I should also add that the Sky engineer said someone would call me about shielding and rebooking “within the next half an hour”. That was at least *3 hours* ago now. What are you doing to fix this @SkyHelpTeam ?

@SkyHelpTeam It came up with “experiencing a technical issue” - couldn’t watch any on demand content, no cinema, box sets etc.. only live programs. I checked the service status page and it confirmed there was an issue in our area. It worked the next night.

@SkyHelpTeam the agent just said this is the way it is now, my managers won’t even help you now. Will now be leaving sky for good and looking else where. Shocking customer service. No empathy what so ever. Absolutely disgusted.
