    @SkyHelpTeam common occurrence that my sky box doesn't work at 3am...normally I would say this is a great way to not fall into the rabbit hole of a rubbish sleeping pattern but when you fancy watching some TV to go back to sleep to instead of resetting the sky box every morning

    @SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

    @StuartKemp525 Sadly this journey of greed started the day the Premier League was formed and so much money sucked from the game into the pockets of the few. @SkySports are a massive part of the problem. Fans need to insist on getting our game back not just for the wealthy who can afford it!

    @thatsNathan @SkyHelpTeam send out a new hub is you’d have to go through the whole rigmarole of replacing the hub, changing passwords on devices etc only to find the same issue was happening as its an intermittent line fault or something along those line.     Please @skyuk get a deal with @ITVX for their programmes to be downloaded onto the Sky Q box. @ITVX app is so so clunky, it sticks whenever you get to an advert break, the screen flashes as it takes so long to pull through the next clip. It is terrible.

    @SkyHelpTeam no Daniel it doesnt work like that at all Im afraid :) there is nothing in that episode that breaks the watershed ruling. So feel free to point me to the exact part of that episode which breaks Ofcoms rules, rather than Skys rules because its Ofcom who rules on this not Sky

    Had the WORST customer service with @SkyHelpTeam. Been with Sky for years and our broadband is very slow (pay for the Wi-Fi check) they said their was a problem and booked an engineer. Found their was a problem with hub and had to phone. Phoned up to the RUDEST man ever. cont.
