BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

Both say connected and signal. Mini box when reset then says can’t find main box and to reset router (which I have done lots)"

I checked the service status page and it confirmed there was an issue in our area. It worked the next night.

Sent an email 5 days ago but still no response. I appreciate these are difficult times but this is just ridiculous. I just want to cancel my subscription. Can someone contact me please!!!

Broadband keeps dropping out for 30s or so, but 5 or 6 times a day! they keep sending me info on how to fix my WiFi! And of course by the time they test my connection it’s all good again. Expect better for £30 a month.
