    @SkyHelpTeam It came up with “experiencing a technical issue” - couldn’t watch any on demand content, no cinema, box sets etc.. only live programs. I checked the service status page and it confirmed there was an issue in our area. It worked the next night.

    So I have a lot of patience for people in call centres but the customer service or rather lack of i experienced from @SkyHelpTeam on the phone was another level.

    I should also add that the Sky engineer said someone would call me about shielding and rebooking “within the next half an hour”. That was at least *3 hours* ago now. What are you doing to fix this @SkyHelpTeam ?

    @SkyHelpTeam Currently showing no outage, and Service Check shows info for West Midlands, which is nowhere near where I am (Berkshire). There appears to be an anomaly between what the website says and what is happening here locally - happened earlier in the year when Gigaclear cut cable.

    @SkyUK You've just increased my broadband & phone from £26 to £36 at near end of contract. That's a big hike. I signed up for 18 months because it was easier for this OAP, but next time I'll get help!
