    @SkyHelpTeam common occurrence that my sky box doesn't work at 3am...normally I would say this is a great way to not fall into the rabbit hole of a rubbish sleeping pattern but when you fancy watching some TV to go back to sleep to instead of resetting the sky box every morning

    @SkyHelpTeam No they’ve said I should never have been out on and (hopefully) removed it. I was given a placeholder date for installation as ipenreach’s computers were down (of 31.12.21). After 6 weeks of trying Sky told me this could only be fixed by the advisor cancelling and rebooking.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. I got through eventually. It wasn’t an accidental charge as it turns out. Sky was actually going to charge me over £200 to correct their errors. Phenomenal.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK @OpenreachHelp Sorry, I’ve called probably 10 times, spent close to 6 hours on the phone with you trying to push for updates. The fault is outside our home (and confirmed as such) and needs resolution this week. To assume I’ve not had an engineer in 3 weeks?!
