So my @SkyUK box suddenly stopped working today. No lights, nothing. Tried rebooting it at the Mains, nothing. Only a had this box a few Months after a previous fault. Trying to talk to @SkyHelpTeam on their message app and they are Sooo slow at replying!!

@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t been treated very well by Sky. They should have got back to me concerning my complaint as promised. Tried several attempts to resolve the issue in the correct manner & nothing has happened. Then see on social media that you are helping customers. So I am confused!!!

@SkyHelpTeam hi, wondered if you could clear something up for me- I'm with bt for broadband but I want to cancel and join sky broadband. I rang sky, then told me to ring bt to cancel, so I rang bt they said your new provider will work with them to cancel! Which one is it!

@OpenreachHelp So I have had a very helpful @SkyHelpTeam visit and he has tested everything here and spoken to his Network Team who ran a test and reported that there is a Power Issue with the DSLAM so over to you OR (which is what I said all along) Frustrating isn't the work I'd use.

@SkyHelpTeam You'll say there's technically nothing wrong with it like last time but it's the 0.7mb upload we get that cripples anything we try to do. Don't think anything can be done since we're in a flat building that doesn't get fibre but we're looking to move so it'll not be an issue.
