    @SkyHelpTeam It came up with “experiencing a technical issue” - couldn’t watch any on demand content, no cinema, box sets etc.. only live programs. I checked the service status page and it confirmed there was an issue in our area. It worked the next night.

    @SkyUK your service is abysmal when it comes to a broadband outage. The information you provide is minimal, no eta for return of service, no details regarding the problem. Yet I depend on you for wfh and my sky glass tv. Thank god for EE providing me with a 4G connection!!

    @SkyHelpTeam When I’m using the PlayStation as well. I had it on normal tv channels as well until I cancelled my ultimate tv subscription which reminds me. I was told I’d at least get basic channels even if I cancel but no, it’s just the streaming apps

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s sorts it self out. But it happens everyday constantly. 4 times today and it’s becoming more irritating. I’ve been a customer for long and I only remember having issues like then when dial up was around.
