@SkyHelpTeam hi, wondered if you could clear something up for me- I'm with bt for broadband but I want to cancel and join sky broadband. I rang sky, then told me to ring bt to cancel, so I rang bt they said your new provider will work with them to cancel! Which one is it!

So my @SkyUK box suddenly stopped working today. No lights, nothing. Tried rebooting it at the Mains, nothing. Only a had this box a few Months after a previous fault. Trying to talk to @SkyHelpTeam on their message app and they are Sooo slow at replying!!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve spent over 4 hours on calls to you, been promised a call back twice! It is clear to me the team I am speaking to are unwilling or unable to help me. How can I escalate beyond them? I do not appreciate being fobbed off and lied to.
