    @SkyHelpTeam It came up with “experiencing a technical issue” - couldn’t watch any on demand content, no cinema, box sets etc.. only live programs. I checked the service status page and it confirmed there was an issue in our area. It worked the next night.

    @SkyHelpTeam So I managed to get through to someone who had no issue sorting it out. However, despite getting an email confirming that I will keep my old number, it’s been activated on the old number. Will this eventually be changed? Asking as before it’s all happened simultaneously. Thanks

    @WestminsterWAG @SkyUK Move to BT - if the broadband goes down you get a mini hub with free unlimited data until its sorted. The latest hubs have the mini hub incorporated in the router with auto switch over (I don't work for BT!)
