooting it at the Mains, nothing. Only a had this box a few Months after a previous fault. Trying to talk to @SkyHelpTeam on their message app and they are Sooo slow at replying!!

@SkyHelpTeam hi, wondered if you could clear something up for me- I'm with bt for broadband but I want to cancel and join sky broadband. I rang sky, then told me to ring bt to cancel, so I rang bt they said your new provider will work with them to cancel! Which one is it!

@ThePollitt @SkyUK Having a similar issue. Broadband keeps dropping out for 30s or so, but 5 or 6 times a day! they keep sending me info on how to fix my WiFi! And of course by the time they test my connection it’s all good again. Expect better for £30 a month.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks but that isn't very helpful. Obviously I have already done that at 7am this morning and nothing has changed- just would like to know if its getting sorted etc. My friend is with BT and they text her regarding the problem and also gave her a rough time of it getting fixed
