@SkyHelpTeam common occurrence that my sky box doesn't work at 3am...normally I would say this is a great way to not fall into the rabbit hole of a rubbish sleeping pattern but when you fancy watching some TV to go back to sleep to instead of resetting the sky box every morning

@StuartKemp525 Sadly this journey of greed started the day the Premier League was formed and so much money sucked from the game into the pockets of the few. @SkySports are a massive part of the problem. Fans need to insist on getting our game back not just for the wealthy who can afford it!

By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

@SkyHelpTeam left sky&returned all items, funnily sky never received these and I thought I'd lost my po receipt.I reluctantly start paying the debt as Sky passed it onto debt collection! Tonight I have found said receipt..items signed for 20th May!! Fuming!!!

@SkyHelpTeam No problem at all with my box. I asked for a reduction in my monthly subscription the same as a new customer would get but you would only do it if I switched to SkyQ which I absolutely do not want. After 30 loyal years I deserve a fair deal I think

@SkyUK tried 3 times to pay my internet bill on the phone. Not allowing as’Sorry something has gone wrong’ not on my end it hasn’t!And it’s suggesting my mobile direct debit has been cancelled which is news to me! If it suggests sky online help again I’ll switch providers!!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Sky just sorted my gfast broadband speed and my broadband has now gone down. Blank screen when you try to test in app. Totally rubbish service.
