@SkyHelpTeam It came up with “experiencing a technical issue” - couldn’t watch any on demand content, no cinema, box sets etc.. only live programs. I checked the service status page and it confirmed there was an issue in our area. It worked the next night.

I should also add that the Sky engineer said someone would call me about shielding and rebooking “within the next half an hour”. That was at least *3 hours* ago now. What are you doing to fix this @SkyHelpTeam ?

Having to complain now to @SkyHelpTeam via email because there's no answering to various calls to them. Broadband issues confirmed via their website where I am well below the guaranteed speeds which I am paying for... 🙄 Hopefully someone gets in touch #issues #skybroadband

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried it many time and it always comes up with the same reading of 79Mb which a definitely not accurate because our Wi-Fi is super slow for the past week. I don’t know how you do it that on your app is always the same reading but with other apps is always bellow 50Mb.
